British African Couple Torture Child to Death to Purge his Witchcraft

There are quite a few people that preach that we should respect other cultures, but most cultures from Africa have no redeeming qualities. Case in point: Congolese people believe that witches influence everyone and the only way to purge bad behavior is to go to a church and have the witchiness beaten out of you. This belief system is called kindoki. And when Congolese people are allowed to immigrate abroad and aren’t required to adopt the customs of the new country, idiotic beliefs lead to death. In this case, Eric Bikubi and Magalie Bamu tortured and killed a 15 year old boy because they thought he was under the influence of witches. The victim, Kristy Bamu, was visiting them from France in 2010 for a Christmas vacation.

A teenager accused of witchcraft was tortured to death by his sister and her partner in ‘a tale of horror’ on Christmas Day, the Old Bailey heard. Eric Bikubi, 27, and Magalie Bamu, 28, attacked Kristy Bamu, 15, and his two sisters with pliers, knives and a hammer after accusing them of being ‘sorcerers’, it is claimed.
Kristy was in such pain after days of being attacked with sticks, a metal bar, hammer and chisel that he begged to die, jurors heard. The teenage boy had suffered more than 100 injuries – his face and head were covered in cuts and some of his teeth were missing when he was found in the blood-soaked flat.
He had died from a combination of his injuries and drowning.
The court was told he was in such pain and so exhausted from his ordeal that when he was forced into a bath he could not keep his head above the water.
The paramedics also found Kristy’s four siblings – brothers Yves, 22, and a 13-year-old, and two sisters Kelly, 20, and a younger sister. ‘All were standing in the living room, hysterical, terrified and soaking wet. None of them spoke any English. Both girls appeared to be injured,’ said Mr Altman.
The teenager was killed because he was suspected of witchcraft.
As it turns out, this couple had attacked others for sorcery in Britain too.

The prosecutor told jurors that the couple were believers in ‘kindoki’ – a form of witchcraft that pervades almost all sections of their native Congolese society.
He said: ‘Kindoki usually denotes a negative, malicious force, by which people in conjunction with the spirits, or by spirits alone, deliberately inflict harm. Kindoki pervades Congolese life, from high to low, rich to poor, and a believe in kindoki is not inconsistent with Christianity, because in the Congo it is practised in the churches with active support of the pastors. Fasting allegedly possessed children for days, and cleansing or purifying with water, are known features of practice.
‘We actually say that was what was practised by these two on those children. If the practice of kindoki is dislocated from the control of the churches and the supervisory influence of religious leaders, then it may take on a feral and, indeed, evil character – as the prosecution suggest it did here. The defendants were seeking Kristy’s deliverance and exorcism through the dealing out of ever-increasingly violent punishments.’
All cultures are not equal. There are superior and inferior belief systems. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

New Swedish File Sharing Religion More Retarded Than Buddhism

In the category of dumbest religion ever, a new challenger has arisen: Kopimism, a new Swedish religion based on the belief that information wants to be free. Their holy icons are the CTRL+C and CTRL+V and their patron saint is Julian Assange.

A “church” whose central tenet is the right to file-share has been formally recognised by the Swedish government. The Church of Kopimism claims that “kopyacting” – sharing information through copying – is akin to a religious service.
The church, which holds CTRL+C and CTRL+V (shortcuts for copy and paste) as sacred symbols, does not directly promote illegal file sharing, focusing instead on the open distribution of knowledge to all.
“For the Church of Kopimism, information is holy and copying is a sacrament. Information holds a value, in itself and in what it contains and the value multiplies through copying. Therefore copying is central for the organisation and its members. Being recognised by the state of Sweden is a large step for all of Kopimi. Hopefully this is one step towards the day when we can live out our faith without fear of persecution,” said the religion’s founder.
So copyright protection is now equivalent of religious persecution to these nutbags. I would love to see the MPAA and RIAA run their version of the Spanish Inquisition on their asses. And I think it will become the official religion of Occupy Wall Street.

