Outlook 2010 Generic Shadow Avatar

I have been loving my new Outlook 2010 since I installed it the other day. It allows you to integrate your Outlook with your Facebook, LinkedIn and other social networks and it automatically adds the profile photo to emails received from those people. The contacts that do not use those social networks are given a blank shadow avatar icon. And it turns out that Microsoft used a famous silhouette for the avatar:
