Bums in San Fran Use BART Escalators as Personal Shitters

Shocking to no one that the city with the most homeless in the country allows the bums to piss and shit on subway escalators. They do it so much that it requires a HAZMAT team to clean the escalator prior to allowing a repair crew to fix it.

As mentioned before, it is a San Francisco law that there must be at least one homeless crackhead on every corner. Or so it seems.