LA Arsonist Was Son of Hollywood Whore UPDATE: Mom Extradition Over Failure to Pay for Boob Job

Harry Burkhart, the LA arsonist in jail under suspicion for having set 53 fires in the Hollywood area in retaliation for his Mom getting deported, was a deeply emotionally disturbed man because his Mom was a professional prostitute. That insight is revealed via this ABC video:
Note on this Hollywood whore’s website, she notes that she simply won’t bang men younger than her son.
So maybe Burkhart wasn’t torching cars in a pot-hazed act of support of Occupy Wall Street after all. With a whore for a Mom, running town to town like a gypsy, there is a lot to be angry about. But his home was still steeped in leftist values of far-eastern religious philosophy, overt sexuality, drugs, and addiction.
UPDATE! It is not a deportation. Its an extradition to Germany because the arsonist’s Mom, Dorothee Burkhart, ran out on a bill for breast augmentation surgery performed on her in Frankfurt.

The mother of a German man accused of setting numerous fires in Los Angles has been charged in Germany with 19 counts of fraud. Court documents unsealed Tuesday say Dorothee Burkhart was charged in Frankfurt in case in which she is accused of not paying for a 2004 breast-augmentation surgery.
Dorothee Burkhart made a brief appearance in federal court, seeming perplexed and repeatedly asked a magistrate judge where her son was.
She wondered aloud if he was dead or had disappeared, and at one point she stated that he is mentally ill.

America-hating Leftist Harry Burkhart Arrested for LA Arson Spree

There has been some speculation over the past couple of days that the arsonist behind the spree of fires in Hollywood was likely a displaced Occupy Wall Streeter, but no one was sure. Even after police made an arrest of a person of interest, but didn’t release the name, the speculation ranged from OWSer to Jihadist. Now the cops have released the name: Harry Burkhart, probable German citizen, and he was driving a minivan with British Columbia license plates, and was mad because his Mom got deported.

authorities revealed the suspect is 24-year-old male named Harry Burkhart. Authorities confirm that the man detained last night, a 24-year-old white male, was questioned and ultimately charged in conjunction with the recent string of 53 arson fires.
The suspect was taken into custody at around 3 a.m. today in Hollywood; he matched the description of the “person of interest” seen in video released by the LAPD Sunday. He was in a vehicle with British Columbia plates, but is speculated to be a German national, upset about his mother’s deportation.
And from LAWeekly here, he said he “Hated America” when he was arrested.
The man who terrorized L.A. for three nights with a series of 53 arson fires turned out to be a 24-year-old from Germany identified as Harry Burkhart, at least according to authorities.
“I hate America” were the words he reportedly uttered after he was pulled out of his car during a traffic stop at Sunset Boulevard near Fairfax Avenue shortly after 3 this morning following another outbreak of fires in nearby West Hollywood.
You know, there have been loads of Canadians who came to LA and Oakland and San Francisco to join in the merry frolicking of the Occupy Wall Street protests, and he was perhaps targeting the property of the 1Percenters. Still too early to say for sure, but I think we can scratch off jihadist at this point. But you can rest assured that if there is a link to OWS, he will be disavowed by their movement. Or they will find some words uttered by Sarah Palin referencing “fire” and try to blame her for the arsonist’s motives.
Oh, and one more guarantee: This kid was a pot smoker.
UPDATE! I did a search for Harry Burkhart and marijuana and I found this open letter to the President begging to decriminalize pot. Same guy?

In the United Kingdom, you can avoid all prosecution and extradition for hacking charges if you pretend to be retarded. This strategy can also make you rich, especially if washed-up singer-songwriter Sting hears about it. Gary McKinnon, who has managed to avoid extradition and prosecution for hacking into US military computers for over 10 years now, recently revealed that Sting offered to pay damages to the US if the case against Gary were dropped.

Mr McKinnon, 45, is accused of having crippled the Pentagon when he broke into 97 US military systems 10 years ago as he supposedly looked for evidence of UFOs.
The Asperger’s Syndrome sufferer and his supporters have been fighting extradition ever since, although the emergence of the monetary offer from the celebrity couple can be revealed for the first time today.
McKinnon supporters love to point out that he is self-diagnosed with Aspergers, a fake disease that is used as an excuse for acting like an asshat. They have managed to keep McKinnon from facing justice, and it has really turned into a war of attrition. Some 800 Occupy Wall Street protesters began the new year by trying to retake Zuccotti Park last night, starting a massive clash with police in which one officer was stabbed in the hand with a pair of scissors.
A suspect was arrested in the 11:30 p.m. incident. Hundreds in the crowd of occupiers then surrounded the ambulance as it tried to leave with the wounded officer.
Shortly before midnight OWS protesters took to Twitter to proclaim their assault on Zuccotti — from which they were booted by cops in November.
“Barricades being torn down at liberty [Zuccotti] park,” they wrote. “Happy new years!!”
They later tweeted: “Big crowd at liberty square. We have taken back the park.”
Some 100 cops initially responded to the scene, including mounted police to maintain crowd control.
At one point, some of the protestors surrounded the circle of cops, before reinforcements were called in.
The Occutards thought that they could take over someone else’s property in the city while the cops were largely working the crowds at Times Square. The mobs will just continue to be violent.

