Check Out WeAreZinks

Old friends and former coworkers of mine have had some sort of epiphany and have decided to grab life by the horns.  They have quit their jobs and sold their belongings and have decided to cross the country together in a quest of self-discovery and to study Americana.

They created a blog to track their progress at WeAreZinks.Com, which stands for Zero Income, No Kids.  It sounds like they are in for an adventure of a lifetime, and I admit it sounds very romantic to simply hit the road and create a new life.  Best of luck to both of you, Tom and Jessie!  Update often!
