Peruvian Butt Slasher Convicted for NOVA Attacks
Jun 17th
Living in Northern VA can be pretty weird sometimes. A Peruvian man touring our region took a box cutter and slashed the asses of several women in area malls and shopping centers. He pleaded guilty in court today.
From WTOP here:
The man accused of slashing women’s buttocks in Northern Virginia malls has pleaded guilty in a Fairfax County court.
Johnny D. Guillen Pimentel admitted to sneaking up on four women and cutting their bottoms with a razor or box cutter.
He pleaded guilty Monday to two counts each of malicious wounding and unlawful wounding. He faces up to seven years in prison.
As part of a plea agreement, five other charges were dropped.
Pimentel’s motive behind the attacks was not explained.
Fairfax County police tied Pimentel to nine women who were victims of a series of attacks at area malls including Fair Oaks Mall, Greenbriar Shopping Center, Tysons Corner Mall and Farifax Towne Center in 2011.
Shopping at Tyson’s Corner can certainly be a pain in the ass, but dayam!
Snowden Clowned the NSA
Jun 14th
At the NSA thumb drives are banned. Most systems have the USB ports disabled. And you especially would not expect a classified workstation to have a working USB drive. But Edward Snowden, the NSA leaker, found a system with a working USB drive. He used a thumb drive to swipe the classified data that he leaked to the press.
From Yahoo here:
The NSA leaker reportedly just walked out of work with some of America’s big secrets on a thumb drive in his pocket
A week after Edward Snowden’s leaks about National Security Agency surveillance and data-gathering were first reported, and four days after he revealed himself as the leaker, the news media is figuring out how the 29-year-old IT systems administrator managed his potentially huge data heist. If you’re concerned about national security, the new revelations will probably dismay you; if you appreciate leaking of government secrets, Snowden’s technique is likely encouraging: Theft by thumb drive.
The NSA and other spy and military agencies have long known the dangers of the innocent-seeming portable USB flash drive. In October 2008, the NSA discovered that a thumb drive loaded with malware had infected the military’s secure internal network. The Pentagon then (at least temporarily) banned the use of thumb drives — NSA commanders even reportedly ordered USB ports filled in with liquid cement.
Snowden also proved that the NSA is lax in its efforts to compartmentalize information. People with a clearance are only supposed to be allowed to access data that they have a need to know about. Such policies are supposed to be enforced by rights and privileges on the network, but it is clear that Snowden, on the job for only a month, had access to data he shouldn’t have had.
To me it is startling that the NSA, who literally writes books and guidelines on computer security, has a soft and chewy interior like so many modern corporate environments. Snowden may have broken a law by leaking, but the NSA’s lax policies were his biggest enabler.
Benghazi Reporter’s Computer Hacked- By Govt?
Jun 14th
One of the few reporters at CBS who had the stones to challenge the power in Washington by questioning the administration about Benghazi and the Fast and Furious scandals now says her computer was hacked by an unknown intruder using her own stolen credentials.
CBS Statement: A cyber security firm hired by CBS News has determined through forensic analysis that Sharyl Attkisson’s computer…
— Sharyl Attkisson (@SharylAttkisson) June 14, 2013
…was accessed by an unauthorized, external, unknown party on multiple occasions in late 2012."
— Sharyl Attkisson (@SharylAttkisson) June 14, 2013
CBS News statement: "Evidence suggests this party performed all access remotely using Attkisson’s accounts."
— Sharyl Attkisson (@SharylAttkisson) June 14, 2013
CBS News statement: "While no malicious code was found, forensic analysis revealed an intruder had executed commands…
— Sharyl Attkisson (@SharylAttkisson) June 14, 2013
…that appeared to involve search and exfiltration of data."
— Sharyl Attkisson (@SharylAttkisson) June 14, 2013
CBS News statement: "This party also used sophisticated methods to remove all possible indications of unauthorized activity."
— Sharyl Attkisson (@SharylAttkisson) June 14, 2013
"and alter system times to cause further confusion. CBS News is taking steps to identify the responsible party and their method of access."
— Sharyl Attkisson (@SharylAttkisson) June 14, 2013
Of course, conspiracy theorists are suggesting that Obama’s Department of Justice or the NSA were behind it. Of course that remains to be seen, and it is not likely that the intruder used an IP address that would be traced to a federal agency. Stolen credentials and exfiltrated data happens to a great number of people. I can’t wait to hear how this story ends.
