Hmmmm you didn’t seem like the type that would be pro activist judges. Really, considering how unclear the case is, they should have just left it up to the voters. Basically, Obama could be mayor of Chicago (despite living in D.C.) because no one is living in his house, but Rahm couldn’t be because he had to rent out his house. Unclear case if ever there was one.
