You know, most lesbian sex offender teachers won’t take the time to put on a little lipstick for their booking photo, which is part of what makes Brookann Collier, 32, such a classy child rapist. 6 years ago when this Elementary School Principal was just a teacher, she began to rape a 14 year old girl who was her student.
The “relationship” continued until recently when there was apparently a fight of some sort, or the victim discovered she actually likes boys, and the victim said, “Get away from me bitch, and by the way, I’m calling the cops!”

The principal of Tunnell Elementary School is in police custody on child molestation charges. 32-year-old Brookann Collier is accused of molesting a female child under the age of 15.
Investigators say the female victim reported the alleged incidents last month, which started when she was about 14 years old. Brookann Collier befriended the victim at a local elementary school where Collier was a teacher and the victim a student. The sexual conduct continued until this year.
Officers arrived at Collier’s house around 7:00 a.m. Thursday. Neighbors say she was taken from the house in handcuffs, and soon after, investigators removed several items from the house as well.
I can only imagine that the evidence carried from the home were letters and other memorabilia that would confirm the crime took place. But isn’t it comforting to know that even the principals are raping the kids now? Thanks to Misin4mati0n for the tip!

You don’t need to know someone to observe their disgusting behavior and conclude the obvious: that the behavior is indeed, disgusting.
To suggest otherwise makes you a simpleton with moral values of a 6-year-old. Are you saying only the lesbian rapist’s closest family and friends are allowed to observe her behavior as a disgusting rapist and say something about it? What about the victim’s family, are they allowed to say anything about the lesbian rapist’s behavior in your simpleton’s worldview of right and wrong?

Well I certainly hope you follow through with this story when she is cleared. If you knew anything at all about the story, which the media is conveniently not sharing, the “victim” has been obsessed with Ms. Collier to the point that she has broken into her house, slashed her tires and now made a false accusation. There has been no word on the investigation and no evidence has been provided whatsoever. Yeah, no one would ever want to slash the tires of a rapist would they? Upstanding citizens are always targeted for tireslashing and not depraved sick child molesters.
The prosecutor collected evidence from the house and was convinced that Collier would have to fork over 100K to get out of jail. I’ll go with the prosecution on this, not with people who defend rapists and blame the victims.

Please remember that Collier is innocent until proven guilty. The comment that implies that she isn’t an upstanding citizen, proves that you are not from that community and know nothing about her character. She has no criminal record, has always contributed to various charities, attended an exceptional university and became principal of her school at a young age because she is a wonderful educator. Unfortunately you don’t get tho hear these things. The media and blogs like this only want to show off her unflattering mugshot because it sparks debate and sells ad revenue.
I feel it is irresponsible to interpret what has clearly been ambiguous reporting at best and convict her based on a mug shot. When as anyone taken a good mugshot anyway? That shouldn’t be what determines this case.
This is not a case of rape. And to brand someone “the lesbian rapist” before a trial and hearing both sides of the story is bothersome.
While I appreciate that you have faith that the alleged victim was wronged please keep in mind that there are false accusations like this everyday. It is very rare that someone accused is pardoned after found not guilty. Collier is and will be forever punished regardless of the outcome.

Innocent until proven guilty is only applicable to the US court systems’ instructions to a jury. It doesn’t matter here, where my first amendment rights allows me the freedom to say whatever I want to about someone who was arrested for raping a child.
Hundreds of educators every year rape children, all of whom graduated from good schools, gave to charities and worked hard on their careers. You act like by doing something normal like that makes them somehow a saint or unable to commit heinous crimes against a child.
The reporting was not ambiguous at all. Seems like they stuck to the facts rather well. Collier began a relationship with a child when she was over 21 and the child was under 18. Under California law, that is stautory rape. The fact that she did this with a woman makes her a lesbian. Lesbian rapist is therefore an apt and accurate description of Collier.
And you say that there are cases of false accusations every day? Show me three? Show me three instances of a child being criminally prosecuted for falsifying a police report of sexual assault. You can’t do it because that doesn’t happen as much as you desperately wish it did.
Equally, show me three instances of an educator that has been able to sue a police department for false arrest? You won’t do that either because the cops are very careful when it comes to sensitive cases like this.
Sorry your ideals and dreams of lovely lesbian Brookann has been shattered, K. But if you are indeed a community member like you claim you should see what can be done to help the victim or ensure people like Collier don’t get near children again.

Agree with most of what you have said, but I do have to agree that false rape accusations are a prevalent problem. I contribute at http://www.falserapesociety.blogspot.com, and can tell you that this happens more than most people realize.
I’m not saying this is a false report, and based on the fact that the police seem to have some form of evidence, it seems likely something occurred.
Mona, did it ever occur to you that maybe she isn’t a pedophile, so your child holds no interest for her? If she is innocent, then the police will investigate and the D.A.’s office won’t press charges. However, if she isn’t innocent, do you want her to continue in a job where she has easy access to kids?

Thanks for posting the comment. I agree that false rape accusations are happening at an alarming rate and it does cause damages to those falsely accused. Just search my blog for “duke” and you will see that I was against the false accusations by the Duke Lacrosse stripper from the beginning. So yeah, I do recognize that false accusations is an issue and I look for this aspect carefully before I post any stories like this one.

False rape accusations happen ALL THE TIME. However, they are mostly confined to divorce proceedings regarding custody of children, and mentally unstable woman that have recently been dumped. They are usually dismissed rather quickly when there is no supporting evidence. Prosecuting a false claim is equally difficult to prove and almost never even brought. Freedom of speech does not allow you to say whatever you want. Slander is illegal and every state in the US allows for redress if proven in a court of law.

BTW, most adults that rape children are not pedophiles. Pedophilia is a fairly rare affliction. Most child rapist are just opportunists taking advantage of a situation. The percentage of adults that rape children that are pedophiles is similar to the percentage of thieves that are cleptomaniacs. Very few.

I posted it above, but you should come over and check out my website. I can’t think of any story we have posted there that fall into either of those two categories. Here in the United States, regret seems to be the largest motivator behind false allegations. In the U.K., there is a monetary incentive to lie. If there is an arrest, the accuser gets 11,000 pounds, free and clear. It’s a situation that is ripe for false accusations.
