A lovable clown who hangs around with children as much as possible, dresses like clowns and Santa Claus, and started dating a woman who runs a Daycare for little children, has a laptop computer with child pornography on it! A central Illinois man who works part-time as a clown and as Santa Claus faces child pornography charges after police found explicit computer files at the home where his girlfriend runs a daycare center.
August Billek of Springfield is charged with receiving and possessing child pornography. He’s been ordered held pending trial.
The 50-year-old was arrested Monday after officers executed a search warrant at his home and found movie files depicting children engaged in sexual activity.
Billek’s girlfriend runs a daycare business out of the home and watches children from ages 18 months through elementary school age.
Billek works part-time as “Downtown the Clown.”
A YouTube search turned up this douchebag who was annoying children at a birthday party. Judging from the background, this clown looks like he’s operating out of Los Angeles or somewhere else that has ghettos and palm trees. He might have to change his clown name now.

I have never harmed a child in my life or ever looked at something so discusting as child pornography. If you would have checked me out before putting a video of me under the ad you would have known that. My lawyer is going to find you. I actually was conducting a search for a birthday party and was looking at Downtown Clown in my area. I ran across this site and also the comments in the threads. I could understand if you made a mistake in posting someone who is not the proper person and just went under the same name. But why keep up a video that is clearly the wrong clown? It makes no sense and just makes you sound like a bitter person who can’t admit when he made a mistake. Quite frankly, I do feel bad for the guy who you’re defaming. Had I not taken the time to read through the comments and threads I would not have known that there’s another side to the story. HEY CLOWN, contact the web administrator or have your attorney do it and inform the domain owner of this issue. They’ll shut this guy down and hopefully his access to continue making false statements. The irony here is that although the writer seemed to start the post out of concern for kids, child molestation prosectution is harmed by people like this person who makes false statements about innocent people. Then it calls into question when honest people make true accusations– the victim ends up being treated like the criminal because the police have to weed out “false” reporting from “true” reporting. Seriously, just swallow your pride, admit it’s a different person, and take this shit down. You’re not doing anyone any favors here except where narcissm is concerned. I find it repulsive for people to pick on someone who apparently can’t fight back because you’re hiding behind the safety of your computer. If you stand by your statements so much why don’t you simply identify yourself and let a court decide who is right and who is wrong? We live in a world where people are two faced– one for the cyber world where there are little consequences to themselves (but not for the harm they do to others) for what is said and one for the real world where their wormy asses shut up because they’re spineless.
