Pink Floyd’s David Gilmour is helping the mentally ill. Well, not really. Just one person who really isn’t crazy at all- Gary McKinnon, who is still doing his damnedest to avoid extradition to the United States to stand trial for criminally damaging NASA and DOD computer systems in his clumsy attempts to uncover evidence of UFO’s.
Gary McKinnon, who is faking aspergers and is claiming to be suicidal if he is shipped here, was ripping off the NHS for psych treatments. When those treatments stopped because he didn’t really need them, David Gilmour heroically stepped in to pay his quack doctor’s bills. And now his Mom is claiming that crazy runs deep in the McKinnon clan’s history.

PINK FLOYD star David Gilmour is paying for psychiatric treatment for troubled Gary McKinnon after he was suddenly refused NHS funding while he fights extradition to the US on charges of hacking into military computers. The renowned guitarist, who supports mental health campaigns, decided to step in after the Asperger’s Syndrome sufferer became a victim of budget cutbacks at a London NHS Trust.
Glasgow-born McKinnon, 45, faces up to 60 years in a US jail for breaking into Nasa and Pentagon computers in 2001 and 2002 while looking for evidence of UFOs. Until last month he had been receiving treatment from Asperger’s expert Professor Jeremy Turk, who believes he will become a suicide risk if forced to go to America to face trial.
On his 17th birthday Gary’s Mom had deep concerns about his sudden mental deterioration and took him to a London neurologist, thinking he had a brain tumour.
Mr McKinnon’s great-grandmother, Christina Macleod, who was born in 1882, was committed to Woodilee Mental Hospital in Lenzie, near Glasgow, where she remained for 50 years until her death, aged 95. Ms Sharp said:
The hacker’s grandmother Margaret Totten, born in 1922, also suffered from depression and was mentally ill for most of her life. She was diagnosed with schizophrenia and died in March 1999.
So his whole family has a history of being nutjobs? Sounds to me that they also have a long history of prolonged incarceration. I’d hate to see a family tradition broken. Lets get McKinnon over here and have some justice, shall we?

Ludo is one of my favorite bands and they combine brilliant lyrics with a rock-operatic vibe. In this song, which can only be described as the anthem of the Zombie Apocalypse, Ludo presents a dim, doomed story of the last holdout of mankind as the zombie hoards make their final push. Musically, the song is great, but the geek in me who loves zombie lore squees.

Diddy Sued for a Trillion Dollars for Knocking Twin Towers

Some crazy people like Jared Loughner pick up a gun to make the crazy stop. Others go to court. Case in point is a woman named Valerie Joyce Wilson Turks, who is seeking a restraining order against P Diddy for date-raping her 24 years ago, and is also seeking billions of dollars in back child support and for knocking down the twin towers.

Diddy has been hit with a $900 billion lawsuit by Valerie Joyce Wilson Turks.In the suit Turks accuses Diddy, his girlfriend Kim Porter and L.A. beating victim Rodney King of being responsible for the 9/11 collapse of the Twin Towers.
Radar Online obtained a copy of the suit that reads,
[Diddy] went through Kim Porter and Rodney King and knocked down the WTC and then they all came and knocked my children down…Set me up to be on disability and disabled my baby. he put my baby in a wheelchair.”
“Plus I won a lot of money at the casino in Mississippi and Sean P. Diddy Combs has my chip to my money. I heard he gave it to Gwen Allen to hold but she can not cash it in…I want my chip please help me. it’s well worth over 100 zillions of dollars, and my hospital keys. They put me and my baby in the hospital and broke my baby 2 legs and sexual assaulted my children and crushed us.”
Someone should get a big butterfly net for Ms. Turks before she does something to hurt someone.

Its odd the things I discover by looking at my website’s log files. Turned out that one of the highest keyword searches sending people to this site was “Boy George.” Wondering what the fat washed up gay singer and sometime sex slaver was up to, I did a Google News search.
As it turns out, Boy George was not busted yet again for having a sex slave chained to a wall. A piece of art he purchased in 1985 was actually a stolen relic from a church in Cyprus. The relic was looted during the Turkish invasion of 1974, and when a bishop saw it hanging on the singer’s wall and notified him about it, Boy George did something unexpected- he gave it back.

