Reason 465 to HomeSchool: Your Kid’s Bus Stop Won’t Be the Pedophile’s House

School starts today. You should find out where your kid’s bus stop is located and then cross-check that with your state’s sex offender registry. Otherwise when your kid gets off of the bus at the end of the day, a pedophile might think it is like pizza delivery.
In Summerville, South Carolina, the local school board neglected to check to see if the bus stop was too close to a sex offender’s house. But worse than a school system not checking, is the fact that if they did, and there was a requirement to keep the stops 1000 feet away from a sex offender’s house, your kid couldn’t get on a bus in that town.

For the past two weeks, children in a Summerville neighborhood have been getting on and off their school bus in front of a registered sex offender’s house. A couple with three children — ages 14, 12 and 9 — asked officials in Dorchester District 2 to move the bus stop, and district leaders agreed to do it.
Officials from local school districts said they follow state law when establishing bus routes. The law also requires districts to consider certain traffic hazards. But it doesn’t require them to place bus stops a certain distance from the homes of convicted sex offenders.
Donald Tudor, the department’s director of transportation, said it would be difficult to consider sex offenders’ residences when selecting bus stops. And other states that have imposed laws requiring sex offenders to live certain distances from bus stops are having problems enforcing them, he said. There are many registered sex offenders, Tudor said. If South Carolina required that no bus stop be placed within 1,000 feet of the home of a registered sex offender, “in certain little neighborhoods, it would be impossible to have a bus stop.”
Dang South Carolina. Ick. Time to start building sex-offender colonies and forcing them to live there. Oh, and maybe put a tall boundary around the colony, some nice bars on the windows and call it jail.

Barry Harrison murdered two men by beating and shooting them to death in 1984. In 2008 he became a free man and later was convicted for possessing cocaine and violating parole. Three weeks out of jail for that charge, he was placed with the Peaceoholics organization as part of a work release program for DC criminals. And for reasons that only liberals understand, this type of person is perfect to use in Washington DC schools for “mentorship and conflict resolution” among troubled DC teenagers. 8 days on the job at the school, Barry Harrison sexually assaulted a 15 year old girl.
The Peaceoholics have received almost 8 Million dollars in grants from the federal and DC government. Barry Harrison came to the organization on the personal recommendation of DC Councilwoman Yvette Alexander (D-Ward 7). The two founders of this stupid organization that uses convicts to mentor or recruit children, Ron Moten and Jauhar Abraham, claim that the conviction of Harrison was not about sexual assault, but an attempt by Peaceoholics critics to discredit them!

A D.C. Superior Court jury on Friday found a counselor with the mentoring group Peaceoholics guilty of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl at the school where he was assigned to work with troubled students.
The case came down to credibility. Harrison’s attorney insisted that the victim and three of her female classmates concocted a story that Harrison, who served time in prison for 1984 murders, used his position as a mentor to prey on female students at Spingarn High School.
Because of the age of the victim, Harrison faces a maximum of 90 years in prison on four of the five felony charges. Harrison faces additional prison time for parole violation from his 1984 conviction.
Jauhar Abraham says he sat through the entire trial. He watched the teenage accuser testify. He watched Barry Harrison testify. He doesn’t believe the accuser.
“Barry is the one paying the price, so to speak, but I really think that this is, you know, more of a personal attack really against me and Ron Moten and the Peaceoholics as a whole,” said Abraham.

The lame excuse that the background check only went back ten years was BS. Any call to Harrison’s parole officer would have provided all of the background checks necessary. And also, the school district completely failed to provide any of their own background checks at all. But for a school system that is failing and riddled with liberalism, blind faith in organizations that provide “conflict mediation” is all you need for a background check.

The Nationwide Tea Party Coalition announces “Hall Pass on That,” the alternative to President Barack Obama’s September 8th address to school children across the nation. The group asks that schools who choose to participate in the president’s September 8th program offer an alternative to students and families who do not wish to view, or have their children view, a partisan address or participate in activities that did not follow proper educational protocol or obtain parental consent.
Personally, I think its kinda neat to have the President address the classrooms, but the problem here is not that the President wants to urge the children to stay in school- its that the teachers and liberal teachers’ unions will use the opportunity to push their radical agenda on the kids- such as socialist slavery (aka volunteerism), eco-religious service, and propaganda on the healthcare debate.
So I would urge all parents to try to use this hallpass to get their kids out of class during the address. If for no other reason, it shows the teachers that parents are deeply concerned about political indoctrination and will not tolerate even the threat of it.

