Kanye West’s Mother, Donda West Died * * Update! Died From Sucking the Fat Out
She was only 58, and the article doesn’t say how she died.

Donda West, mother of Kanye West and former chairwoman of Chicago State University’s English department, has died, a spokesman for the rapper said. She was 58.
“The family respectfully asks for privacy during this time of grief,” the spokesman said.
A cause of death has not been released.
I don’t know what killed her. Maybe she was crushed by Kanye’s massive pornography collection while she was vacuuming his house. Or maybe she was caught in a drive-by from a rival rap star’s mom.
Maybe if Kanye dresses up like Jesus again he can try to raise her from the dead.
Update! It appears the cause of death may have been related to complications from a surgical procedure. Cosmetic surgery?
Update 2! Yep, I was right. It was cosmetic surgery. It seems that Kanye gets his vanity from his now-deceased Mom. It does not say what type of plastic surgery Donda was getting, but judging from the picture you can guess that it was liposuction. Or a face lift. She seems a bit old to get boob implants.
Update 3!! It was a tummy tuck and breast reduction surgery. From the AP here:
A plastic surgeon who claimed to have operated on Kanye West’s mother before she died said he did nothing wrong, and that her death could have been caused by other medical problems.
Dr. Jan Adams said he performed a tummy tuck and breast reduction on Donda West, but that she might have died from a heart attack, pulmonary embolism, or massive vomiting.
Adams said West consulted with him over a period of four months, often changing her mind about the surgery.
West died after she stopped breathing at her home. She was taken to the hospital by paramedics.
“We tried to resuscitate her, but were unsuccessful,” Ettinger said. West did not have surgery at the hospital, said Ettinger.
A plastic surgeon, Dr. Andre Aboolian of Beverly Hills, said Monday that West had approached him months ago about having cosmetic surgery. He said he never performed the procedure, telling her he was worried about a pre-existing condition she had.
I keep hearing about what a brilliant and intelligent woman Donda was. I have my doubts now. She was told that the surgery she wanted was risky because of her health, but it was so important to her to look like one of the “hos” from her son’s videos that she went through with it anyways. And she didn’t have the surgery performed at a hospital where she would be surrounded by medical professionals. She died during recovery at home, likely of a heart attack or an infection. That was not a smart choice.
I think it is utterly ridiculous for you to be making the stupid jokes when someone has lost a loved one. I understand that this is a say what you feel website, but nothing about death is funny. I think if it were your mom dead and people were making jokes you would draw the line there. I think your a butthole for allowing the jokes and making the jokes. If Kanye got his hands on you, you’d be joke free cause he’d kick your ass.

Any therapist will agree that the most important relationship in life is with our mother. It is clear that Mr. West was a nurtured little boy whose mother instilled confidence in her son. That kind of confidence is rarely seen in a dark complexioned young man, and has clearly made others such as Pat uncomfortable.
Did you know Donda West? Has she ever done anything to you? You know why are lashing out at Mr. West over the loss of his mother. You are just mad because you wished you had a mother that gave two shits about you! You don’t know love that is why you are so bitter. I pity you!