A dude created or printed a fake Million Dollar bill and tried to spend it at WalMart. Now he’s in jail trying to pay his bail.

A Lexington man tried to use a fake $1 million bill to pay for his purchases at a Walmart.
Michael Anthony Fuller, 53, walked into the Walmart on Lowes Boulevard in Lexington on Nov. 17. He shopped for a while, picking up a vacuum cleaner, a microwave oven and other merchandise, totaling $476.
When he got to the register, Fuller gave the cashier the phony bill, saying that it was real. Store staff called police.
Fuller was later charged with attempting to obtain property by false pretense and uttering a forged instrument, both felonies.
Fuller was being held Friday night in the Davidson County Jail with bond set at $17,500.
The stupidity; it’s staggering.

The Feds Have the Goods on Manning – And Assange Too

It is well known that I think that Bradley Manning’s actions in leaking classified and top secret files to Wikileaks was tantamount to treason. Also, I think that the release of the files by Wikileaks was tantamount to conspiracy to commit treason. Conspiracy is supposed to be coordinated actions by known accomplices, but with the advent of social media and the Internet, you don’t have to know your co-conspirators anymore- just to work toward a common criminal enterprise. Wikileaks provided the platform to leak stolen classified files, and Manning was just a willing accomplice. I never once imagined that Manning and Julian Assange, the owner of the data leak site, had actually worked together to exfiltrate the data. The Army laid out its case against Manning and said they have the goods on Assange too.

The government finished making its case against accused WikiLeaks source Bradley Manning Thursday morning with a 60-minute closing statement that piled on new details and exhibits, including snippets of 15 pages of chats allegedly between the Army intelligence analyst and WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange.
The prosecution flashed three chat logs onscreen that purportedly show correspondence between Manning and Assange discussing uploading so-called JTF-GITMO documents — classified assessment reports about Guantanamo Bay detainees. The chats also refer to two U.S. State Department cables about Reykjavik, Iceland, as well as a request from Manning to help him crack a password so that he could log onto his work SIPRnet computer anonymously.
The evidence clearly showed that Manning abused his security clearance and intelligence training to leak damaging information “using WikiLeaks’ ‘Most Wanted list as his guiding light.” Prior to Manning’s leaks to the organization, WikiLeaks had published a wishlist of documents and data it hoped leakers would send it.
Manning’s classified work computer accessed the State Department server 794,000 times in order to steal more than 250,000 cables that WikiLeaks subsequently published.
On March 8, 2010 at 1:42am while Manning was working the nightshift in the SCIF, he burned the JTF-GITMO documents to a CD and immediately thereafter began uploading them to WikiLeaks.
In another chat, dated March 8, 2010, Manning asked “Nathaniel Frank,” believed to be Assange, about help in cracking the main password on his classified SIPRnet computer so that he could log on to it anonymously. He asked “Frank” if he had experience cracking IM NT hashes (presumably it’s a mistype and he meant NTLM for the Microsoft NT LAN Manager). “Frank” replied yes, that they had “rainbow tables” for doing that. Manning then sent him what looked like a hash.
Investigators say they located copies of the Iraq and Afghanistan action reports on an SD memory card belonging to Manning, a spreadsheet of scripts designed to scrape State Department cables, and copies of the disturbing Apache helicopter video, published by WikiLeaks under the title “Collateral Murder.”
Wikileaks, which donated only $15,000 of a promised $50,000 to Manning’s defense fund, complicated Manning’s defense by publishing the Iran and Afghanistan war and the trove of State Department cables after Manning was arrested.
I had posted a blog that mentioned that Assange had went into hiding after the Manning arrest, and how Assange’s supporters had speculated that the CIA had nabbed him. But Assange was actually working to get himself into a country where it would be difficult to extradite him.
So Assange personally conspired with Manning to divulge classified information. That makes Assange a spy, folks. We need to get Assange.

