Teacher Puts Asspie in a Box

A West Virginia teacher put a problem child in a “bad boy fort” built of cardboard due to the boy’s misbehavior. The article doesn’t go into what type of behavior prompted the teacher to surround the kid in a box, but it does mention that the kid suffered from the now non-existent diagnosis of “Aspergers.” If experience is any indication, the kid must have just been annoying the shit out of everyone.

The parents of a Parkersburg High School student say a teacher put their son, who has Asperger’s syndrome, in a box labeled “bad kid fort” because of his behavior in the classroom.
Beth Dean and Jeff Richards say the social studies teacher humiliated their 15-year-old son.
“Instead of sending him out of the room or any other myriad of options, she fashioned a large cardboard box and placed the box around his seat, completely enclosing him, in front of 30 of his peers,” Dean told the Parkersburg News and Sentinel.
Her son’s individual education plan outlines steps to take when his behavior is disruptive or unmanageable, she said. “Placed in cardboard box was not one of those steps,” she said.
It was a stupid thing for a teacher to do. The time it took to make the stupid box, coupled with the distractions it created is no way to create a learning environment. But then again, taking classes with a disruptive kid is no learning environment either. And aren’t asspies devoid of embarrassment and social cues? How could an asspie feel shame, embarrassment or any other negative connotation from that? Bonus lulz if “hugbox” was written on the side.

In the wake of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, it was revealed that Adam Lanza, the evil killer of those children and teachers had Aspergers syndrome according to many reports. Aspergers is often described as leaving its sufferers incapable of determining right from wrong and unsympathetic or unempathetic to the feelings of others. The Virginia Tech Hokie killer, Cho Seung-Hui was reportedly an Asspie. The most notorious hacker, Gary McKinnon, avoided extradition and criminal charges by having Aspergers. Many liberals are now clamoring to confiscate guns from law-abiding citizens, but guns aren’t the problem. Asspies are. The time to round these uncaring misfits up is now.

We should have an arm-flapping forced march across the prairie, pushing these uncaring, souless people into a Supermax facility. Since they have no compassion or emotion, its not like it would be a “Trail of Tears” or anything. Maybe a “Trail of Fail.” Once they arrive at their concentration camp, each will be assigned a hugbox and allowed to access an internet bulletin board where they can annoy normal people with their self-absorbed ramblings.

Two members of LulzSec, one of whom pretends to be an arm-flapping Asspie sufferer, has pleaded guilty of launching cyber attacks against corporate sites. The LulzSec logo is below, now featuring a glass full of anal leakage:

Ryan Cleary and Jake Davis, aka “Topiary,” plead guilty to DDoS attacks; two others plead not guilty. The charges centered on events in a 50-day hacking spree last year.
Two British men pleaded guilty today to conspiracy charges related to a spree of attacks on U.S. and U.K. government and corporate Web sites by the LulzSec hacking group last year.
Ryan Cleary, 20, and Jake Davis, a 19-year-old who used the hacker handle “Topiary,” admitted to launching distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks on Web sites including Sony, Nintendo, News International, Arizona State Police, HBGary Federal and PBS, according to The Telegraph.
Cleary pleaded guilty to four additional charges, including hacking into U.S. Air Force computers at the Pentagon. His lawyer says she would fight extradition because her client has Asperger’s Syndrome.
As mentioned before, retarded people don’t get extradited from the UK, as Gary McKinnon has proved. But these hackers are already further along in the justice process, having admitted guilt for idiotic leftist attacks on corporate systems.

Assange Loses Extradition Battle- Time to Pretend He’s an Asspie

Julian Assange lost his court case and will be extradited to Sweden to face rape charges. But if he pretends he’s retarded or has Aspergers like Beloved UK cyber-criminal and kook Gary McKinnon, maybe he can postpone the actual extradition by a decade or more.

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange will be extradited to Sweden to face charges of rape and sexual assault after losing his Supreme Court appeal in the UK.
Judges, who heard the case in February, dismissed the 40-year-old’s appeal on Wednesday (May 30) by a majority of five to two.
Assange’s lawyers said the European arrest warrant for the former computer hacker was “invalid and unenforceable”. Despite admitting that the point of law was difficult to resolve, however, Supreme Court president Lord Phillips said the extradition was fair and lawful.
Assange is accused of sexually molesting and coercing one woman and raping another after giving a lecture in Stockholm in August 2010. He denies the charges and claims they are politically motivated and an attempt to punish him for releasing thousands of confidential documents that embarrassed several governments.
To avoid extradition, Julian Assange must immediately:
1. Pretend to be mentally retarded.
2. Complain to the liberal press that extradition of a mentally ill person is cruel.
3. Have liberal activists protest anyone in the judiciary.
4. Repeat ad infinitum.

Freaky, soulless, self-absorbed asshats, yes. Aspies, no. The APA is doing away with a clinical diagnosis of Aspergers since no one can figure out what the hell it is or if it actually exists. There will just be autism on a graduated scale.