Snowden Exaggerated A Few Claims
Jun 11th
The NSA Whistleblower did make some exaggerated claims in his released video to the Guardian. And, he had a hottie acrobatic stripper girlfriend who declared her superpowers to be pole-related. Do exaggerating his claims and having a stripper girlfriend lessen his credibility? Perhaps. Legal Insurrection’s Mandy Nagy posts five questions that she would ask Snowden about:
From LI here:
1) Edward Snowden didn’t make $200,000 a year.
Booz Allen Hamilton says the annual salary it paid Snowden was $122,000, not the $200,000 Snowden has asserted. The company also confirms that it has since terminated Snowden for violations of the firm’s code of ethics and firm policy.
Yeah, even for a position in Hawaii, he may have received a slight stipend for cost of living increase, and maybe he got a relocation fee, but still that might not have amounted to 200K. When I first read his claims that Booz was paying him that much, I was tempted to go work for them. But I hate contract work for the Feds, so nyah.
2) The NSA surveillance program capabilities asserted by Snowden may have been overstated.
See my prior explanation about how the system likely really works at a previous post. Snowden did say he had the “authority” to tap anyone, given an email address. I think he meant “privileges” not “authority.” Privileges are strictly enforced and guarded at the NSA. Snowden might have had superuser privileges, but even as a sysadmin, I doubt it. If Snowden didn’t realize this tech is based on packet capture and not server backdooring, then I doubt he ever looked at this system up close. I still think he stumbled onto some scary slides.
3) Snowden may have had help.
Federal investigators say they aren’t convinced that Snowden worked alone. A source told ABC News, “The FBI is not 100 percent focused on this one guy…Agents are not just guided by what he claims.” And some in the industry are very skeptical that Snowden himself could have had access to all that has been leaked.
I personally think this guy was an Anonymous sympathizer, but we’ll see how it all plays out.
4) Snowden was on the radar before he was publicly identified as the leaker.
5) Snowden’s timeline of employment and contact with journalists is confusing, as was his access level.
Booz Allen said in its statement that Snowden was employed there for less than three months. Prior to Booz Allen, Snowden says he was with Dell as a contractor, working for the NSA.
Yeah, hopping from one contract to another is very common in the federal contracting world, and its not like this guy was going to put his employment timeline on LinkedIn.
NSA Whistleblower Edward Snowden Warns of Turn-Key Tyranny
Jun 10th
Of course the biggest news of the past weekend was the NSA whistleblower Ed Snowden stepping out of the shadows and revealing the existence of the PRISM collection and analysis platform. And he has dumped a much larger payload of documents and secrets with a couple of select journalists, and those are expected to be forthcoming in the next few days.
And when Director of National Intelligence Clapper declassified a smidgen of info about the collection and analysis platform, he called it a ‘gut-wrenching’ breach of national security by describing it- which in my opinion is nothing more magical than any off-the-shelf packet collection platforms- but whatever, Clapper thinks it’s ‘gut-wrenching.’ Glenn Greenwald advises Clapper to save the drama for the bigger stories to come.
Clapper: leaks “literally gut-wrenching” – “huge, grave damage” – save some melodrama and rhetoric for coming stories. You’ll need it.
— Glenn Greenwald (@ggreenwald) June 9, 2013
There are a few people criticizing Snowden for his naivete – he is only 29, and intelligent, but he has taken it upon himself to pass judgement on the rightness of the NSA program. As a systems administrator, he was not an analyst- and though he may have had access to the application, which I somewhat doubt, it is unlikely that he was trained in the application’s use.
Clearly he has breached the terms of his trust. His clearance will be revoked and if he is extradited, which I think he will be, he will likely serve out a very long prison sentence. This makes him a lawbreaker, but perhaps not a traitor.
The differences between Snowden and the scrawny gay army soldier Bradley Manning is stark. Manning did a smash and grab of secure systems with the intent of damaging and wreaking havok against the United States. Manning’s breach put lives in danger and revealed sources and methods of intelligence collection that should have remained secret. Snowden says he was very careful with what he chose to release. He did not want to release anything that endangered lives and only wishes to effect a change in policy. The coming days will prove or disprove his assertions as new material is released.
With all of these back-to-back Obama scandals- the IRS, Benghazi, the DOJ targeting reporters and now this NSA over-reach of collection- it is proving that we are living in very interesting and nebulous times.