Robert Hawkins, a 43 year-old slob of a math teacher, started banging his 17 year old student. When Hawkins bragged about it in the teacher’s lounge and over email, his teacher buddies laughed about it, shared high-fives and slapped him on the back. Now all four of the teachers are fired.

A sexual relationship between a Bucks County teacher and a 17-year-old female student has resulted in the teacher’s arrest and dismissal, and the resignation or suspension of three other teachers who knew about the relationship.
Robert C. Hawkins, a math teacher at Council Rock South High School, turned himself in to police yesterday morning. He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and corruption of a minor after he allegedly had a five-month sexual relationship with the student.
The Council Rock School District, after conducting its own investigation, concluded that three other teachers knew about the relationship and did not report it to school officials or police. The police affidavit outlining the charges against Hawkins referred to e-mails between Hawkins and unnamed “associates.”
One of the teachers has resigned, and two have been suspended with intent to dismiss.
Hawkins and the girl began talking on the phone and text-messaging each other in November, with Hawkins initiating the conversations. More than 6,000 messages were exchanged, including messages from Hawkins saying he had checked to find out the age of consent for sexual relations. The two engaged in sex numerous times at Hawkins’ home, from December to April, the affidavit said.
Hawkins had shown the girl sexually explicit pictures on his laptop of another female student at Council Rock South.
Way to go scumbag. You got yourself and your three friends fired because you can’t keep your hands off of your students. As a registered sex offender I guess you can get a job as a landscaper.

Zero tolerance policies are created by liberals that are too afraid to use common sense because they are afraid of all judgments. All races, sexes, cultures, religions- they are all the same; can’t judge anyone or anything; dont use your brain to make distinctions, because for some reason that would be wrong. The same goes for drugs. There is no difference between aspirin and crack cocaine. Neither can be on school grounds, and the penalties are stupidly the same. This fact was learned the hard way by Fresia Jackson, an Oakton High School Senior in Fairfax, VA when she tried to take a birth control pill at school, earning her a 10 day suspension and threat of expulsion. You have to choose to include that digital file as part of your editing software. Maybe these women are just pissed off because their surroundings in their love life are not filled with dining and dancing and flowers, but rather, strap-ons, flavored oils and grating Indigo Girls albums. He was locked in the Durham jail Saturday without bail. Lombard, 42, of 24 Indigo Creek Trail (check out the communal garden and the freakin’ teepee in the communal space!), performed sexual acts on his son and invited an undercover investigator online to fly to North Carolina and do the same.

Our children are learning about independence, inter-dependence, diversity, ecology, consensus, and how to be good neighbors in a supportive community through their every day experiences. From the time they decide to participate at the age of two or three, children can help make some of the community rules. They clear their places at community meals, leave their shoes on all of our porches, run through the meadow (or more likely around Sam and Margaret’s yard) with their friends, get homework help from all of us, follow animal tracks through the woods, or choose to be alone.
If benadryl-induced ass-reamings is paradise, I would hate to hear how Eno Commons defines hell for children.
Update: Lombard’s gay lifepartner is Ken Shipp, an older man and registered pharmacist working for Duke University studying AIDS and HIV drug testing programs. If anyone in the home would know how to drug a child it would be this guy, but it is possible that he didn’t know about the abuse. Also, it turns out that Lombard was also active in a pro-gay church as a member of the vestry.

So when it came time to show a Jonas Brothers Disney movie to five assembled classes, including kindergartners, the teacher forgot to eject the porno DVD first before firing up the DVD player.

A hardcore pornographic movie was accidentally screened at PS 17 in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Students from five classes at the school had assembled to watch Camp Rock, a Disney Channel movie starring the Jonas Brothers, but after a teacher powered up the DVD player and walked away to get the Disney movie, a skin flick began to play, the New York Post reported Sunday.
The students, some as young as 5-years-old, were exposed to 45-seconds of sex acts in the incident late last month.
My son told his friend he saw a naked lady at school, said Rona Easton, whose 6-year-old son, Cass, viewed the snippet with his kindergarten class. I thought he was just being silly. It’s appalling.
Of course showing pornography to children is against the law, and of course the teachers and principal in this situation didn’t involve law enforcement. They wouldn’t actually want anyone to get in trouble.

