The black fraternities are still coming to the beach, and they are still rioting, stabbing and shooting one another. But no where in the news will you find a description of the attendees of “Beach Week VA” as black.

From HamptonRoads here:

Violence broke out across several blocks near the Oceanfront late Saturday and early Sunday, leaving several people injured and many more concerned after an event drew thousands of young adults.

Police reported three shootings, three incidents in which a person was cut and three robberies. All happened over 4 hours between 17th Street and 33rd Street near the Oceanfront.

None of the injuries were life-threatening, but the violence was enough to shake up some who visit, live at or work in the area.

Virginia Beach Mayor Will Sessoms estimated 30,000 to 40,000 people were at the Oceanfront this weekend. One of the festivities was “College Beach Weekend 2013.”

That event was not organized by the city. But it was publicized through social media, allowing it to reach many non-college students from outside Hampton Roads.

A website for the event mentions Hampton University, Norfolk State, Old Dominion and several schools farther from Hampton Roads. It also lists events for Friday through Sunday.

The website is here, featuring lots of black bands that push a culture of acting like a thug, shooting people, and treating women like trash. But the newspaper doesn’t want anyone to judge their behavior. These weren’t criminals. Just college students. Kids, really.

Meet Cara Alexander. She used a cover identity of an educator so she could prey on her students. She was arrested in Newport News VA for sending nude photos of herself to one of her students. She was also charged with taking indecent liberties with a child.

From HamptonRoads here:

A 27-year-old teacher has been arrested after a nude photo of her was found on a student’s cellphone earlier this week.

The parents of a 17-year-old student said they found the photo on his cellphone. The parents said the woman was a teacher in Newport News and that their son and the teacher had been in a relationship.

Cara Alexander of Newport News was arrested today and charged with six counts of using a communications system to facilitate certain offenses involving children and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, the news release said. She was also charged with one count of taking indecent liberties with a minor.

The freshman English teacher has been an instructor at Woodside High School since Aug. 2010, according to Michelle Morgan-Price, a Newport News Public Schools spokeswoman. Prior to that she was a substitute teacher from Jan. 2009 until she was hired at Woodside.

Yet another child predator posing as a teacher. And of course she’s not fired from her job yet since she is in a union. At 27 this soon-to-be-registered sex offender will be unemployable and still have student loan payments.

A Renoir painting disappeared from a Baltimore Museum in 1951. It eventually wound up in the hands of Marcia Fuqua of Virginia, who claimed that she bought the painting for 7 bucks at a flea market. When the FBI started investigating the theft and the re-emergence of the painting, Fuqua wrote the FBI claiming that she had no training in fine arts. Which was a lie, and something that could land her in very hot water.

There is a great write up of this story at the WaPo here. No one is claiming that Fuqua’s Mom stole the painting, but Fuqua’s lies to the FBI is enough to land her in jail.

A Virginia Minister is in jail for committing a hate crime against himself. Olander Cuthrell hates himself so bad that he spray painted the word nigger on the side of his house and then set it on fire. Of course he tried to blame imaginary white hate groups. The FBI got involved and all the clues pointed to Cuthrell as the perpetrator.

From CBS here:

A minister at a Virginia church faces charges of setting his house and car in Chesterfield County on fire.

Chesterfield County police had investigated the fires as a possible hate crime because a racial slur had been painted on the house. Police believe 41-year-old Olander D. Cuthrell, who is black, painted the slurs on his home before he set it on fire.

Police charged Cuthrell on Tuesday with two felony arson counts following a joint investigation with the FBI.

In a press release, authorities say they treat allegations of hate crimes as “serious matters.”

The fires occurred March 15. One fire was set on the front porch of Cuthrell’s house. The other was set in a car.

Cuthrell is a minister of music at Good Shepherd Baptist Church in Petersburg.

He is being held without bond at the Chesterfield County Jail. An April 17 hearing is set in Chesterfield County General District Court.