Crazy Liberal Actress Sent Obama Ricin Letters
Jun 9th
A crazy liberal actress thought it would be ingenious to kill two birds with one stone- get an insta-divorce and also smear 2nd Amendment Tea Party types by sending ricin-laced letters to President Obama and NYC Mayor Bloomberg. Her idea was to frame her husband- a military Vet- for the crime. Things didn’t go according to plan mostly because this bitch is crazy and stupid.
Visit NBCNews.com for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy
From ABC here:
Shannon Richardson had been married to her husband less than two years when she went to authorities and told them her suspicions: He was the one who had mailed ricin-laced letters to President Barack Obama and New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg threatening violence against gun-control advocates. When investigators looked closer, they reached a different conclusion: It was the 35-year-old pregnant actress who had sent the letters, and she tried to frame her estranged husband in a bizarre case of marital conflict crossing with bioterrorism.
Richardson, a mother of five who has played bit roles on television and in movies, was arrested and charged with mailing a threatening communication to the president. The federal charge carries up to 10 years in prison.
Richardson contacted authorities on May 30 and implicated her husband, Nathaniel Richardson. She described finding small, brown beans with white speckles — a description matching the key ingredient in ricin, castor beans — at the couple’s home in New Boston, Texas. She also told investigators that she had found a sticky note on her husband’s desk with addresses for Bloomberg and Obama.
But she later failed a polygraph test, the document said, and investigators looking into her story found numerous inconsistencies. Among them: Nathaniel Richardson would have been at work when Internet searches tied to the letters were made on the couple’s laptop and when the envelopes containing the letters were postmarked.
Finally, in an interview with authorities on Thursday, Shannon Richardson admitted that she had received syringes and lye — a caustic chemical used in making ricin — in the mail; that she had printed the labels for the letters; and that she mailed them. However, she insisted her husband typed them and “made her” print and send them.
Okay, this guy is now going to win every contest for who has the craziest ex-girlfriend. Plus, she has five kids and only got married to this guy two years ago and she goes to these bizarre lengths to get out of the relationship? She should have just had one of those “We need to talk” conversations.
Stinky Power Rangers Make Bad Neighbors
Jun 9th
I wonder what you have to do to your neighbors to make them dress up like a Power Ranger and drop a deuce on your grill cover?
From the Chron here:
A man reported that someone removed his grill cover and defecated in it.
Part of the incident was captured on a home security video shortly before 2 a.m. Saturday, June 1.
The video shows a male wearing a shiny gray Power Ranger outfit, his face obscured by a matching balaclava coming on the property and walking off camera carrying the grill cover – but not the defecation, as that most likely occurred off-camera.
The homeowner told police he does not know who the man is because the man’s face was obscured by the balaclava.
So the owner of the grill has reasons to watch his doors with closed circuit cameras. But what would drive a neighbor to do this? Maybe his neighbors really hates the brisket this guy makes.
Not That Kind of Dog Grooming
Jun 2nd
Mexicans with canine superpowers like Cesar Milan, the dog whisperer, is a national asset. Mexicans with the ability to arouse and seduce pitbulls? Not so much.
From JWF here:
A 50-year-old Chicago man who had been on a tour at the city pound was charged with having sex with a pit bull.
Gerardo Perez was charged with having sexual conduct with an animal, a felony, and burglary,.
Perez was arrested after he and a group took a tour of the Chicago Animal Care and Control Facility.
After the man broke off from the tour group, an employee of the facility spotted him going into a restricted area. After the employee told the man to leave the restricted area, the man left but returned a short time later.
When the employee returned, he found the man inside the restricted area again and inside a cage with a white and grey pit bull, on his hands and knees on the side of the dog, and it appeared the man had just had sexual contact with the animal.
You really have to watch it, them pit bulls can clamp down. And who the hell gives tours of your dog pound? I guess if the critter was scheduled for execution, some would-be dog whisperers think it would be a shame to let a piece of tail go to waste. But hey, it still wasn’t as bad as what Michael Vick did to his dogs.
Lulzsec’s Jeremy Hammond Pleads Guilty for the Lulz
May 29th
Jeremy Hammond, a radical anarchist and sloppy hacker, pleaded guilty to hacking charges in New York in a plea bargaining agreement. He could face ten years in prison.
From LegalInsurrection here:
Jeremy Hammond, a notorious hacker and anarchist from the Chicago area, pleaded guilty this morning to hacking charges in a New York courtroom under the terms of a plea agreement.