Cyprus’ Orthodox Christian Church on Thursday thanked former Culture Club singer Boy George for returning an icon of Christ that it says was stolen from a church in the breakaway north of the divided island.
Boy George agreed to return the 18th century icon he bought from a London art dealer in 1985 after being presented with proof of its true origin, the church said in a statement posted on its Web site.
“Before this, I had no idea who Boy George was,” Brussels-based Bishop Porfyrios who led efforts for the icon’s recovery told The Associated Press. “He was positive about returning the icon.”
The church said it was alerted about the icon’s whereabouts by an informer who saw the singer with it on a Dutch TV show last November.
Boy George, who said he was unaware of the icon’s history when he bought it, personally handed the icon over to Bishop Porfyrios in London on Tuesday. In return, the bishop gave him a modern icon of Christ as a token of gratitude and “with the wish that others soon follow his example.”
What on earth could explain this freak’s sudden kindheartedness? Menopause perhaps?

Canada has a separate court of “Human Rights” that carries the full weight of the law. It is essentially a court that has the power to squelch any free speech that speaks out against islam or homosexuality. Now a different government organization is taking cues from the court of human rights and has decided that some songs should not be on the air. The Dire Straits song “Money for Nothin’” will not be allowed to play on Canadian airwaves without it being censored to bleep out the word “faggot.”

Canadian radio station have been warned to censor the 1985 Dire Straits hit “Money for Nothing,” after a complaint that the lyrics of the Grammy Award-winning song were derogatory to gay men.
A St. John’s, Newfoundland, station should have edited the song to remove the word “faggot” because it violates Canada’s human rights standards, according to ruling this week by the Canadian Broadcast Standards Council.
A unnamed listener to OZ FM in the Atlantic Coast province complained to the industry watchdog last year after hearing the song, which features Dire Straits frontman Mark Knopfler.
The council said it realized Dire Straits uses the word sarcastically, and its use might have been acceptable in 1985 when the best-selling “Brothers in Arms” album was released, but said it was now inappropriate.
One guy in a beaurocratic position sets the rules for everybody in Canada when it comes to speech. And who the hell listens to a 25 year old song and decides to have it banned? Some gay guy who likes to put cock in his mouth I bet. This unnamed guy probably has anonymous gay trysts in bathrooms at highway rest stops, and yet he finds a rock song offensive.

Teena Marie, who was the first white woman to break the race barrier in MoTown, was found dead at her home of supposed “natural causes,” which is really code for “deadly mix of prescription drugs”. She used to bang Rick James and described herself as a “black artist” with “White skin.”

Teena Marie’s last album, “Congo Square,” was titled after a historical meeting place for slaves in New Orleans, featured a tribute to Martin Luther King’s widow and also song “Black Cool,” written for President Barack Obama.
No matter that Marie, 54, was white. The R&B legend revered and fully immersed herself in black culture – and in turn was respected and adored by black audiences, not only for her immense soulful talents, but for her inner soul as well.
“Overall my race hasn’t been a problem. I’m a Black artist with White skin. At the end of the day you have to sing what’s in your own soul,” she told Essence.com in an interview last year while promoting “Congo Square.” That album would turn out to be her last.
The self-proclaimed “Ivory Queen of Soul,” whose many classic hits included “Lovergirl,” Square Biz” and the scorching duet “Fire and Desire” with mentor Rick James, was found dead in her Pasadena home on Sunday at the age of 54. Authorities said her death appeared to be of natural causes.
She died just like lots of celebrity white people- by overdosing on a combination of prescription narcotics and alcohol. Just like Brittany Murphy and Heath Ledger.
And whoa, judging by the screeching in the video above I won’t be rushing out to download any of her songs for free on bittorrent.

I got out of work tonight and was wandering this great section of Zurich and saw a pub that had body piercings tools and studs in the windows. “Repulsive!” I thought. Then I saw a sign for Budweiser for 6.50 CH, and I thought “Attractive!”
I went into the bar and ordered the beer and was disappointed for it to be the Czech version of Bud, which is nowhere near as good as the beechwood aged variety. So I was sipping the beer in sadness when this guy with a guitar hops up on a door laid across two bar booth and starts stomping his foot and twanging his guitar. It souded something like this:

Duncan Hines made a commercial that has enraged leftists at MotherJones because they feature chocolate glazed cupcakes that begin to beatbox and autotune. They say its too reminiscent of Black Face.
I thnk its racist that the vanilla cupcake sucks at music unless he is made to be chocolate. If they really wanted it to be racist it would show the chocolate cupcakes stealing their sounds from their vanilla cupcake counterparts and then running samples on it and passing it off as their own. And if the vanilla cupcake, prior to being converted to chocolate, was attacked and robbed by a chocolate cupcake, then yeah, it would be racist. But since none of that happened, how is this anything but a bad commercial? And chocolate glaze from a pancake syrup bottle is supposed to be superior to the frosting in a can? I don’t think so.
