But here are two photos that Internet crowds contend is the bomber- in the white cap, with his cohort in the blue tracksuit. In the first picture both are carrying backpacks. In the second, the man in the white hat is missing his backpack. The man in the blue tracksuit is also carrying a heavy package in a shoulder-slung pack. If these were the men, neither of whom are smiling like the rest of the crowd, I guess MSNBC will declare them to be “White Islamic Terrorists” in order to keep pushing their “right-wing” terrorist agenda.

The number of 600 pound fatties have gone way up, ashad the number of ambulance drivers callin in sick with strained backs. So now ambulances have a lift gate on the back to get those huge diabetic fatties into the hospitals.

The Orange County Fire and Rescue spends tens of thousands of dollars for an ambulance to transport patients that weigh up to 1,100 pounds.

Central Florida News 13 reports that the ambulance was purchased after emergency responders had to transport at least two dozen patients who weighed more than 500 pounds last year.

“With some of these morbidly obese patients, we have to send more firefighters just to lift and to move the patient. So once they’re in and we get them to the hospital, someone has to be at the hospital to unload them,” one Orange County fire official told News 13. “That’s pulling a lot of resources from emergency calls just to do that.”

He is smarter than doctors and scientists, you see, and thinks there might be an outside chance that vaccines cause autism- and since there is no proof of that, no one should take the risk and keep children disease-free. Now Carrey is claiming on Twitter that anyone who owns a gun is heartless and wants kids to die, rather than the obvious, which is people have a right to self-defense.

This tends to get a SWAT team to storm the house with weapons pointed at family members. Its dastardly, dangerous and not funny. Case in point was when movie director Judd Apatow retweeted an ignorant idea that beer breweries might not be able to get clean water for beer because of fracking, the hydraulic process that breaks shale rock kilometers beneath the earth and any water tables to release natural gas.

And now the idiotic tweets- liberals think that fracking might permanently spoil any usable water supply for a brewing company, because even if a brewery gets its water from shale deposits, which they dont- filters simply would be unable to purify or clean the water.

And then Marcia Gaines, an account manager in Texas who works with the company who made the Remedy Ticketing System, blocked me. When logic fails liberals, they just put their fingers in their ears and scream louder.

Breweries get their water from city sources or, if you believe Coors, from mountain streams. They don’t drill for water. And regardless where the water comes from, breweries filter their water- something completely inconceivable to liberals, who think water is a finite, limited resource. Let a scientist explain:
