David Beckman, 64, faces a charge of misdemeanor animal cruelty after police said he sexually abused his pet peacock.

Beckman was charged with the crime after police learned the bird died while they were investigating Beckman about an alleged case of indecent solicitation of a child.
Details surrounding the case with the peacock, reportedly named Phyl, were unclear Friday

Court records confirmed Beckman faces three charges of harassment by telephone, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of marijuana possession, attempted indecent solicitation of a child, cruelty to animals, and two counts of battery.

Look, it wouldn’t be so gay if he banged a peaHEN, not a peacock. And he screwed it to death. David Beckman apparently smokes a couple of doobs, bangs a peacock, and asks kids to sit on his lap. Or Thursday. I’m sure Beckman will say the peacock was coming onto HIM.

College costs are on the rise–having increased at a rate that outpaces inflation for more than two decades, contributing to record levels of student debt. Nevertheless, Duke University saw fit to raise the cost of its program even more. This week Campus Reform reports that Duke has raised student fees in order to pay for sex change operations for any student who wants one.

Administrators say they will cover the cost of the reassignment surgery up to $50,000 that will be covered with a cause a 0.3 percent increase to overall student fees.LGBT advocates on campus immediately celebrated the university’s decision.

“The addition of sexual reassignment surgery with a $50,000 cap makes Duke’s student health care plan one of the most, if not the most, transgender-inclusive plans in the country,” Sunny Frothingham, the outreach chair for Blue Devils United told the Duke Chronicle last week…

This is a fantastic way to bankrupt a school. More universities should try to price their tuitions beyond the reach of potential students. And when people stop paying for college, these schools will go to the government with their hands out begging for taxpayer relief. I can only pray that someone in Congress will have the balls to tell them to pound sand- but what are the odds of that?

A former math teacher and girls’ basketball coach at a Utah high school has been arrested on charges of raping a 17-year-old female student.

Courtney Jarrell, 22, resigned from Riverton High School on Friday after being charged with two felonies, object rape and forcible sexual abuse.

Jarrell had “illegal sexual activity” with the student at her home between February and March of this year.

Students at the high school told NBC affiliate KSL that they were shocked by the allegations, since Jarrell, who taught math at Riverton for eight months, was well liked. It was her first teaching job.

And all those kids in the news clips thought it was hilarious this slut high school teacher raped a fellow student. Either that or they were all high. Oh, and remind me again- who has raped more kids now? Priests or school teachers?

The case of a same-sex Connecticut couple accused of repeatedly raping and abusing two of their nine adopted boys is headed for trial. Married couple George Harasz and Douglas Wirth of Glastonbury were supposed to be sentenced Friday in Hartford Superior Court under a plea deal, but instead withdrew from their agreement with prosecutors. The men had already pleaded no contest in January to one felony count each of risk of injury to a minor — a reduction from even more serious charges related to sexual assault.

But in a surprise turn, the couple’s attorneys pulled them out of the plea in a bid to fully clear their names. But more allegations came to light Friday in the explosive case, and prosecutors said they also want to go to trial.
“I think the only proper resolution of this matter is to try it,” said prosecutor David Zagaja, according to the Hartford Courant.

Judge Joan Alexander agreed that a trial would be “in the interest of justice. The facts must be shown and must be shown publicly.” Harasz and Wirth adopted nine children — three sets of male siblings — beginning in 2000, and ran a home-based dog breeding business called The Puppy Guy.

The couple was arrested in November 2011 following a police and state investigation of sex-abuse allegations. The children were removed from the home. Police said two boys, ages 5 and 15, accused Harasz of sexually assaulting them. Harasz was initially facing first-degree sexual assault and other charges, while Wirth had been charged with third-degree sexual assault of the 15-year-old boy.

Their arrest warrants claimed the couple not only sexually and physically abused the children, but also forced them to sleep in closets.

Other children in the home told authorities that they weren’t abused, and prosecutors had agreed to a plea deal because they said a lack of forensic evidence would make it difficult to prove all of the allegations.