A Pitt County school teacher resigned after being arrested in Wilmington over the weekend.
According to the Wilmington Police Department, 27-year-old Jessica Bailey Wishnask of Leland was arrested and charged with indecent liberties with a minor.
Police say a patrol officer spotted a suspicious vehicle. As he approached the car, the officer found Wishnask in “intimate contact” with a 15-year-old boy.
Wishnask was an 8th grade language arts teacher at Pactolus Elementary School. Wishnask began teaching in Pitt County February 2 and resigned Monday, May 25 after her arrest.
Prior to her Pitt Conty teaching job, Wishnack was a 7th grade language arts teacher at Williston Middle School and was suspended in October and November of 2008 and resigned Dec. 31, 2008 for personal reasons. She moved out of a home in Leland, leaving her young daughter, shortly after she resigned and moved to Greenville NC, 135 miles away. She and her husband are in the middle of a separation.
I wonder if Wishnack’s husband is divorcing her because she is a disgusting child molester? No word as yet on who the 15 year old is, but I’m betting he is a former student of hers. She is out on bail right now and recently logged into her MySpace profile here, which has a non-zombie photo of her. She changed her mood to “smart.” I think not.

Kathleen Cunningham, most likely the hero lunch lady Adam Sandler sang about, was suspended from her job because she allowed children to substitute a bagel and cream cheese for a disgusting veggie burger. Apparently, there is a strict no substitutions policy for school lunches.

A food services manager at a Newton elementary school said she was suspended this week for feeding students other items after they refused to eat the day’s veggie burgers for lunch.
Kathleen Cunningham said she was suspended when Angier Elementary School received veggie burgers instead of the grilled cheese sandwiches that were on the menu.
When about seven or eight students refused to eat the veggie burgers, she said, she let them choose other lunch items, including a bagel lunch or a breakfast lunch. “Morally, can I let a kid go without a lunch when he’s telling me he’s not going to eat?” Cunningham said. “No, I’m not going to do that.”
Michael Cronin, chief of operations for the school district, would not comment on Cunningham’s case, saying the school system does not discuss personnel matters. He said the food ordering system is intended to give parents — rather than school employees — decision-making power of what children eat.
Cunningham showed a Globe reporter a copy of a memo she received from Cronin.
The document says: “Notwithstanding that you have been repeatedly counseled regarding workplace standards and been given reminders regarding adherence to the food service program’s policies, you continue to refuse to implement food service policies and procedures. Furthermore, you have given no assurance that you intend to follow the procedures in the future.”
The missive says Cunningham will face further discipline if she continues to flout policy, up to and including dismissal. She acknowledged she has been reprimanded for failing to follow the school’s policy on meal substitutions in the past. Asked if she would continue to violate the policy in the future, Cunningham said: “I can’t allow the child to go without a meal. If they come to me and tell me they’re hungry, I have to make sure they’re fed.”
Of course, as I have documented numerous times, a teacher can anally rape a kindergartner, post the video up on YouTube, and keep his job while on paid leave for his crime. But refuse to shove a disgusting veggie burger down a tot’s throat? That’s a firing!

Meet Abbie Swogger. She is the next in a very long line of special education teachers who gets sexually aroused by children. This albino cracked-out former stripper threw a crack, beer and pot party for her 15-year-old son, several other high school kids and she even sprinkled in some runaway girls into the mix. For an encore, she tried to gangbang everyone in the room. That’s when the cops caught her. Now she is going to jail for three years followed by 36 years of probation.

A former Highlands High School teacher’s aide, who threw an out-of-control party for teenagers at a New Kensington hotel room, has struck a plea deal with Allegheny County prosecutors. Under the terms, Swogger will go to prison for the next three to six years and serve a total of 36 years of probation.
Swogger threw a party and provided alcohol and drugs to minors at the Clarion Hotel in February 2008. She was also having sex with a 15-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy in Natrona Heights, and stripping for teens and adult males in another home in Natrona Heights.
Police went to Swogger’s hotel room after being told that two female runaways may be there, and when they approached the door, they heard noise and music and a male voice yelling, “Bout time baby, you sexy.” Officers found empty and half-full cans of beer throughout the room, along with baggies of crack cocaine on a ledge above a door near a closet. Drug paraphernalia and a digital scale were in plain view.
Swogger was charged with involuntary sexual deviate intercourse, indecent assault, endangering the welfare of children, corruption of minors, furnishing liquor to minors, unlawful contact with minors and possession with intent to deliver.

