Best way to spend the last day of summer is to sip wine at one of Virginia’s wineries. We are at Lost Creek, a wonderful winery outside of Historic Leesburg VA. The Chardonay and dry Viognier are both wonderful here. The Merlot is a light ruby color and tastes more like a Napa Valley Pinot Noir than a merlot.