But now, three other children are claiming they were also abused, although no new criminal charges had been filed Friday, the Hartford Courant reported. One of the victims who spoke during the court hearing said sexual assault began when he was 6. “They took turns raping me over and over,” he said. “Anyone who would do this to a child is a sick, demented person.”

Kids have been known to lie about abuse, but if the allegations are true, its awful and sick. If the allegations are not true, these kids are clearly unhappy with their home life- and it might have to do with cramming so many kids in what amounts to a puppy mill. If I forced my nine-year-old to shovel shit every day he might accuse me of nasty deeds too. But as a reminder, gay parents do rape children sometimes. And you know how everyone was changing their stupid avatars on Twitter and Facebook to a pink Human Rights Campaign Logo? Yeah, the gay founder of HRC was really into kiddie porn.

After the whore had sex with the stranger and got smacked around, she cried rape to the cops. But when the hospital wanted to swab her for DNA, she realized she hadn’t thought her plan through very well. The cops then got suspicious and found her Craigslist postings.

California co-ed asked for abuse in exchange for sex, then allegedly told cops she had been raped

Morgan Triplett, a student at University of California-Santa Barbara, claimed she was sexually assaulted in broad daylight during a visit to the UC-Santa Cruz campus. She later admitted it was all a hoax, cops say.

Morgan Triplett, 20, is accused of falsely reporting a sexual assault after posting a Craigslist ad for a man to abuse her in exchange for sex, after which she claimed she was raped.

After the act, Morgan Triplett called police and claimed she had been raped and assaulted by a stranger. The allegations set off a frantic 11-day search for her supposed attacker.

Triplett, a University of California-Santa Barbara student, had been visiting the Santa Cruz campus for a lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender conference.

Triplett eventually admitted to the hoax and now faces up to six months in jail if found guilty of filing a false police report.

“They had sex and afterwards she used a cell phone screen reflection as a mirror to see if the injuries were bad enough. (Triplett) then directed him to hit her some more.”

Prosecutors in Santa Cruz court said Friday that Triplett’s story raised eyebrows at the hospital when she requested that DNA samples of the sex assault not be taken.

Investigators then found two Craiglist ads Triplett had posted asking for abuse in exchange for sex: one asking to be shot in the shoulder with a small caliber gun and another asking a man to “punch, kick and bruise her.” Triplett allegedly indicated she would not file charges.

What a stupid, freaky Democrat. Why do lesbians seem to commit so many hate crime hoaxes? They should charge with with a hate crime attack and lock her away for years. She is a danger to herself.

Since 2009, the University of Illinois has been receiving federal grants for a study called, “Cumulative Stress and Hazardous Drinking in a Community of Adult Lesbians.” A description of the grant states,

“Studies using both probability and nonprobability samples provide ample evidence of lesbians’ vulnerability to hazardous drinking. However, very little is known about the factors that increase lesbians’ risk for hazardous drinking. We propose to build on and extend our study of sexual identity and drinking…to model effects of cumulative stress on hazardous drinking among lesbians.”

Doesn’t this make it a little more difficult to take our elected officials seriously when they babble on about how the teeniest funding cuts constitute the end of life as we know it?

Given the fugly-to-average dating pool among lesbians, coupled with the fact that most of them are self-loathing, unhappy, and doomed to never fulfill their biological purpose of producing a child, it is no wonder they drink to get blitzed. Life without a purpose is tough to come to grips with.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has awarded $1.5 million to study biological and social factors for why “three-quarters” of lesbians are obese and why gay males are not, calling it an issue of “high public-health significance.”

Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Mass., has received two grants administered by NIH’s Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) to study the relationship between sexual orientation and obesity.

“Obesity is one of the most critical public health issues affecting the U.S. today,” the description of the grant reads. “Racial and socioeconomic disparities in the determinants, distribution, and consequences of obesity are receiving increasing attention.”

