These thugs had it coming. They were involved in a shooting and fled the scene. And as anyone who has played Grand Theft Auto, when you get all those blinking stars on your indicator screen, the cops are going to come after you in full force. These guys had all five stars blinking because they attracted 15 cops to kick their asses.
The cops were suspended pending an investigation, which means more bad guys can get away with murder on Philly streets. Between suspending cops and banning candy, Philly continues to demonstrate how it has a stranglehold on crime.
I haven’t played IV yet but I thought Five Stars gets the Feds after you.
I think you’re right. The feds will show up to investigate the criminals’ phony claims of human rights violations.

Haha, yeah, serves them right, even more so since they were driving a 2000 Corolla … hey wait a minute, I DRIVE A 2000 Corolla !! and I was on that road in Philly around that time, hmmm, so if the cops had an APB out and saw my car, and if I had pulled over – as the car in the video did – then I could have been chewing on some leather instead of them… hmmm … maybe that “due process” thing in our legal system really isn’t such a bad idea after all…