Hammond was initially charged in March 2012 with one count of computer hacking conspiracy, one count of computer hacking, and one count of conspiracy to commit access device fraud. Several others also associated with the hacker collective Anonymous and its splinter faction LulzSec were also charged that day, in connection with the guilty plea of one of their co-conspirators, Hector Monsegur aka “Sabu.”
The information that was stolen from Stratfor was then turned over to Wikileaks, which began publishing the cache in February of 2012, billing it as the “Global Intelligence Files.”
Indeed, the information that was leaked as a result of the Stratfor hack may have exposed some “secrets” about the firm, though it was largely scoffed at by people in the industry, many of whom claim that Stratfor took itself more seriously than anyone else did. Still, this was a private firm with private clients and subscribers, all of whom became victims due to the actions of Hammond.
Hammond is scheduled to be sentenced on September 6th. His plea agreement could carry a sentence of up to 10 years in prison and millions in restitution payments.
Good riddance to bad rubbish. Hammond delivered a whackjob anarchist speech to DefCon in 2004- I was present at this speech when the crowd jeered and taunted little Jeremy that he had seen Fight Club a few too many times.
CyberCriminals Take Dagger to the Heart: LibertyReserve Takedown
May 28th
Cybercriminals rely on an underground economy to be able to purchase and sell stolen credit cards, identities, malware, and other tools, and also relies on the same economy to be able to launder their profits from money mule and reshipping mule operations. The primary online resource that protects cybercriminals identities and allows them to operate freely is a site called LibertyReserve.com. The site is owned and operated by some shady Russian criminals and has been operating for the past several years. Finally, the United States Justice Department has moved in, seized the domain, stopped temporarily all of the transactions through the site, and have issued indictments for the operators of the site. This is a huge dagger to the underground economy.
USAO for Southern District of NY just annoucned a press conference this afternoon on the Liberty Reserve matter. Indictment docs coming.

Cyberthieves will likely turn to other online currencies like bitcoin for transactions, but such a move will take a while to take effect. This takedown won’t stop identity and credit card theft, but for a while, those efforts will be almost worthless. Kudos to the DOJ on this operation.
Crazy Suffolk Mom Moons Schoolbus; Gets Jailtime
May 24th
A scrawny woman, upset that he kid can’t behave on the schoolbus, thought she’d pick a fight with the bus driver who complained about her son’s behavior. She mooned the bus driver and earned a jail sentence.
Suffolk mom accused of mooning school bus
From HamptonRoads here:
A mother of a middle school student was convicted of disorderly conduct this week after mooning her son’s bus driver and the roughly 45 students riding the bus.
Lisa Marie Grant, 34, of Suffolk was sentenced to six months in jail with all but one month suspended and fined $250 for the misdemeanor, according to court records.
Also on Tuesday, a General District Court judge found Grant not guilty of an indecent exposure charge.
Lisa is 34 but looks like she’s had a rough life already. And nice hair color for the TV interview. Some advice- Behave.
Decapitated Birds in Vegas Stays in Vegas
May 24th
Meet Justin Teixeira. His family is paying big bucks to make him a rich elite Democrat by sending him to law school in Berkeley. Between studying his books, Justin and his buddies like to go to Vegas and rip the heads off of rare exotic birds at the Flamingo hotel.
From Breitbart here:
A 26-year-old law school student at the University of California in Berkeley pleaded no contest Wednesday for his role in the beheading of an exotic bird at Flamingo Hotel’s wildlife habitat on the Las Vegas Strip. Hazhir Kargaran is the third Berkeley student to be charged for the incident that occurred October 12.
Justin Teixeira (pictured above) is currently awaiting trial for allegedly grabbing a helmeted guinea fowl named Turk and decapitating it.
Justin is definitely doing Vegas wrong. Play some games, see a show, have some beverages, grab a nice meal at a buffet and enjoy the pool. For some reason, Justin’s to-do list included choking a prehistoric chicken.
Bongs Away!! Amanda Bynes Arrested For Throwing Bong Out HighRise NYC Window
May 24th
Former Nickelodeon TV star and current Choom Gang hottie Amanda Bynes was arrested by police for drug possession, endangering the public and tampering with evidence. Cops went to investigate the roiling cloud of pot smoke from her high-rise apartment and a choking, red-eyed Bynes threw a foot-long bong out the 36 story window into the streets below. And she wore this ridiculous blonde wig to disguise herself:
From the DailyMail here:
Amanda Bynes was taken away by police in handcuffs after being arrested for reckless endangerment after throwing a foot-long bong out of the window of her 36th floor New York apartment.