You can give me half that cash and I’ll tell you the answer. Lesbians reject not only their natural sexual orientation, but their entire “avatar” that would possibly confuse anyone else into thinking they might be willing to have sex to perpetuate their own species. So they make themselves fat. They are deliberately refusing to compete for sexual competition.

Its all about how liberals always choose failed, broken and wrong over successful, working and right.

Bradley Manning on Thursday confessed in open court to providing vast archives of military and diplomatic files to the antisecrecy group WikiLeaks, saying that he released the information to help enlighten the public about “what happens and why it happens” and to “spark a debate about foreign policy.”

Appearing before a military judge for more than an hour, Private Manning read a statement recounting how he joined the military, became an intelligence analyst in Iraq, decided that certain files should become known to the American public to prompt a wider debate about foreign policy, downloaded them from a secure computer network and then ultimately uploaded them to WikiLeaks.

“No one associated with WLO” — an abbreviation he used to refer to the WikiLeaks organization — “pressured me into sending any more information,” Private Manning said. “I take full responsibility.”

Before reading the statement, Private Manning pleaded guilty to 10 criminal counts in connection with the huge amount of material he leaked

Manning released such a vast trove of data there is no way he could know what was in it, and therefore could not possibly know what releases would be harmful to the United States. He did it with malice and hatred against his own country. He still faces espionage charges, and no amount of “good intentions” “activism” or desires to “spark debate” is going to save his swishy white ass. The most famous gay man in the history of the US military is going to never see the light of day again.

The parents of a transgender 6-year-old have filed a complaint with the Colorado Civil Rights Division because Eagleside Elementary School in Fountain banned the first-grader from using the girls’ restroom.

The child, Coy Mathis, was born male but identifies as female. He had attended the school since December 2011 before being pulled out by his parents.

Coy Mathis wears girls’ clothing, and students and staff used female pronouns when referring to her. But Fountain-Fort Carson administrators decided over winter break that the child should use the boys’ restroom, the staff’s restroom or the one in the school nurse’s office.

That decision took into account “not only Coy, but other students in the building, their parents and the future impact a boy, with male genitals, using a girls’ bathroom would have as Coy grew older,” Kelly wrote in a Dec. 28 letter to Silverman.

Kathryn Mathis, the Mom said, “This automatically singles her out and stigmatizes her,” she said. “It sets her up for future harassing and bullying, and creates an unsafe environment. The school has a wonderful opportunity to teach students that differences are OK, and we should embrace their differences, instead of teaching them to discriminate against someone who is a little different.”

Any risk of bullying or an unsafe learning environment is strictly due to these attention-whoring parents’ deliberate twisting of gender identity in their child’s mind.

A little google searching turned up this interview of Kathryn Mathis from three years ago when her “little girl” was still a little boy. Turns out the kid is autistic, and one of three triplets, the sister is brain-damaged from an accident when the child was four-months old. I know its not an easy life to raise 5 children with at least half of them requiring special needs, but refusing to get counselling for the gender-confused boy and suing the school system instead seems pretty despicable.

An Iowa man who broke into a lingerie store spent two hours inside trying on garments and experimenting with sex toys

Jose Angel Perales, 24, was arrested Friday on burglary and theft charges in connection with the February 17 break-in at Dr. John’s Lingerie Store in Davenport. Perales was released from custody after posting $5000 bond.

Perales entered the lingerie store through an unlocked door around 4:10 AM. A police review of store surveillance video revealed that Perales--5’ 11” and 325 pounds–“walked around the store and shopped.”

Then, in what will surely repulse Dr. John’s staffers, Perales walked into the manager’s office, removed his clothes, opened some of the merchandise, and “began to please himself anally on the manager’s desk and futon/couch.”

The burglar “then walked out of the office naked showing the large tattoo on his back. The tattoo read “PERALES” in Old English lettering.” The distinctive ink helped cops eventually identify Perales.

During his time inside the store, “Perales proceeded to try on female lingerie and experiment with sex toys for approximately two hours.”

Life of crime like this will certainly land Perales in the penitentiary where he will be the loneliest swishy punk in the slammer.
