During her nap the Doctors think she experienced a moment of atrial fibrillation- just a simple irregular heartbeat that she had been tested for but never confirmed- and that abnormal rhythm may have caused some clotted blood to form in her heart and then get pumped into her brain, causing a massive stroke. It was as if her lights had been blinked out.

For a while yesterday morning she was partially aware of her surroundings in the hospital. Should could move one of her arms and could open her eyes and look around as best she could with partial paralysis. She understood that her family was with her, despite her inability to speak. As the doctors were explaining to us that her symptoms would render her permanently disabled, I could see a sadness or sorrow wash across her face. Her greatest fear in life was that she would end up like her own mother- disabled and speechless from a stroke, and the idea briefly dawned on her that this was to be her fate as well.

I think it was at that moment that she prayed for the Lord to take her- and she has been in a deep coma ever since. She is not on any life sustaining medical devices, or monitoring services in the quiet hospice area of the hospital. As I write this, her breathing is becoming more and more strained as the swelling in her brain pushes against the critical functions of her brainstem. Over all, it is probably not a bad way to leave the world. At one moment you are having a very Happy Mother’s Day and the next its like the snap of the fingers and lights out.

Police used a Stun Gun on a woman who had been blocking a McDonald’s drive-thru for more than 20 minutes. Evangeline Lucca, 37, had cut the line and refused to leave before she was served.

Employees, meanwhile, refused to attend to Lucca because she cut the queue.

Lucca bypassed the order screen and the line at the fast food restaurant, instead pulling directly up to the pick-up window Friday afternoon. They told her she had to go around and wait like everybody else did and place her order that way, they weren’t set up at the that window to taker her order.

The woman still refused to move, and police were called after that. Employees told the paper that Lucca often tried to jump the line, but that they finally got sick of it.

When the deputies arrived, they said she was ‘defiant’ to them and was threatening them. Deputies then performed a ‘drive stun’ on her, meaning the device was applied directly to her skin, rather than firing the Taser cartridge.

Her three-year-old daughter was with her and was taken into protective custody.

Stupid woman waited 34 years to have a daughter, she can wait 5 minutes to buy her child a freakin’ Happy Meal. Now she can wait for visitation rights. Actually, I’ve often been tempted to find out what would happen if you blocked a fast food drive-thru lane. Nice to know now that I shouldn’t try that.

A seven-year-old who received a voucher for a boob job on her last birthday has received yet another inappropriate gift from her surgery-obsessed mother: A £7,000 voucher for liposuction. Little Poppy Burge received the gift in her Christmas stocking after her mother, a 51-year-old plastic surgery addict known as The Human Barbie, decided it would ‘come in handy’.

‘I put the voucher in her stocking – there’s nothing wrong with that,’ she said. ‘She asks for surgery all the time. She wants to look good and lipo is one of those procedures that will always come in handy. I see these vouchers as investing in her future – like saving money for her education.’

Miss Burge, who has spent more than £500,000 on her own surgical enhancements is determined to transform her daughter into a glamour model.

This self absorbed freakish woman is going to ruin this child. But then again, Poppy Burge is a solid 4 and needs all the help she can get.

A homeless family living at the ‘Occupy Dallas’ camp said that they will find a new place to stay in order to keep their baby. CBS 11 News was on the scene as officers with the Dallas Police Department and Child Protective Services took custody of the 9-month-old boy on Thursday afternoon.

Brian and Cathy Carpich said that they met with CPS and were told that the camp was, in their words, an unhealthy living environment. The couple cannot get their boy, Zachariah, back until their living situation improves.

There were plenty of tears coming from the family after they returned from a meeting with a woman who they called their CPS caseworker. “It’s not against the law,” pleaded Brian Carpich. “We’ve not broken any laws.”

That kid probably has a much better chance at life living with foster parents than with anyone associated with Occupy Wall Street.

Jessica Elways believes in the benefits of breast milk for her seven month old daughter Penelope, but keeping a steady supply hasn’t been easy.

“I work 45 to 50 hours a week. My supply started to dip, and since I work in retail I can’t pump as much during the day,” she said.

She needed something other mothers have and turned to the Facebook site “Eats on Feets” to find it. Mothers like Jocelyn Tremblay who are willing to donate their breast milk.

The Mothers’ Milk Bank of New England, based in Newton said “There are times when moms can be transmitting things to babies they don’t even know about,” said Executive Director Naomi Bar-Yam. The milk bank screens and processes breast milk for distribution to needy babies for $4.25 an ounce.

Unlike a milk bank, “Eats on Feets” is an exchange with no regulations and no fee. Jessica Elways doesn’t mind the risk. “I think breast milk has the most benefits, they get the antibodies they need,” she said. It’s a mother-to-mother bond that’s based on trust.

If you breastfeed for the first few weeks the baby gets all of her antibodies she will need. There is a reason women begin to dry up at 6 months- the child’s dietary needs begin to change. Feeding your kid a stranger’s milk is dangerous and gross and absolutely unnecessary. If she’s too poor to afford formula she can sign up for public assistance that will provide the milk the baby needs.

Thanks to Robb, who must have a google alert setup for things like “boobs in the news.” His suggestion was to get in early on the ‘wimmin milkin’ bidness.’