A 17-year-old boy testified yesterday that he carried on a months-long sexual relationship with a former teacher’s aide more than twice his age who regularly paid for beer and marijuana.
At one point after a 15-year-old boy testified about Swogger giving him oral sex, she mouthed the words to her son, “Don’t believe everything he says.” The 15-year-old is the 17-year-old’s brother.
Police arrested Ms. Swogger in February after she stayed overnight at the Clarion Hotel in New Kensington with several male and female juveniles. In the room, police found crack cocaine, the odor of marijuana, beer and used condoms. The 17-year-old said Ms. Swogger furnished $500 for the crack, which she planned to sell.
Ms. Swogger, a former exotic dancer, was a special-education aide at Highlands Senior High School. She resigned in February after police uncovered the hotel party as they searched for two runaway girls.
The girls ended up at the hotel with Ms. Swogger after they ran into the 15-year-old. One girl testified that Ms. Swogger stroked her thigh. “She said that she was bisexual and her goal was to get us all high and to have sex with us,” the girl said.

Its about time I was able to publish a story about a teacher who didn’t take a student into his or her home to rape them. This story is about a teacher who took a student into his home to pistolwhip him for an unknown reason. All of it was captured on a video camera setup by the student- a camera that was facing the bed.

A Houston special education teacher pistol-whipped a teenager in his home. The attack was caught on video by the victim himself. It is unclear what the nature of the relationship is between the boy and the man.
Cashin Clay is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. On April 20, a 16-year-old boy sent the cops an email with video of the assault and also posted it on YouTube.
Neighbors say the 53-year-old had a lot of young friends. “He has teenagers working in the front yard sometimes I see those. He had a lot of parties.” said Helen Ramsay.
Clay is expected to be in court again on June 8.
Other articles refuse to mention whether or not Clay has been fired. Of course he hasn’t. If Hitler was a teacher and was barbecuing Jews in the classroom, the school system would suspend him with pay.

Meet Carmina Erica Lopez. She has a voracious appetite for two things- Krispy Kreme Donuts and the hot bod of 11 year old boys. The donuts come cheap. But in order to bribe an 11 year old for sex, she had to fork over bags of pot, beer, a boombox and a sweet-ass dirtbike. But when the rape victim got sick of being boinked by this hairy beast, he threatened to call the cops- but Carmina Lopez threatened to kill her own 4 year old son and herself.

A 15-year-old boy told a judge yesterday that his former teacher, who is also his godmother, demanded that he have sex with her over a four-year period in exchange for gifts, alcohol and other favors. He said Carmina Erica Lopez had sex with him in her car, on a table in her classroom, in her bedroom, in her toddler’s bedroom and in a guest room of her home.
“If I wanted a ride home or if I wanted something, then I’d have to have sex with her to get it,” the boy testified in Chula Vista Superior Court. He said Lopez gave him many gifts, including a dirt bike motorcycle, boots and a radio. He said she also gave him money to buy marijuana and once bought beer for him. In all, the boy said he had sex with Lopez 30 or 40 times from 2004 to 2008.
When he threatened to report her, Lopez, the mother of a 4-year-old son, threatened to murder her son and commit suicide, the boy testified.
Lopez, 33, must stand trial on 10 felony charges of molesting the boy and one charge of furnishing marijuana to a minor. If convicted of all charges, Lopez faces a maximum of 19 years and four months in prison.
Lopez, who lives in Mission Hills, is on paid leave from her job as a fifth-grade teacher at Sunnyslope Elementary School in Palm City pending the outcome of the case.
The boy said he knew Lopez from the time he was in first grade, and his family became close to her over several years. “She became my godmother; she started coming to family parties,” the boy testified. The boy testified that his first sexual encounter with Lopez happened in her car when he was 11 or 12 years old and she was his sixth-grade teacher at Nestor.
“She would, like, fondle me,” the boy testified. “She pulled down my pants and asked me if I liked it.” The boy said Lopez behaved similarly twice in her Nestor classroom after school.
The boy said he ended the relationship when Lopez told him she wanted to marry him and have children with him.
So committing suicide kept the boy around, but threatening to marry him? Hell No! He was going to the cops! And of course, the teacher could be an ax murderer, but she gets to keep her job until they convict her, which could take months.