Death of an Ass Eater

Meet Deangelo Mitchell. He killed his brother by having him eat the cocaine out of his ass.
The two brothers were busted trafficking in cocaine. They get thrown in the squad car, and the older brother begs the younger one to eat the cocaine out of his ass so he doesn’t go to jail for life. The younger brother died from cocaine overdose and now the older brother is being charged with manslaughter.

Wayne Joshua Mitchell, 20,died after he ate an ounce of cocaine that was hidden in his brother’s buttocks. Authorities plan to charge the victim’s brother 23-year-old Deangelo Rashard Mitchell, with involuntary manslaughter.
The incident happened when both brothers were in the back of a police car on November 30. The two had been arrested for trafficking. Video from inside the police car captured a conversation between the brothers, where Deangelo pleads with his younger brother to take the cocaine in his bottom and eat it to get rid of it.
“One of us gotta do it, you the only one that don’t have any strikes. …You my little brother… I’m gonna get life,” Deangelo said to Wayne.
His bother complied and ate the drugs. When officers saw the cocaine residue on the seat where Wayne sat, Deangelo told officers that his brother swallowed cocaine. Within the hour, Dwayne struggled to breathe, bled from his mouth and died.
Deangelo was charged with trafficking drugs and bonded out of jail December 1.
Now Deangelo is going to rot in jail and his brother’s last act on earth was to eat his asshole.

Bradley Manning in Court- Defense Witnesses Tossed

America’s most famous gay soldier is in court for leaking classified documents to Wikileaks. And all but 2 of the defense witnesses were rejected out of hand.

A US army appeals court has rejected a request for the officer overseeing the hearing of an army analyst accused of leaking government secrets to withdraw.
The military court case of Private Bradley Manning, 24, is set to go into its second day with Lt Col Paul Almanza presiding. The defence had accused the investigating officer of “bias”.
The hearing offers the first opportunity for his defence team to present their case since he was arrested in Iraq in May 2010 and placed in military custody. It is taking place under tight security at an army base at Fort Meade, Maryland.
Lt Col Almanza is a former military judge who now works for the Department of Justice, which has its own investigation into Wikileaks. A defence lawyer said his refusal to accept all but two of 38 defence witnesses meant the defence could not adequately make their case.
But late on Friday an army appeals court rejected these concerns.
If Manning’s entire defense strategy is that the judge is biased and no one was actually hurt, Manning is in deep trouble. And I’m sure all of the defense witnesses were leftist thinktank policymakers who were going to testify that Manning was a brave misunderstood boy and the release of information didn’t really hurt anyone. Which is, of course, irrelevant. Manning doesn’t get to decide what stays classified and what gets declassed.

The judge in the G20 Bomber Byron Sonne case in Toronto has ruled that the search warrants, the statements given to police, the computer forensics evidence, and the items seized from Sonne’s home can all be used in trial against Sonne.

A judge has ruled that the trial for a man facing explosives charges linked to last year’s G20 summit can go ahead.
The judge found warrants to search Byron Sonne’s Toronto home were based on credible information.
She also said several statements Mr. Sonne made to police were voluntary and admissible.
With those rulings, Mr. Sonne’s trial began today with an agreed statement of facts that included his purchase of various chemicals.
Some of that evidence includes the home lab where Sonne was extracting explosive gases, his confessions that he purchased explosive materials, and his computer searches for anarchy and home made explosives.
UPDATE: According to Colah’s trial notes here, Byron had a sizable quantity of Potassium Permanganate on hand. I’m not a chemist, so I looked it up. This is what it does to a glass jar by adding two more common chemicals:

As an anniversary present, the former Black Panther learned this week that prosecutors will not seek to reinstate the death penalty imposed by a jury selected by the defendant.
Abu-Jamal did not get away with murder. He has been incarcerated every day for the past three decades. The sixties had a bad eighties.

He refused to enter a plea, refused to rise at the outset of courtroom proceedings, and demanded, more than one-hundred times, the presence of incarcerated Philadelphia cult leader John Africa, whom the defendant described as the best lawyer in the world. He called one judge a “bastard” and another a “black-robed conspirator.” Unsurprisingly, he found himself kicked out of courtrooms at least a half-dozen times during the duration of his trial. Following the determination of his guilt, he melodramatically proclaimed: “This decision today proves neither my guilt nor my innocence. It proves merely that the system is finished. Babylon is falling! Long live MOVE! Long live John Africa!” The jury sentenced him to death, anyhow.

