Racist Tatooed Freak Kills Guard

I wrote about this freak before on this blog here. He told his prison warden that he was injured and needed medical service. He took advantage of a trip to the hospital to kill his 60 year old guard, then led police on a chase before being caught at an Arby’s.

Curtis Allgier, whose wears a swastika and the words “skin head” on his heavily tattooed face, fired a shot in the Arby’s that hit no one before a customer at the restaurant snatched the gun, Salt Lake City police Sgt. Rich Brede said.
Allgier, 27, was captured in an office and taken to jail to await charges.
Allgier got the gun from corrections officer Stephen Anderson while he was in an examination room at the University of Utah orthopedic center awaiting an MRI for back pain around 7:45 a.m., university Police Chief Scott Folsom said.
Anderson, 60, a 22-year-veteran, was shot in the head, authorities said.
Allgier forced two people out of a Ford Explorer outside the med center, Brede said; neither was hurt. Officers chased the SUV at speeds up to 100 mph. Two Salt Lake City squad cars crashed into each other while trying to cut off Allgier, Brede said, but there were no serious injuries.
Police pursuing Allgier placed tire spikes on Interstate 215, but he still was able to drive several miles before bailing out in the Arby’s drive-thru lane, police said.
How about not letting prisoners get MRI’s? And how about pairing younger, stronger guards with young psychopaths? This idiot Allgier can kiss any chance of parole goodbye. He just went from jailtime for illegal possession of a firearm to capital murder.

Police say a gravedigger stole body parts — including a skull and a thigh bone — from a broken casket at a church cemetery and took them home to make an ashtray.
“While he was digging a grave, a casket was broken open, so (investigators) believe he took the body parts to make an ashtray and a pipe,” said Police Lt. Kevin O’Brien.Police discovered the theft when they went to his apartment Wednesday after his wife complained that her husband, Keith Chartrand, killed her dog. She said she found the body parts among his belongings.
Police charged Chartrand, 30, with removing a body from a grave and cruelty to animals.
Fitchburg District Court Judge Arthur Haley III ordered Chartrand held on $50,000 bail at a court hearing on Wednesday where Chartrand told the judge the charges against him was “bogus.”
Bogus charges for such a gnarly crime, dude. But I hear the dog was a bad dog, so he had it comin’.

An Alaskan Indian was found guilty of abusing the Marine Mammal Protection Act by slaughtering fur seals so he could sell the penises of the animals to Chinese kooks who believed that they have mystic boner-making properties. Call this scenario “When Stupid Cultures Collide.”
Aluets, fat from McDonalds food and wearing Wal-Mart and Old Navy clothing, still exercise their right to slaughter seals needlessly.

An Alaska man has pleaded guilty to selling more than 100 fur seal “oosiks” — or penises — to a local gift shop that intended to sell the items as an aphrodisiac.
Michael Richard Zacharof, an Aleut and former tribal president from the Bering Sea village of St. Paul, pleaded guilty this week to one count of violating the Marine Mammal Protection Act.Federal law forbids the sale of any raw marine mammal parts unless they have been crafted into pieces of Alaska Native artwork.
In Zacharof’s case, the former tribal leader sold the raw seal penises to a gift shop catering to customers from Asia. The shop then sold the items for about $100 each, according to the Justice Department.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrea Steward said seal penis bones, also known as seal sticks, are believed (by Chinese kooks) to have properties similar to erectile dysfunction drugs like Viagra.
Zacharof faces a 20k fine and up to a year in jail. I doubt he will do much if any time. I’m tired of guilty white people trying to say that all cultures have as much value as other cultures. They don’t. I can’t figure out which is worse- a culture that has to make furry seal trinkets, or a culture that believes eating animal cocks make you a better lover. Both are ridiculously outdated and their beliefs have no scientific basis.