Asperger’s, Overdiagnosed, Ill Defined, May Not Be a Syndrome Much Longer
Psychiatrists working on the latest edition of their profession’s diagnostic manual are thought to be tightening the definition of autism and dispensing with Asperger’s completely.
It’s a reasonable question to ask in the midst of the furor over the American Psychiatric Association’s proposed changes to the way autism spectrum disorders are diagnosed. According to the plan, the APA’s Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, the profession’s standard diagnostic reference for mental disorders will not contain Asperger’s syndrome at all. Instead, all diagnoses of autism—of which Asperger’s is currently considered a subset—will be collapsed together onto one spectrum, and rated in gradations from mild to severe.
For all its clinical and cultural resonance, Asperger’s syndrome is still only a recent addition to the American diagnostic vocabulary. In the 18 years since it arrived, no one has been able to agree on what it is.
So Gary McKinnon, famed Aspergers sufferer who is using his self-diagnosis to prevent being extradited to the United States to face criminal charges, is now considered by the APA to be merely “daft” rather than having a real disease. Eat it, AssPies.

Meet Emerson Begolly. He grew up in the Pennsylvania mountains in a divorced home. His Dad dresses him up in Nazi regalia and later encourages him to engage in target practice with an AK-47 while wearing camo gear with AlQueda patches on his shoulders, and a full beard. When he was arrested by the FBI for engaging in terroristic threats online, he bit the agents in an attempt to provoke them into killing him to make him a martyr. Now his Mom says the whole thing is a big misunderstanding and her son suffers from Aspergers and is misunderstood.

A 21-year-old loner from Armstrong County had an arsenal in his bedroom, a radical Islamist online persona and videos suggesting paramilitary training before his arrest last week for biting two FBI agents.
Mr. Begolly “has a strong desire to kill non-Muslims and many other groups of people,” said Assistant U.S. Attorney Soo C. Song. “He was preparing, and he was getting closer and closer to bringing his words and aspirations to fruition.”
Mr. Begolly was arrested after two FBI agents approached him Jan. 4 at a New Bethlehem Burger King, seeking to talk to him even as other agents executed search warrants on his father’s Mayport farmhouse and his mother’s Natrona Heights home. The parents are divorced.
He reached for a Makarov pistol, for which he had no concealed carry permit, and then bit the agents as they wrestled him into handcuffs. He is charged with assault upon an officer of the United States and possessing a firearm in furtherance of a crime.
Mr. Begolly’s bedroom contained 14 firearms, thousands of rounds of ammunition, a fake hand grenade, a military helmet and a gas mask, said FBI Special Agent Thomas W. Ferguson III. Three of the firearms, including one found under his pillow, were AK-47-type rifles.
One online post by Begolly detailed how an old Buick could be turned into a car bomb using gasoline and tanks — apparently of propane — that could be ignited with a gunshot.
Another talked of “being a suicide martyr on your school,” or taking school kids as hostages and demanding the freedom of Muslim prisoners.
Other online communications dealt with how to handle an arrest attempt. “I would make Waco look like a tea party,” and another said anyone faced with arrest should hurt the agent in any way possible, in a bid to become a martyr.
Shawn Begolly, the defendant’s father, can be heard on some of the videos. In one, the voice said, “Now you wounded him now” in apparent reference to a direct hit on the pumpkin.
Ms. Sims said he was accused of no violence “other then against a pumpkin” before the FBI “snuck up on him” as he sat in his mother’s car in a Burger King parking lot. She said he suffers from Asperger’s syndrome, an autism spectrum disorder that affects social ability.
Nice MySpace photo. I bet he got all the girls. It seems like this punk was raised by his Dad to loathe the jews, first as a Nazi and then as a Muslim. Why the Dad hasn’t been arrested yet is anyone’s guess, and the Jawa Report thinks Dad’s heavily involved in shaping Emerson to be a jihadi.
And how about that? Claiming to have Aspergers, which I’m certain is a self-diagnosis just like all cases, is becoming a common claim of defense lawyers everywhere. To lawyers, having aspergers equals insane equals innocent. Its a bad trend.

A man in Savanna Georgia claimed to suffer from a form of Autism after cops bashed him and tasered him for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. This is why you don’t try to sleep on the side of the road after a public party.