Reason 97 to HomeSchool: Seventh Grader Wont Get Strip Searched and Arrested for Burping

A disruptive child was strip searched by 5 adults for possessing 200 dollars in cash and weeks later arrested by police for burping during PE. He was then suspended for the remainder of the school year. So I guess he is either going to go to private school or home school now.

A 13-year-old was handcuffed and hauled off to a juvenile detention for burping in class, according to a civil rights lawsuit filed against an Albuquerque public school principal, a teacher and a city police officer.
The unnamed seventh grader was arrested last May at Cleveland Middle School after he ‘burped audibly’ in his P.E. class. ‘Criminalising of the burping of a 13-year-old boy serves no governmental purpose,’ the lawsuit said. ‘Burping is not a serious disruption, a threat of danger was never an issue.’
He was suspended for the rest of that school year.
In a separate incident this school year, administrators became suspicious because the boy had $200 in his pocket. He claimed it was because he was going to go shopping after school, but administrators accused him of selling pot to another student.
The boy asked to call his mother; instead, they forced the student to strip down to his underwear while five adults watched. He was not charged with any crime related to that incident either.
Of course perverted teachers are going to strip search a child. Suspicion of drug dealing is indeed a time to get police officers involved. But they didn’t do that. But when a child belches, even as a joke, you don’t call the cops. Idiots. Teachers have less common sense than many of the students they are supposed to be teaching. I hope this lawsuit is wildly successful.

Byron Sonne’s supporters continue to do a great job posting evidence online that, to me, prove the Crown’s assertions that Sonne was actively building explosive materials to use during the runup to the G20. Listening to the interviews, I find it hard not to sympathize with Sonne when it is obvious that the Crown is chasing rabbits, such as with the allegations dealing with the Potato Gun and the failed Wave Guide experiment.
But they caught Sonne actively distilling explosive gases, and experimenting with homemade batteries, and registering with the Canadian rocketry club in an attempt to cover up his purchases of explosive compounds. And most laughably of all, Sonne admitted to voting for the Conservative Prime Minister of Canada, Stephen Harper! He admits during the interview with Detective Bui that his vote would make him an outcast among his friends, yet he demands that his city remove all of the video cameras that they were installing for the G20. Plus, he was asking for copies of a G20 security badge so he could replicate it in his home lab.
Again, this video is prohibitively too long to watch, but I have noted the highlights above.

The most famous gay soldier ever is going to be on trial soon for releasing hundreds of megs of classified information to Wikileaks. David Coombs, Manning’s defense lawyer who is famous for defending other army turncoats, notably Hasan Akbar, who rolled grenades into the tents of his commanders, announced his first salvo to defend his client: The data wasn’t really all that classified and nobody got too, too hurt by it. Yeah, let’s see how that flies.

Bradley Manning’s attorney has suggested that the hundreds of megabytes of U.S. government data his client allegedly handed to WikiLeaks didn’t really harm national security after all.
The filing, which defense attorney David Coombs made public today, requests a copy of a White House “report detailing the rather benign nature of the leaks and the lack of any real damage to national security” caused by WikiLeaks. It also seeks similar documents from the State Department, the Defense Department, and the Justice Department.
Manning, an Army private, was originally charged last July with sending a military video to a person not authorized to receive it and with obtaining “more than 150,000 diplomatic cables” from the State Department. WikiLeaks began to release the department’s internal cables last fall, following its publication of military dispatches from Afghanistan and Iraq a few months earlier.
The U.S. Army added 22 additional charges against Manning earlier this year. One of the new charges is an allegation of aiding the enemy, which carries severe penalties.
If Manning did in fact provide classified data to WikiLeaks, steal “a record or thing of value of the United States,” exceed his “authorized access on a Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) computer,” and commit the other unlawful acts that prosecutors allege he engaged in, the extent of damage to U.S. national security won’t save him from being convicted.
So maybe Attorney Coombs is already planning on a conviction and is just trying to save Manning from the firing squad.

If you are not following Congressman Darrel Issa on Twitter, you should. He is the undisputed cyber thought leader in the House, and he objects to the Stop Online Piracy Act and how the Movie Industry is flooding Washington with lobbyists that, if they had their way, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter would be sued out of existence.
And those domains that were shut down without having SOPA already written into law? The huge bulk of them related to non-official NFL Jerseys.