Do companies have a monitoring service to detect if another company is created using their name? Do companies carefully monitor their own corporate credit? What would happen if a criminal setup a corporation that mirrorred your own- for the purpose of ripping off services and goods using your corporate credit and your company’s good name?
The FBI relates a similar story here.
Two private security companies with nearly identical names- One of the firms, based in Michigan, was named Executive Outcome Inc. The other, based in South Africa, was called Executive Outcomes Inc.
The criminal maneuvering began in late 2001, when a British debt collector called the Michigan-based Executive Outcome, run by Pasquale John DiPofi. The collection agency asked if DiPofi wanted help collecting $23 million owed, supposedly to them, by the government of Sierra Leone for military equipment, security, and training.
One slight problem. The millions of dollars weren’t owed to DiPofi’s company. It was owed to the other firm, Executive Outcomes, a half a world away.
DiPofi hired the collection agency to pursue the debt. He and an employee, Christopher Belan, then began producing documents to back up their claim. They also registered a new company in Michigan and in England to mirror the name of the South African company.
The debt collector went ahead and filed paperwork with the government of Sierra Leone on DiPofi’s behalf. That’s when alarm bells starting ringing: Sierra Leone had already agreed to a payment plan with the South African company. Understandably, the government balked when the new claim was submitted. A legal skirmish followed between DiPofi and the South African company.
Then, the conflict turned malicious. A representative of the South African company got a phone call urging him not to be “greedy” and to reach a settlement with DiPofi’s company soon-or else. The representative also received a letter with several interior pictures of his homes in London and Paris.
And then the FBI became involved once the threats became personal. The Gmen seized DiPofi’s office computer and was easily able to find the forged documents. Fines and jailtime was handed out, and the South African company was given money to compensate for this foolishness.
The FBI says that this kind of this does not happen now. But given that personal identity theft is so prevalent and easy to perpetrate, how long until a company’s identity is compromised?

I don’t believe this story for one second. A boy is reported to have aspirations to become a politician and economist, but likely became that way because of an internet addiction. He murdered his Mom because she wouldn’t give him money to spend at a cyber cafe.

A 16-year-old boy who was apparently addicted to the Internet stabbed his mother to death in China after she refused to give him money to go to a cyber café, China’s state media reported Thursday.
The boy, identified only by his last name Wang, asked his mother for the money on Tuesday. When she refused, he grabbed a knife from the kitchen, stabbing and fatally wounding her.
The boy’s father, Wang Jianjun, rushed home and was stabbed three times in the head by his son. He was reportedly seriously injured but in stable condition at a local hospital.
Wang, who initially fled the scene, was found early Wednesday by local police. He told them he had been planning to kill his parents for more than a month because they were stopping him from realizing his dreams of becoming a politician or an economist.
“Killing them was the only way to free myself,” he said.
Wang recently had become “addicted” to the Internet, spending long hours at local establishments that provided Web access.
They will likely execute this kid. And they are also going to use this incident to further crack down on online activities. No Chinese citizen will get any idea that there is any other political or economic future other than bleak communism. To think otherwise will drive you to murder!
One of the largest hurdles that Communism faces in an Internet-connected world is the control of information. No other Communist country has much of an Internet infrastructure at all. Cuba is a blank spot on the web, as is North Korea. If this story is a plant by the government to frighten citizens, which I think it is, it could also indicate that the Chinese government is losing its grip on Internet censorship. Remember, they are already using electric-shock therapy to deter teens from being addicted to the internet.

A story on Drudge says that a Missouri man, out on parole from a previous conviction of spreading the AIDS virus, went on to infect three other women with the deadly virus. So this time they are locking him away for life. They should execute the bastard.

A man who spent five years in jail for exposing sexual partners to HIV was sentenced to life in prison for knowingly exposing another woman to the virus.
Sean L. Sykes, 33, was sentenced Tuesday. He was found guilty in May of having unprotected sex with a St. Joseph woman without telling her he was HIV-positive. Testimony at his trial indicated that he had exposed at least eight women to HIV. At least three have tested positive.
“I think it’s fairly clear he is a very dangerous individual,” Buchanan County Prosecutor Dwight Scroggins said after the sentencing. “If he is not in prison, he would likely continue to spread HIV.”
Sykes was convicted in 1997 of knowingly exposing someone to HIV. He was given the maximum sentence of 10 years, but was paroled in 2003.
A 29-year-old woman who contracted HIV in the mid-1990s after having sex with Sykes testified at the sentencing hearing that her life had been destroyed by the virus. The mother of two children — neither of whom has tested positive for the disease — said doctors have given her about two years to live.
“My family has left me — they’re scared of me,” she said. “When I found out that Sean was on trial again for this, it drove me crazy. The main question is why? Why is he doing this?”
I hope he rots and dies in his prison cell. There’s a special place in hell reserved for him for what he did.

Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends is a whacky cartoon from Cartoon Network. One of the most bizarre characters is this little imaginary friend called “Cheese” who is squiggly, yellow, lactose intolerant, and his head pops open at the jaw like a trash can lid.
Im not sure which came first, the Cartoon Network character, or this brand new insidious drug in Dallas called “Cheese” which is ground-up Tylenol PM with a dash of heroin. You snort it to get high, and its highly addictive. Oh, and its killing lots of teenagers too.
Its hard to get a good shot of this heroin cheese, but its a tan powder wrapped in school notebook paper. And its only 2 bucks per dose. Think it marketed toward kids?
While researching for this article I came across the DEA’s website which features a monthly Intelligence Newsletter which I found fascinating. Its called “Microgram” and it shows the clever and bizarre ways that new drugs are brought into society or concealed for smuggling.