It seems that Jon was getting really tired of Kate’s chronic shrewish nagging, so he has hooked up with a 23 year old third-grade school teacher (teachers are such whores, right?) for sex, shots and a soon-to-be single swinger lifestyle.
This story here from Us Weekly details the whole shocking affair. But anyone who has watched the show Jon and Kate plus 8 over the past few years saw this coming, right? Kate is a bitchy germaphobic shrew who nags Jon constantly and is fond of slapping him with her cutely named “love taps.” Is it any wonder Jon wanted to “get some” on the side? However, I don’t blame Kate for the pending breakup of the marriage and what is sure to be a hefty child support payment multiplied by eight. I blame Mady.
That’s Mady on the bottom right, shooting laserbeams of pure evil and hatred from her eyeslits toward the rest of her family. Mady is never happy and she goes out of her way to make sure her parents and siblings suffer daily for their imaginary offenses against her. Whenever there is a family photo, Mady is shown to be beligerently pouty. Mady is the reason there are no sharp knives around the house, and rumor has it that it was Mady that introduced her father to the teacher, Deanna Hummel. Maybe Kate can use some of Jon’s insane child support payments to get Mady the electric-shock therapy she so desperately needs.

After Jon and Deanna met in mid-January at Chill Lounge in Reading, Pennsylvania (they sent each other $3 shots), Jason says Jon — who has twins, 8, and sextuplets, 5 — began relentlessly pursuing his sister. By mid-February, he was coming over to their Reading house.
At the Hummel house, Jason says Deanna and Jon would “pretty much stay locked away like two teenagers. It was weird. He’s a grown man.” He also adds, “A lot of the time, it was pretty, um, gross listening to her, you know, um — how do I say this? The walls are thin. Let’s just say that. I mean, no one wants to hear his sister having sex, let alone with a married dude who’s, like, almost twice her age and who has eight kids and a maybe-crazy wife. Ick. Nasty.”
Why do women who are the worst decision makers decide to go into the teaching profession? Oh well. With Jon out of the family’s life, one thing is for certain- In 15 years, there will be two sets of half-asian stripper sisters dancing somewhere in Pennsylvania! A set of twins and a set of triplets!

Jennifer Rice, the teacher from Tacoma, Washington that raped a 10 year old boy, copped a plea and admitted guilt in raping her 10 year old student and his 15 year old brother. When she is sentenced she could get the max of 261 years in the clink where her ovaries will wither to the size of rabbit turds.

A Pierce County judge on Monday convicted Jennifer L. Rice of kidnapping and raping a 10-year-old boy she taught at Tacoma’s McKinley Elementary School two years ago.
Superior Court Judge D. Gary Steiner also found Rice, 33, guilty of raping the boy’s older brother and ruled one of her crimes was predatory, qualifying her for an extra-long prison sentence.
The former teacher faces more than 25 years in prison when sentenced June 5. Steiner ordered Rice, who’s been in jail since her arrest in summer 2007, to stay there until sentencing.
Rice, the mother of young children, wiped at tears after Steiner made his rulings.
The convictions followed a brief “stipulated facts” trial. Prosecutors and Rice’s defense team agreed to a set of facts in the case, and Steiner reviewed them before making his decision.
Rice admitted she had sexual intercourse with both boys on separate occasions – the older brother was 15 at the time – and that she kidnapped and molested the younger boy.
Steiner convicted Rice of four crimes: first-degree kidnapping, first-degree child molestation and two counts of third-degree rape. Steiner found the child-molestation crime was a predatory offense because the victim was one of Rice’s students.
That designation – required when a teacher is accused of certain sex crimes – invokes stiff sentencing requirements: a minimum term of 25 years or the high end of the standard sentencing range, whichever is longer. In Rice’s case, the high end is 261/2 years.
The victims’ parents last month sued the Tacoma, Bethel and Yelm school districts, contending the districts negligently hired and supervised Rice and didn’t do enough to protect students from her. Rice also taught in the North Thurston School District.
The state has revoked her licenses to teach and work as a counselor.
So now that Jennifer rice is convicted, I suppose the schools will finally stop paying this rapist’s salary. Also, I wrote before how Jennifer Rice is challenging the predatory crimes laws as unfair. I don’t think they are unfair at all, and I doubt the judges will be sympathetic during her appeals.