Hate Crimes are serious, but false accusations of hate crimes are far worse. There should be a law that severely punishes those who attempt to stir up hate and animosity by faking a hate crime. Make the penalty equivalent to a real hate crime. Oh, and Cuthrell is a Democrat.

Cyber criminals do a lot of things to try to shut someone up. A popular trick is to try to get an adversary’s personal information published, aka Doxing, or shutting off an adversary’s power, or having their car towed. The most dangerous trick of all is SWATing, when an anonymous tipster calls the local police to report a hostage situation in the adversary’s home. This tends to get a SWAT team to storm the house with weapons pointed at family members. Its dastardly, dangerous and not funny. Brian Krebs, one of the best cyber security bloggers, had his home invaded by a Fairfax County SWAT team.

wow. fun day. house just got SWATted. even though I warned the FxCo Police 6 months ago this would happen.

Ray’s Hellburger is an awesome restaurant in Rosslyn. I bring my out-of-town friends there for lunch and the greasy burgers are definitely worth the wait. I heard about the place from Food Network, and then Obama started going there, taking his idiot Vice President with him. Now the business is shutting down, possibly due to a dispute with the landlord, but this is just one more in a very long line of doomed businesses that tie back to a visit by Obama.

From HumanEvents here:

Ray’s Hell-Burger is closing its doors in Washington DC. The burger joint rose to prominence after Obama visited the business twice. Now they’re closed.

It’s a sad day for D.C.-area burger lovers.

Ray’s Hell-Burger and its sister restaurant, Ray’s Hell-Burger Too, are closing their doors forever, Washingtonian reported Wednesday.

The cult-followed burger joints, helmed by acclaimed chef Michael Landrum, announced their temporary closure due to a “landlord-tenant dispute” in January. But the real estate company responsible for the properties, located in Rosslyn’s Colonial Village Shopping Center, confirmed that the two shuttered units are indeed now available for lease.

Ray’s Hell-Burger rose to international prominence after President Barack Obama dined there twice; first with Vice President Joe Biden in 2009 and again with Russian president Dmitry Medvedev a year later.

Now Obama took away my favorite cheeseburger too. Bastard.

Elementary school parents fundraised and donated cash to get new climbing equipment installed at Farifax County’s Stratford Landing Elementary. And on the day it opened for students to use, some busybody condemned the equipment as unsafe for school kids. Normally, I’d condemn county meddlers, but in this case, this playset looks only slightly dangerous, but mostly boring.

From the Dailymail here:

Health and safety killjoys have been slammed for shutting a new school playground before it was even opened over fears a child could be injured.

Parents had spent months raising $35,000 to pay for new climbing frame outside Stratford Landing Elementary School, in Fairfax County, Virginia – and claim they worked with authorities to ensure the site met required standards.

But before a child could set foot in the playground, authorities performed a last-minute U-turn and deemed it to be a hazard.

The school’s facilities department insists the new equipment must be dismantled.

However, Fairfax has pledged to spend about $135,000 from the county’s coffers replacing the equipment.

Although parents worked with the Fairfax County Public Schools facilities department, purchased the equipment, hired a contractor and had the playground ready for recess, the school system suddenly deemed the play equipment too dangerous. Since November, last year, it has been off-limits, parents say.
The same equipment is installed at more than 1,200 parks and schools across the country, including a public park in the county.

A playground is useless without a good metal slide, monkey-bar mazes and a swingset. This ugly thing only sports a climbing web and stupid curvy bars that are too difficult to use as handholds. If I was still 7, I wouldn’t play on it. I’d have more fun throwing mulch.

Most individual states in the United States are solvent. Virginia is working to stay that way by creating a framework to create and maintain its own currency in the event that Obama completely drives the US Dollar into the toilet.

From the DC here:

Lawmakers in Virginia say they want to keep their options open in case the value of the U.S. dollar ever collapses — so they’re considering minting state coinage.