Clifford Grevemberg doesn’t want to go to jail.
On Friday night, the lanky 18-year-old was arrested by Tybee police on a disorderly conduct charge in front of the Rock House on 16th Street.
He says he was Tased twice and thrown to the ground, breaking one of his front teeth and leaving scrapes on his face and knee.
But Grevemberg, who suffers from a form of autism, still wants to know what he did wrong. “I just wanted to go to sleep,” the 6-foot-9-inch tall, 170-pound teenager said Saturday. “I sat down on the curb and put my head in my arms, and they stopped me.”
Dario Mariani, Grevemberg’s brother, said they planned to end their day at Friday’s Beach Bum Parade with some food, but the island revelry left many of the restaurants with two-to-three-hour wait times.
So Mariani and Grevemberg stopped by the Rock House.
“I asked the bouncer, ‘We just want to get food, and can he come inside?’” Mariani said. “He said no, so I told Clifford to stay outside while I ordered some cheeseburgers.”
Mariani said he walked outside a few minutes later to find his brother in handcuffs, his face covered with blood. Two Taser barbs were stuck to the lower portion of Grevemberg’s back, and their wires were wrapped around his legs.
Mariani says his brother was Tased twice.
“I asked them what … they were doing, and they said he was being drunk and disorderly,” he said. “I said, ‘No, he’s a special needs child. He hasn’t drank alcohol in his entire life.
“Their eyeballs got about that big when I told them he has a heart condition,” Mariani added. The family said Grevemberg’s heart must be regularly monitored due to the severity of the condition.
Mariani said that after Tybee police told him he could be arrested, too, his brother was taken to the Tybee police station and later released.
This is not a kid, but an NBA-sized man at 6 foot 7. And if he has a heart condition, maybe he shouldn’t spend all day at a public party, especially without a bag lunch out past his bedtime. And asspies can certainly be heard headed and lippy, so the taserin’ was probably the best course of action.

The hacker responsible for the largest breaches of commercial enterprises, Albert Gonzales, was sentenced yesterday to 20 years in prison. His resume of crime includes breaches at Heartland, Hannaford, TJMaxx, Office Max and many more.

A 28-year-old Florida man who stole millions of credit card numbers in one of the biggest computer hacking operations in US history was sentenced to 20 years in prison on Thursday.
Albert Gonzalez, of Miami, pleaded guilty in separate cases in September related to hacking into the computer systems of big US retailers.
As part of the plea agreement reached in September, Gonzalez agreed to forfeit one million dollars which he had buried in a container, a condo in Miami, a 2006 BMW 330i, a Tiffany diamond ring and Rolex watches.
He faces sentencing in other cases Friday.
Gonzalez and two unidentified Russian co-conspirators were accused of stealing more than 130 million credit and debit card numbers from firms supporting major retail and financial organizations.
More than 250 financial institutions were affected including Heartland Payment Systems, a New Jersey-based card payment processor; 7-Eleven Inc., a Texas-based nationwide convenience store chain; and Hannaford Brothers Co. Inc., a Maine-based supermarket chain. Other charges were related to hacks into major US retailers including TJX Companies, BJ?s Wholesale Club, OfficeMax, Boston Market, Barnes and Noble and Sports Authority.
Gonzalez and unnamed co-conspirators broke into retail credit card payment systems using techniques such as “wardriving,” stealing more than 40 million credit and debit card numbers from accessible wireless computer networks of retailers.
Prosecutor Stephen Heymann rejected a defense argument that Gonzalez suffered from a form of autism called Asperger’s syndrome. “The compulsive behavior exhibited by Gonzalez had nothing to do with a mental defect.
So this 20 year sentence is just the beginning of the end of this hacker’s life. He will likely get more jail time today. And its nice to see that the justice system calls bullshit on criminals who claim to be partially retarded.

Accused of one of the largest cyber breaches against the DoD of all time, he has managed to whip up so much sympathy from leftists in Britain by faking a disease that he has managed to postpone extradition for five years. Now the biggest hacks ever committed on the commercial side will possibly go underpunished because Albert Gonzalez, aka “Segvec” started flapping his arms to say he has the assburgers too.

The international hacker who has admitted to stealing more than 130 million payment card numbers has mounted a new defense claim that he might suffer from Asperger’s syndrome, a court filing indicates.
On Tuesday, attorneys for Albert Gonzalez filed a report from a forensic psychologist that questioned the criminal hacker’s “capacity to knowingly evaluate the wrongfulness of his actions and consciously behave lawfully and avoid crime,” according to federal prosecutors. The report went on to state that his “behavior was consistent with description of the Asperger’s disorder.”
Gonzalez becomes the latest hacker under prosecution to raise the Asperger’s defense in arguing for leniency. Most notably, NASA hacker Gary McKinnon has cited the Autism-related disorder in fighting extradition to the US to face computer trespass charges. UK Home Secretary Alan Johnson has repeatedly rejected claims raised by McKinnon’s attorneys and supporters and has indicated he will not stop the forced transfer.
In August, convicted hacker Viachelav Berkovich received two years less than the minimum called for under federal sentencing guidelines after the judge in the case took the disability into consideration as a mitigating factor.
The judge hearing Gonzalez’s case has canceled a December 21 sentencing hearing, according to an entry made Wednesday on a federal court website. It’s unclear when a new hearing will be held.
People with Asperger’s are said to display behavior that’s repetitive and restricted, and they also show social awkwardness and an inability to empathize. The link between Asperger’s and crime, however, has been disputed by some researchers.
Being a social outcast is no excuse for crime. But I really don’t like this new trend of criminals claiming to suffer from an undiagnosable mental disorder to avoid prosecution or justice. People that really do suffer from this disorder should be equally upset, but of course they won’t be- they will just gather in their moms’ basements, flap their arms, and send me hate mail for daring to speak out against it.