The incident came after police arrived to speak to the troubled actress about her alleged marijuana use on Thursday night.
She was then taken to a hospital for a psychiatric evaluation before being booked at the police station for criminal of possession of marijuana, reckless endangerment and tampering with evidence.
If she keeps smoking all that dope she’ll never lose the weight. Pot make you Howngry, or so I’m told.
Foxit Reader Site Hosting Criminal Credit Carders Gangs
May 22nd
For a while I’ve been using Foxit Reader as a substitute to the chronically vulnerable Adobe Acrobat PDF reader. But after today, I might have to go back to Adobe. It seems that Foxit.Com is running a bulletin board on their domain that they just don’t seem to give two shits about. And it is full of Credit Carder gangs swapping credit card numbers, CVVs, stolen banking information and more. If foxit pays so little attention to items that get posted on their own website, how much attention are they really paying to the security of their own product?

Lulzsec Skiddies Get Jail Time
May 19th
It looks like the lulziest thing that the script-kiddies in Lulzsec will do will be to go to jail. Four members of Lulzsec were sentenced last Thursday in a British court.
From LegalInsurrection here:
A British court handed down jail time Thursday to four hackers that were part of a notorious splinter group of the Anonymous hacker collective known as LulzSec.
- Ryan Cleary, 21, aka “ViraL,” received 32 months. Cleary will also receive a separate sentence in connection with a charge of possession of images showing child abuse, to which he pleaded guilty.
- Jake Davis, 20, aka “Topiary,” received two years
- Ryan Ackroyd, 26, aka “Kayla,” received 30 months
- Mustafa Al-Bassam, 18, aka “tFlow,” was given 20-months, though his sentence was suspended for two years. Bassam was still in school when the attacks were carried out, likely a consideration in the Judge’s decision to suspend Bassam’s sentence.
The LulzSec splinter group was largely disrupted after it was revealed in an unsealed indictment in the US that one if its core members, Hector Xavier Monsegur aka “Sabu,” was previously arrested and had been secretly cooperating with the FBI to help infiltrate and disrupt the group. Sabu’s cooperation is believed to have exposed many of the other LulzSec members’ activities and resulted in some of the subsequent indictments.
As mentioned previously, these skiddies are already pretending to be arm-flapping asspies to avoid extradition to the United States to face charges. I just hope those British jail cells allow enough wiggle room for their arm flapping- but if not, there is always the exercise yard.
Goblin Robbery at Miami Airport
May 16th
Somewhere in Miami is a goblin who is really pissed right now that he didn’t book his connection through Atlanta. His 40 pound box of gold worth 625,000 dollars was stolen, probably by a TSA agent.
From Local10 here:
A box containing $625,000 in gold arrived at Miami International Airport early Tuesday but disappeared about an hour and a half later, Miami-Dade police say.
An American Airlines plane arrived at Miami International Airport from Guayaquil, Ecuador, and docked at Gate D3 at 4:42 a.m. Tuesday, according to a Miami-Dade Police Department incident report. A group of employees unloaded the plane — including the box containing the gold — and moved it to the other side of the plane about 5:15 a.m.
A tug arrived at the plane from Gate D6, according to the report. It then drove away with the cart holding the plane’s cargo at 5:22 a.m. Surveillance video showed the tug continue to D37 before it entered an alley and disappeared from the video.
The cart was found in front of Gate D19 at 6:20 a.m. but without the box containing the gold.
The report doesn’t indicate who owns the gold or where it was headed. Sources told Local 10 the gold was going to NTR Metals in Doral, a refining and recycling company that deals in precious metals. The business offered no comment to Local 10 about the heist.
Shocker: Dalton Newhouse Fries Himself Shooting Down Electric Lines
May 13th
Meet Dalton Newhouse. He’s a West Virginia Trailer-dwelling gun nut and loves to shoot anything with feathers or fur. He is such a great shot that he can even shoot down high tension power lines. His idea to shoot down power lines to sell the copper worked out about as well as you could imagine for this genius. Dalton went to those happy hunting grounds in the sky when he picked up the power line and ate 50,000 volts.
From the Charleston Gazette here:
22-year-old Dalton Newhouse of Oak Hill, and an accomplice, used a rifle to shoot down a high-tension power transmission line, police said. They planned to strip the line of its copper wiring and sell it.