Lori Epperson has only been teaching a short while. Her second year on the job and she decides that somehow, taking four cheerleaders to a gay bar to get drunk while watching men strip- on a school night, no less- would be a good idea.

The Butler Tech teacher who took four Edgewood High School cheerleaders to a gay strip bar regrets her actions. Marketing teacher Lori Epperson resigned Thursday after being investigated by the career school for taking the girls in February to a Dayton gay bar featuring male dancers.
According to the April 10 letter the 37-year-old Epperson apologized and explained what happened that night.
The girls, ages 18 and 17, “wanted to go to a gay establishment,” Epperson wrote. “They continued to push the issue and I told them if they were that set on going I would prefer they go with me.”
Epperson contended the girls’ parents gave permission once she assured them there would be no drinking.
Once there, she wrote, the girls’ hands were stamped marking them as underage. However, the girls went upstairs where they were able to get drinks.
“After about 15 minutes, I went to look for them. They had found someone that was a brother of someone they knew. He bought them shots and cosmopolitans – a very strong drink. I told them we’re leaving because they disobeyed me by drinking,” she recounted. One of the girls was “found in the bathroom throwing up” and had to be carried by Epperson to the car. She wrote that she “drove them home, lecturing the whole way.”
What on earth could she have lectured these future strippers cheerleaders about? Beer before liquor, never sicker; liquor before beer, never fear?

Girls, it’s inappropriate for you to do things like this. Cheerleaders have a very high standard of excellence, primarily involving spelling out animal names rhythmically and getting deep dicked by a star high school quarterback who’s going to end up working at a Denny’s. … Shameful.

This is another case of stupid “zero tolerance” polices run amok. Some boys Googled a common English word that should have been filtered by the school’s content filters and viewed the resulting pictures. That word was “lesbian,” a word that many schools have been forbidden to block by gay rights groups. The pictures that came with the search results caused the boys to be charged with distributing pornography to minors. Now the kids face a long process through the criminal justice system instead of the slap on the wrist they should have received.

Two fifth-graders could face criminal charges for looking at pornography on a school computer, but some people are wondering how they were able to access the images in the first place.
Police were called last week after two 11-year-old boys at Forbes Elementary School pulled up images of sexual acts on a school computer and then showed the pictures to nine other students. The incident came to light when one child told a parent and another told the principal.
Police called the images “pretty explicit” but declined to elaborate. He said the boys made multiple attempts on different days to access inappropriate material. Ultimately, they typed the word “lesbian” into a search engine and were able to pull up pictures not blocked by the school’s Internet filter.
The school suspended the boys for two days. They could face charges in juvenile court of dealing in material harmful to a minor or lesser charges for viewing pornography at school, or be referred to the probation department instead of going to court, among other possibilities. If they are adjudicated in juvenile court, consequences range from community service to serving time in a juvenile detention facility.
Rhonda Bromley, Alpine School District spokeswoman, said district officials decided to involve police based on the seriousness of the case.
“The bottom line is, because of the age it’s obviously a sensitive thing, but what they did was inappropriate, and it was wrong, so as educators and a society hopefully we need to help them learn that,” Bromley said. “It’s a little disappointing to hear people say, “Boys will be boys.’ … I don’t know what the magic age is when people can stop saying ‘Well, boys will be boys.’”
But some say it was the school’s responsibility to make sure inappropriate material was blocked from classroom computers, and the students shouldn’t face criminal charges.
Hear that homosexuals? The stuff you do is so bad it damages minors just by looking at it. Also, what kind of iron bitch is Rhonda Bromley? Her school’s cyber policy is obviously flawed. Shouldn’t she go to jail for failing to protect minors from the harmful visual images of the internets? Just suspend the children for violating the acceptable usage policy, adjust your content filters and move on.
Another case of zero tolerance taken too far involves banning neck scarves in the middle of winter here.