For instance, these gumballs are called “Grenades.” The black hole in the top is full of marijuana residue, and it comes wrapped in foil saying “Get as high as you want without smoking and all its harmful side effects.” These were recovered from Howard County High School in Maryland.

There is an interesting story in Wired magazine about a professional ID thief who was arrested and then worked briefly undercover to bust other carders in the underworld of credit card thieves and ID thieves. But what the guy was really doing was eliminating the competition by using the Government intelligence and systems to put his enemies behind bars. The government eventually caught onto his plan.

Brett Shannon Johnson is a credit-card and identity thief. In five years of crime, the 37-year-old estimates he’s stolen about $2 million — some of it while working as a paid informant for the U.S. Secret Service.
Johnson, a well-known figure in the online carding community who went by the nickname Gollumfun, worked undercover for 10 months in the agency’s Columbia, South Carolina, office helping catch other card thieves. Then last year agents discovered his two-timing, and he went on the lam.
“It was $350 a week (from the Secret Service) vs. $5,000 or $6,000 a week” from his fraudulent tax-refund scam, Johnson told Wired News by phone, prior to his sentencing on charges of aggravated identity theft and other crimes. A federal judge last week ordered him to serve six years and three months in prison, and to pay more than $300,000 in restitution.
Johnson’s case began when he was arrested in February 2005 for buying counterfeit Bank of America cashier’s checks, which he planned to use to purchase items on eBay for resale.
He was already known to the Secret Service. Johnson had been a top administrator on a crime-facilitating web forum called Shadowcrew, and he eluded capture when the Secret Service shuttered the site in 2004 with a dozen arrests of forum members and administrators. But when agents caught him in 2005, they didn’t hold a grudge: They asked him to help them infiltrate other online carding forums in exchange for a reduced sentence.
Agents seemed pleased with his knowledge and skills, and they dubbed the investigation Operation Anglerphish. Two weeks into his new role, however, Johnson started working his own angle. He was generally in the office from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., but by 5:30 p.m. the rest of the agency staff had left, leaving only his handlers behind. After 8 p.m., he says, the agents would get bored and focus on other things, and that’s when he’d collect data for his tax-refund crimes.
Working with criminals to catch other criminals sometimes works. And given Johnson’s skill level and maturity, it should have worked for him too. But the guy was a greedy idiot who couldn’t see past his capture to a probable secure future as a computer-security expert. He just wanted more coin. Perhaps it was the thrill of the theft that drove him as much as the cash.

The money being spent by Homeland Security and law enforcement to track terrorists that want to harm our nation is paying off. The plot to blow up JFK airport in New York City was likely not to succeed, but it clearly demonstrates the motives and targets of Muslim terrorists that want to kill us.
Our critical infrastructure has mostly been identified by now by Homeland Security and is under closer scrutiny for threats.

Until a suspected terrorist plot was revealed, few people even knew there was a pipeline of highly combustible jet fuel snaking beneath the nation’s largest city.
Police were aware that the fuel system feeding John F. Kennedy International Airport posed a risk well before investigators unearthed an alleged conspiracy by a homegrown Muslim terror cell to blow it up, with the goal of killing thousands of people and inflicting major damage on the U.S. economy.
The pipeline system targeted by the suspects in the latest case is huge, winding its way through all corners of the city. It is part of a national pipeline network run by Buckeye Partners LP (BPL) that serves major airports in New York, Chicago, Detroit, and Pennsylvania, among other locations. The network also delivers jet fuel to military bases.
In a criminal complaint outlining the allegations, one suspect is quoted as saying he hoped it would “cause greater destruction than in the Sept. 11 attacks,” torching the airport, killing several thousand people and destroying parts of New York’s borough of Queens, where the pipeline route is marked by warning signs.
The pipeline was designed to shut off when it detects heat, a feature that would have prevented the chain-reaction explosion that the plotters allegedly envisioned, authorities said. And it would have been virtually impossible to get inside the airport to do the kind of damage they planned.
Even if the suspects had succeeded in detonating a bomb, McCann said, there “would have been some damage and it would have been terrible. But would the whole thing have gone up? No.”
The pipeline network would not have exploded all at once. All fuel needs a large supply of oxygen for it to combust. At worst flames may have erupted from a few breaks, but it would not have caused the destruction those stupid Muslims were hoping for.