When Newhouse picked up the wire, it killed him instantly, according to a news release. His accomplice was identified as Charles Raymond Norris, 22, of Oak Hill, who was arrested Wednesday.
Norris was charged with attempting to commit a felony, conspiracy to commit a felony and disruption of a public utility.
He was arraigned in Fayette County Magistrate Court, where he posted his own bail.
Appalachian Power spokesman Phil Moye said about 50 customers were without electricity for three hours. He called copper thefts a “tragedy” and urged would-be thieves to think twice.
Its a real shame if this idiot left family behind but he really got what he deserved. Man, this blog post just reminded me that I need to get batteries for my Blu-Ray remote.
Drudge Predicts Hackers Will Breach Obamacare DBs
May 13th
Matt Drudge tweeted a rare thought-stream this morning. In the wake of the Obama Administration using the IRS to harrass the Tea Party and to suppress votes in Ohio by denying Tea Party groups the ability to collect charitable donations, Drudge reminded everyone that soon the IRS will have access to all American health records too. The Obamacare model puts the IRS in charge of taxing health care plans and confirming that Americans are eligible for health insurance. This is the way it is done now at the Veteran’s Administration. Drudge Tweeted:
And soon the IRS will have your health information. Cough.
— MATT DRUDGE (@DRUDGE) May 13, 2013
Gov’t will have your ObamaCare ID #, access your health records, see your meds, know your diagnosis…
— MATT DRUDGE (@DRUDGE) May 13, 2013
Hackers will finally know if Bill Clinton has herpes. Hillary takes Topomax. When Pelosi had Botox. Obama’s valium dose. Biden’s latest MRI.
— MATT DRUDGE (@DRUDGE) May 13, 2013
White House official will know the health status of a reporter grilling him… “Mr. Woodward, do you really want to go there?”
— MATT DRUDGE (@DRUDGE) May 13, 2013
And in 25 years after the great civil war, after American Holocaust is over, a brave new president will unplug the database, vow NEVER AGAIN
— MATT DRUDGE (@DRUDGE) May 13, 2013
So is Drudge correct? Will hackers break into the Obamacare database and expose health privacy information of Americans? Would hackers release a database of anyone who received drug rehab treatments? How about HIV infections? What about abortions? Once the government puts all of that information in a single place it will get breached. Think it can’t happen? Well, it already did- at least in the Veterans Administration, the health model that Obamacare is based on.
In 2010 I had the pleasure of working on the VA’s network. I had full network packet access and some of the breaches I saw were absolutely shocking. For one, there was tons of Russian Botnet Beaconing on the network’s backbone. When traced, it was discovered that most of the beaconing was originating from small linux boxes that were purchased by the VA for use by doctors to remotely monitor veterans’ health. These tiny linux boxes monitored things like blood O2 levels, heartrate, IV drips, and so forth. But these boxes came from the manufacturer with these Russian botnets pre-installed.
When we asked the VA if they were going to disinfect these boxes, they refused to do so. They cited Veteran’s health as more important than cyber-security issues. So the Russian botnets stayed, collecting and exfiltrating data to criminals. And it will be child’s play for Anonymous or other hacker groups to stage a similar wide-scale breach. Think it was shocking when Wikileaks posted secrets online? Wait until no one has medical privacy anymore. Obamacare will be expensive, breachable, and will do nothing to improve anyone’s healthcare. Drudge thinks Ocare cyber breaches will happen, and I know for a fact it will.
Stoner Chicago Man Arrested for Fatal Gay Sex With a Peacock
May 11th
The peacock is the most colorful of the male birds. David Beckman, below, raped his peacock in the cloaca, and managed to get arrested for it.
From NBC here, which, by the way, has a peacock as its official logo:
David Beckman, 64, faces a charge of misdemeanor animal cruelty after police said he sexually abused his pet peacock.
Beckman was charged with the crime after police learned the bird died while they were investigating Beckman about an alleged case of indecent solicitation of a child.
Details surrounding the case with the peacock, reportedly named Phyl, were unclear FridayCourt records confirmed Beckman faces three charges of harassment by telephone, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of marijuana possession, attempted indecent solicitation of a child, cruelty to animals, and two counts of battery.
Look, it wouldn’t be so gay if he banged a peaHEN, not a peacock. And he screwed it to death. David Beckman apparently smokes a couple of doobs, bangs a peacock, and asks kids to sit on his lap. Or Thursday. I’m sure Beckman will say the peacock was coming onto HIM.