The idea that Virginia should consider issuing its own money was dismissed as just another quixotic quest by one of the most conservative members of the state legislature when [Virginia Del. Robert G.] Marshall introduced it three years ago. But it has since gained traction not only in Virginia, but also in states across the country as Americans have grown increasingly suspicious of the institutions entrusted with safeguarding the economy.

This week, the proposal by the Prince William Republican sailed through the House of Delegates with a two-to-one majority.

“This is a serious study about a serious topic,” Marshall said Tuesday. “We’re not completely powerless.”

So far, only Utah has approved a law recognizing nontraditional currency. Four other states have bills pending this year. Marshall said he is unsure of his proposal’s prospects in the Virginia Senate. One Democrat derided it as a descent into “la-la land.”

Virginia was around for almost 200 years before there was a United States. Seems they are taking steps to maintain their autonomy in case the US doesn’t seem to last.

There are some real investigative journalists still out there. One of them works for the New York Post. Tawana Brawley, the lying teenager who scrawled racist slurs on herself and covered herself with feces, claimed on national TV that she was raped by racist white men and left for dead in a garbage bag. Al Sharpton was propelled into the national spotlight riding on the coattails of this racist lie and fake hate crime. Steven Pagones was accused of raping Brawley three dozen times the night she went missing, and this was years before Viagra was invented. Pagones sued Brawley for defamation and Brawley went on the lam. But she has turned up working as a nurse in a Virginia Nursing Home, and now its time for this lying bitch to pay up.

From the NYPost here:

Infamous hoaxster Tawana Brawley — whose outrageous rape lie 25 years ago inflamed racial tensions nationwide — yesterday was finally slapped with a court order to settle a hefty defamation case against her.

“For at least 25 years, she has been living a major lie,” said former Dutchess County prosecutor Steven Pagones, who was falsely accused of raping Brawley in 1987 and finally tracked her down, thanks to The Post.

The former ADA, won the $190,000 defamation lawsuit against Brawley, 40, now a nurse in Virginia, more than a decade ago. At 9 percent interest, that debt, which Brawley never attempted to pay off, now totals $431,492, according to the wage-garnishment papers filed in Virginia’s Surry County Court.

Brawley — whose unbelievable lies made the Rev. Al Sharpton a household name as he bombastically championed her cause — had changed her name and moved down South in the years since she was exposed. Her fugitive-like antics long thwarted Pagones’ efforts to serve her with the court papers needed to get the financial damages due him.

She was living under the assumed name of Tawana Vacenia Thompson Gutierrez in Hopewell, Va., and working as a licensed nurse at The Laurels of Bon Air, a nursing home in nearby Richmond.

The single mom’s wages could be docked 10 to 25 percent per paycheck as retribution for her lies.

Seemingly a lifetime ago, a 15-year-old Brawley of Wappingers Falls in Dutchess County was found in a trash bag covered in feces with the words “nigger” and “bitch” scrawled upside down on her body and “KKK” carved into her shoe.

Sharpton immediately took up her cause as she claimed she was attacked by a gang of white men, including Pagones.

When 28-year-old Fishkill Police Officer Harry Crist Jr., committed suicide a week later — likely over a romantic breakup and failing the New York State Police exam — Sharpton and his allies used the incident to accuse Crist of participating in the rape. When Pagones, a friend of Crist, offered an alibi for his besmirched dead friend, he found himself accused of raping Brawley nearly three dozen times.

After a year of hell, a grand jury found Brawley’s accusations without any merit. She likely fabricated the story because she feared her stepfather’s wrath for staying out late, according to the grand-jury evidence.

Don’t you think its great that Tawana Brawley is living the Single Black Mother American Democrat Dream? At least she was working for a paycheck, but one has to wonder whether or not that nursing home would have knowingly hired an infamous fake hate crimer? Regardless, its time for Tawana Brawley to pay for her fraudulent claims.
