Frozen Zurich Marketway
So far this week I’ve been in Geneva, but this afternoon and evening I moved over to Zurich. Geneva, as a city, is a depressing gulag of a town. The citizens seem dispirited and every wall surface below eight feet tall is covered in graffiti and vandalism. Yeah, they sweep the streets in the morning but they would do better sending squads of people around sprucing the blight up a bit.
Zurich on the other hand is a beautiful town. My hotel is just at the end of this alleyway/marketway amongst the shops, bars and restaurants. Now if they could just do something about the 22 degree weather!
