Chillin on a Hot Day

The east coast is experiencing a welcome heat wave to drive out what has been a very long and cold winter. It topped 90 in my neighborhood.  We celebrated by having beer-in-the-butt chicken, grilled plantains and black beans and rice with family and friends.  Cartney and his PopPaw demonstrate how they beat the heat on a hot afternoon.
