The Australian man with the giant forehead in charge of Wikileaks, Julian Assange, is either on the run or has been captured by law enforcement for his work to publish classified US documents stolen from several secure networks. Julian Assange, the founder of Wikileaks, is missing since a week now and he is on the list of individuals wanted by Pantagon. Few months back, Wikileaks brought forward a top secret video showing American soldiers while they were killing innocent people and journalists in Iraq.
In connection to this video footage, a soldier named Bradley Manning was also arrested a week ago on grounds of allegation that he provided this footage to Wikilinks. Moreover, Bradley Manning has admitted that he provided confidential intelligence documents comprising of 260,000 pages to Wikilinks, which could unveil further violations of human rights by US soldiers.
Julian Assange was expected to be in US by last week but he didn’t reach there and according to unconfirmed reports, he was suggested by his lawyer to cancel his tour to US.
The journalist community worldwide is concerned about Julian Assange’s disappearance and many are blaming US intelligence agencies for it.
What a laugh. The bozos behind this article have the gall to suggest that Federal agencies are behind the disappearance of Assange rather than suggesting Assange’s own actions are the cause of his disappearance?
Why is Julain Assange such a pansy that he won’t show his face in public? Why should his itenerary for his travels be a secret? Doesn’t he believe that secrets shouldn’t exist or something stupid like that?
I can’t wait until Assange is captured and brought to trial for dissemenating classified documents.

Assange will go down and hilariuosly, it will be because he will fail at protecting information that would keep him secure and out of the hands of his enemies. Maybe then he will come to value the price of secrecy.
Pat, does the fact that the video has been confirmed to actually be the killing of innocent journalist by the US military not even matter to you? Classified or not, one thing is certain- three thousand some odd Americans died on that terrible day in 9-11-01. Since then, our government, in the name of “fighting the terror” has killed over 1 million, that’s 1,000,000 innocent people (compared to the 3,000 al-CIA-duh are claimed to have killed)and dislocated the lives of almost 3 times that amount of everyday citizens in the areas we are occupying. Now, I may be wrong, but lets tally the deaths caused by actual terrorists in the last ten years, and I am certain you will not get the same or equal amount of the innocent people we have killed in the name of fighting terror. No one life is worth more than another, and this is unacceptable. Brave people both in the Military and people like Assange are very much needed in today’s age to show the people the truth, that we are killing innocent people, not necessarily on purpose mind you, but we are killing them. How many al-qaeda have we actually captured or killed? Not even 100 of them, but for the few we have caught or killed, the number of innocent civilians to date we have murdered to “get” them has far out numbered the number of people who died in the Pentagon and the towers and the flight 93 on 9-11. No one life is worth more than another, and we need people to have the balls to stand up and show the public the truth. You truly sicken me with your words. If you knew anything, ANYTHING about this countries ever crumbling foundation, you would, should and very well could see that THE CONSTITUTION APPLIES TO TERRORISTS AS WELL. The constitution does not apply to foriegn terrorists in foreign lands. It does not even apply to american citizens in foriegn lands if you get arrested by their local police. There’s some numbers and a source for you. One thing you must also keep in mind is that no one is truly “counting” the innocent deaths, and mostly what they have are based on media reports, and that’s understandable.

Classified info should only pertain to new technologies we discover here at home that could be misused, breakthroughs in science related to warfare, and names of Secret Agents and spies. The actual actions and videos or pictures showing what our military has ALREADY dont need not be classified, for the actions already happened. But it’s because they know what they did was wrong they try to hide it. It’s not excusable. I served 2 tours, I’ve played my part, and I know the bullshit that occurs. And yeah, I checked. My life is worth 3.5 times yours. There is an official government calculator used by the government to calculate things like payments to war victims, disaster victims, etc. I ran my statistics through as well as yours, and I’m definitely more valuable.
