Child rape is all the more horrifying when the teacher is puffy, pale and pathetic. Meet Alison Mosbeck. She is a married mother of two who is really into child rape. And being a child rapist, she decided to get a job as a teacher so she could meet some young hot meat.

A Spring ISD teacher has been charged with having sex with a student. Alison Mosbeck was in court Monday and was released from jail after posting bonds totalling $80,000.
Three weeks ago, the Pct. 4 constable’s office received a tip that a teacher at Spring’s Dueitt Middle School was having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old student. Following an investigation by its own police department, Spring ISD put Mosbeck on administrative leave.
Late last week, the Harris County District Attorney’s Office filed four felony charges against the 34-year-old Mosbeck, who went to work for the district two years ago. She faces one count of inappropriate relationship between teacher and student and three counts of felony sexual assault.
A probable cause affidavit says the first contact was in November of 2006. The boy told authorities that Mosbeck masturbated him in the car as they two left a community event.
That was followed by three other counts of sexual assault of a child, all within a five-month period. It included two hotel visits, where Mosbeck used her credit card to check in or registered under her own name.
Spring ISD police interviewed her, and she did not deny any of the allegations said authorities. Mosbeck has since resigned from school said Spring ISD spokeswoman Regina Curry.
A Google search of her name reveals that Alison often used her real name online for movie reviews and restaurant reviews. Her Yahoo username was alison774, and a search for that term reveals that Alison was a sucker for soap operas that involved teenager love. She also submitted a sappy valentine line for a 2005 contest that said,
“Love is not having to think about it, because you just know.”
I think its apparent that Alison did very little thinking about love. She will likely be divorced and lose custody of her children over this. But it seems she wanted to get caught. She was busted when she was sending pornographic text messages to the student, and his Mom read them. And she used her real name and credit card number to get a hotel room for her rape sessions. Not too smart for a teacher.
It is moving forward, therefore, it is progress. It is as well, old news. Since it was buried on one news website, not a mention of it was made in the news (if it was, I missed it), and 10 or so pages into a google search, it is nonetheless, news to me. January 28 is the day.
Since you start your “arguments” with name calling, and finish with name calling, how can you be taken seriously? Funny, you lie about who you are and claim to have “borrowed” somebody’s identity (should have used a bogus email addy, not a “borrowed” one) and you call the person you assume to be the alleged victim a liar and a douchebag.

Acording to my source, there will be no GJ. The DA felt there was enough of a case to proceed without one. The trial is to be January 17, 2008. Her attorney is a court appointed attorney. Hmmmmmm… Nacho, tell us again how much money her family has to get the best defense available. Was Chris Tritico busy? My source could be incorrect about the GJ. I guess we shall see in about 3 more weeks.

Spring, please enlighten me as to where my facts are far off. The facts I mentioned: 1)I read drug related text messages on the alleged victims phone sent by the phone of Alison Mosbeck 2) The alleged victim is 15 3)There was a 3 week long investigation 4)there was enough evidence to pursue a minimum of 4 felony counts 5)the alleged victim’s only courtroom experience and subsequent punishment 6)I was in the room with the first witness at the first interview regarding this whole mess 7)the alleged victim’s name has not been released to the public, nor will it be for at least 3 years.
Nowhere did I accuse Mosbeck of anything other than wanting to look cool to her students and getting high with them. No court or law enforcement official will change my opinion of that.
You and nacho/nachito/pendejo/joe/whatever he chooses to call himself these days are going by rumor and hearsay. Unless you are now or were involved in the original investigation, you don’t know anything other than what you have either heard or assumed.
Nacho/nachito/whatever has done nothing but call anyone who has a different opinion of him an expletive. He says jurors are too stupid to get out of jury duty. That right there says he has no faith in the judicial process. He calls the alleged victim a liar and a douchebag, yet he used somebody elses email address. That says that he himself is a liar and a coward. I won’t call him a douchebag because it is physically impossible for a human to be a douchebag. The only way he thinks he can “defend” her presumption of innocence is to marginalize the alleged victim.
I have no opinion as to the sexual allegations. When/if I see the evidence, I will have an opinion.
Something tells me that if she pleads guilty or no contest, you and nacho will say she only did that to protect the youth involved from the trauma of court. If she is found guilty by a jury of 12 people, you will say, “Jurors are stupid,” or “The defense blew it,” or “just because they found her guilty, doesn’t mean sh*t. She’s innocent.” If she is found not guilty by a jury of 12, you will say “I told you so. The system works.”
Don’t lie to yourself, a jury is not always correct. A jury only represents the opinion of 12 people. Innocents are found guilty, and the guilty are aquitted.
Since you know me, feel free to call me, stop by, talk to me at Kroger’s, talk to me at a Dueitt Middle School choir concert. Hopefully the next one won’t be as painful as the last one. My ears are still bleeding.
No matter the outcome, I have no regrets for reading the text messages or turning them over to the authorities. Perhaps one day, you will be able to read them and come to your own conclusion. After the trial, you can always obtain the court records (censored of the names of minors of course) through the FIA.
So please, tell me where my facts have been off. My opinions may be off, but my facts are not. Where I give my opinion, I tell you. IMHO means “In My Humble Opinion,” not “I’M a HO.” You have not offered any facts. Facts are easily proven. Opinions are based on facts, rumors, hearsay, personal prejudices, etc. and are not always wrong, but not easily proven to be correct. Make a list of your facts and post them.

Now Shannon Hrozek, an english teacher at Westfield was caught with kiddie parts in her mouth in her english class.

A couple of corrections… Mosebeck should be Mosbeck, wsa should be was, and the student in now 15 years old. They make it sound like he was forcibly transferred, he was not. He moved in with his mom who is in a different district.