Donda West raised her son to be an egotistical misogynist. If she wasn’t dead, I’m sure she would be very proud of herself.
Given the latest news that she croaked while having her fat sucked out of her against doctor’s advice also casts doubts upon her over-hyped intellect.
Another know-nothing know-it-all with some slander masquerading as faux-concern for “soon-to-be-rapist” Kanye West. His biggest risk is apparently getting shot and raping someone. Lemme guess who these conclusions are based on – 50 Cent and Mike Tyson. Well, the second one’s not a guess, since the poster stated it himself, in an earlier post.
Let’s look at these people for a second, shall we? 50 Cent, Mike Tyson, and Kanye West.
Curtis James Jackson III, aka 50 Cent, was born to a 15-year-old single mother who made ends meet by dealing cocaine. Curtis started dealing crack at 12, before going into rap.
Mike Tyson’s surname isn’t his father’s. His mother never married the father of him and his two siblings. No, his surname comes from his mother’s previous marriage. No worries, though: Tyson’s father left around the time Mike was born, so I guess that eliminated some confusion. He grew up in one of Brooklyn’s toughest neighbourhoods – with a girly voice and a lisp.
He got into boxing at age 12, after a coach at school spotted his talent. This wasn’t any ordinary school, though – it was a remedial college. He was only sent there because he was arrested for purse snatching. Petty theft and assault was his gateway into professional boxing.
Now let’s look at Kanye West. His parents split when he was 3. Ok, but who were they? Well, his Dad was a former Black Panther – now he’s a Christian counsellor. His mother was a professor at Chicago State University, and eventually chair of the English department. And what did Kanye do before he got into rap? He was an English major.
Oh yes, Kanye is certainly at risk of following in the footsteps of 50 Cent and Mike Tyson. What does it matter that he’s educated and from a middle-class family, with his only addiction (porn) one that is shared by half the male college population, plus such professionals as doctors, lawyers and police officers, some of whom are married men with children? Does it even matter that this logic doesn’t even work from band to band, as a comparison of U2 and Guns ‘n Roses (both great 80’s rock bands) illustrates? Does that matter at all?
No! Because he’s black!
And fat reduction surgery to look like “one of the hos?”
Here’s a fun fact about being 50-something and overweight: it destroys your joints. Donda – like some of the overweight mothers I know – might have needed to reduce her weight because the weight’s added pressure coupled with menopause-induced osteoporosis was rupturing her spinal cartilege, pinching her sciatic nerve, causing huge pain and putting her vertebrae at risk of collapse. Maybe she couldn’t exercise properly because her knee joints couldn’t take the strain anymore. And maybe she couldn’t find time to exercise because being a mother just kept her too busy. My stay-at-home mother was an ex-fitness freak – but she became an overweight wreck just because she turned to food for comfort instead of, I dunno, an affair with the neighbour’s husband or something. And now she’s the same age as Donda, and suffering all these problems. If I could afford the surgery she needs, she’d get it.
How’s your mum bearing up, Pat? Or, if you’re too old, how are the mothers of today’s stay-at-home generation bearing up? Y’know, the ones who had their kids later and whose kids are dependent longer? How are they doing?
Show some consideration and respect before you bag out somebody you’ve never met and know nothing about.

Thanks for the great points you’ve made. Don’t make a mistake of making this into a race issue, because its not.
You made a great point about Kanye being at risk of getting shot or raping someone. I have asserted that he is at risk of that, not because he is black, but because he is careless at how he conducts himself professionally and personally.
In a previous post about Kanye, I said he could easily be accused of rape if he is not careful. It has been widely reported about the numbers of women he takes. A woman need only falsely accuse him of rape and Kanye, as an acknowledged porn addict, would be hard pressed to defend himself against the charges.
That he may be shot? That’s just playing the odds because he is a famous rapper.
I also have a mother who has gotten heavier as she has gotten older, and of course its a health issue for all of the reasons you have pointed out.
But Donda didn’t do it to relieve joint pain or a pinched sciatic nerve. She did it to look younger and sexier, against one doctor’s orders. And she went with a doctor who had a history of malpractice and DUI’s. It was very risky for her to do that, and she paid with her life.
And unless you have some insider information on Donda’s medical history showing that she had the surgery to relieve pain, my analysis stands.

Am I the only one on your side? When I read your blog, I saw it objectively. Seems as though u looked at the facts, and said the same thing a LOT of other people said but were too cowardly to say publicly I HOPE SHE DIDNT DIED OVER SOMETHING STUPID LIKE PLASTIC SURGERY. When it was confirmed that it was for that reason, it IS rather hard to sympathize for someone when they KNEW they had a choice. ESPECIALLY WHEN SHE WAS TOLD OTHERWISE BY A ****VERY PROMINENT DOCTOR***Its not hard to get medical clearance and come back later for the surgery. Unless, of course, your body is completely damned. In that case, don’t bother. Now….with that said, do I sympathize for someone losing a parent they were close to? YES. Do I sympathize with someone being stubborn?? Not really.
I’ve been in the medical field for quite some time. Besides, at 55, or whatever age she is, what difference would a tummy tuck make anyway? You’re too old to try to compete w/21 year olds!!! Donda should’ve been trying to carry on her 50s w/dignity….like say, Beyonce’s mom…..or other mom’s in the spotlight with their celebrity children. Sexy is KNOWING what sexy is FOR YOUR AGE. Not being two coughs from sixty and tryin to get a 6-pk and better breasts.