Buried beneath is a natural gas pipeline that feeds the region. It is patrolled daily from the air by civil air patrol searching for anything out of the ordinary.

William Jefferson is the most corrupt congressman ever. He openly solicited for bribes in exchange for congressional favors, and even took bribes in order to help businesses get a foothold in Nigeria. And no, it wasn’t another spam business.
This prick even commandeered a rescue helicopter during Hurricane Katrina in order to sneak his bribery loot out of his house before it became submerged under filfthy Katrina flooding. Yet he still sits in Congress. Indictment is here. He should immediately resign. Get another black democrat from his district to do his job.

U.S. Rep. William Jefferson, D-Louisiana, was indicted Monday on federal charges of racketeering, soliciting bribes and money-laundering in a long-running bribery investigation into business deals he tried to broker in Africa.
The indictment handed up Monday in federal court in Alexandria, Virginia, is 94 pages long and lists 16 alleged violations of federal law that could keep Jefferson in prison for up to 235 years, according to a Justice Department official who has seen the document.
Among the charges listed in the indictment, said the official, are racketeering, soliciting bribes, wire fraud, money-laundering, obstruction of justice, conspiracy and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to discuss the case.
Jefferson is accused of soliciting bribes for himself and his family, and also for bribing a Nigerian official.
The 63-year-old lawmaker, whose Louisiana district includes New Orleans, has said little about the case publicly but has maintained his innocence. He was re-elected last year despite the looming investigation.
Almost two years ago, in August 2005, investigators raided Jefferson’s home in Louisiana and found $90,000 in cash stuffed into a box in his freezer.

Robert Soloway sent so much spam that prosecutors think that worldwide spam will be noticeably reduced during his lockup. We’ll see. Paint me skeptical. I don’t really get too miffed about the spam- but botting a lot of unsuspecting people’s computers is wrong. And the DOJ is taking him down for that.

A 27-year-old man described as one of the world’s most prolific spammers was arrested Wednesday, and federal authorities said computer users across the Web could notice a decrease in the amount of junk e-mail.
Robert Alan Soloway was using networks of compromised “zombie” computers to send out millions upon millions of spam e-mails.
A federal grand jury last week returned a 35-count indictment against Soloway charging him with mail fraud, wire fraud, e-mail fraud, aggravated identity theft and money laundering.
Soloway pleaded not guilty Wednesday afternoon to all charges after a judge determined that — even with four bank accounts seized by the government — he was sufficiently well off to pay for his own lawyer.
He has been living in a ritzy apartment and drives an expensive Mercedes convertible, said prosecutor Kathryn Warma. Prosecutors are seeking to have him forfeit $773,000 they say he made from his business, Newport Internet Marketing Corp.
U.S. Attorney Jeff Sullivan said Wednesday that the case is the first in the country in which federal prosecutors have used identity theft statutes to prosecute a spammer for taking over someone else’s Internet domain name. Soloway could face decades in prison, though prosecutors said they have not calculated what guideline sentencing range he might face.
The part about identity theft for hijacking a domain name seems a bit farfetched- and unnecessary. If Soloway was guilty of botting a host, he should be tried for computer intrusion. If he used another computer without permission, he should be charged for illegal access to a computer system.
I checked this morning and I’m receiving just as much spam as ever. If he was the Spam King, he’s still just a drop in the bucket. The indictment is here.

Cute Puppies Being Used to Scam People Out of Money
The Council of Better Business Bureaus and American Kennel Club are warning that cute puppies are being used to scam people out of money.
Fraudulent Web sites, MySpace postings and print ads are asking people to help save puppies in desperate straits by sending money overseas.
“It’s like the Nigerian advance-fee scams we’ve been seeing for years, except with the face of a puppy,” Steve Cox, a council vice president, told the newspaper.
The sites and ads usually show bulldog puppies that are said to have become stuck in Nigeria, Cameroon or other countries and are offered free to new owners. A variation offers the expensive purebred English bulldogs at vastly discounted prices.
Victims eventually were asked to send hundreds of dollars to cover expenses such as shipping, customs, taxes and inoculations. Some reported paying more than $1,500. But no matter how much was paid, no puppies arrived.

What is up with Malaysia and the MPAA? I could maybe understand using dogs to crack DVD piracy rings, but now Malay movie ushers are spying on their moviegoers using night vision goggles. But will they flog the violators?

The Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) is equipping cinema ushers with night vision goggles and training them to spot people illegally taping films.
The scheme is being trialled in Malaysia as part of an attempt to stop new releases being filmed and sold on DVD or put on peer-to-peer networks.
What sort of hold does the MPAA have on Malaysians that they would allow this type of intrusion to their privacy? I can understand checks at the ticket counter- I mean, most theaters ban outside food and drinks, so a cursory inspection to make sure no one is carrying a video recorder or their own box of Goobers seems reasonable. But to be spied on while in the theater? Outrageous.

A couple on Long Island, New York have been arrested for keeping two Indonesian women as slaves. They are still in jail under a 3.5 million dollar bail.

A millionaire couple accused of keeping two Indonesian women as slaves in their luxurious Long Island home and abusing them for years have been indicted on federal slavery charges.
Varsha Mahender Sabhnani, 35, and her husband, Mahender Murlidhar Sabhnani, 51, operate a worldwide perfume business out of their home, contracting with overseas factories to manufacture the fragrances.The two were arrested last week after one of their servants was found wandering outside a doughnut shop on Long Island, wearing only pants and a towel. The woman was believed to have fled the home in Muttontown, a tony community on Long Island’s north shore, when she took the trash out the night before.
The couple pleaded not guilty in U.S. District Court, and a magistrate judge set bail at $3.5 million and imposed home detention with electronic monitoring.
The women, prosecutors said, were subjected to beatings, had scalding water thrown on them and were forced to repeatedly climb stairs as punishment for perceived misdeeds. In one case, prosecutors said, one of the women was forced to eat 25 hot chili peppers at one time.
One of the women also told authorities they were forced to sleep on mats in the kitchen and were fed so little, they had to steal food.
The woman pictured above is not in a Muslim veil, but I have strong suspicions that this couple were Muslim. Slavery is legal under Sharia law, and according to the Koran, its okay to have sex with your slaves. The couple may look Indian, but they may be Pakistani. They certainly got their slaves from a country that traffics in slavery.

This stupid woman turned down a really good offer on a plea bargain- 2 years, if she admitted to her crime- to take a chance to convice a jury that she was just stealing top secret documents and samples of Coca Cola’s new soft drink so she could work from home. Because she “treated her boss like a baby.” Yeah, that’s the ticket. The jury laughed at her stupid ass and slapped her down with an eight year sentence.

Two former Coca-Cola employees were sentenced Wednesday to serve federal prison terms for conspiring to steal and sell trade secrets to rival Pepsi.
Joya Williams, 42, of Norcross received an eight-year prison term, while Ibrahim Dimson, 31, got a five-year term, according to a news release from the U.S. attorney’s office for the Northern District of Georgia. Both were ordered to pay $40,000 in restitution.
Williams was convicted in February on charges that stem from a plot to offer samples of a new Coca-Cola product to Pepsi for $1.5 million.
All three are charged with wire fraud and unlawfully stealing and selling trade secrets from the Coca-Cola Co.
The three suspects were arrested July 4, the day they were supposed to be paid $1.5 million for the rest of the Coke secrets, he said.
This conviction couldn’t have happened to a bigger bitch. During her trial, she was snotty to the prosecutor and used every excuse except for the “you don’t know me” defense.

Williams wrapped up her testimony by aggressively attacking the prosecutor who was cross examining her, accusing the prosecution of twisting and manipulating the truth.
“I know I didn’t do it,” she said. “I know.”
Joya Williams was combative during the cross examination, not docile and tearful as she was during her direct examination on Monday.
“You all twist everything people say and manipulate it to make it go for your case,” Williams accused Pak, in front of the jury. “You’re trying to twist” what she has said and what witnesses against her have said, Williams told Pak several times.
“I never noticed the Coke documents were gone,” Williams told Pak, “really until you [federal agents] busted through the door with your 30 guns” to arrest her on July 5, 2006.
“I’m hurt,” Williams said at one point. “Everybody hates me…. I respect Coke and I respect this system” of justice.
“I could have took the plea and just faced two [years in prison], but I feel that strongly about my innocence. I know I didn’t do it. I know. I’m sitting here risking the other eight [years in prison]” to tell the truth, she said.
When Pak pointed out that Williams had $45,000 in credit card debt, and before he could make a point about how that might relate to the case against her, Williams jumped in and said she’s been carrying that debt for several years. She retorted, “I didn’t suddenly say, ‘Let’s go steal some documents to pay my credit card debt.’ I worked two and three jobs, and you know it.”
Coca-Cola needs to use more care when performing background checks against its employees. 45K in credit card debt will eliminate you from consideration from just about any top secret job, or at least raise some red flags. Especially for a secretarial position.

What a huge enormous degenerate scumbag Michael Vick turned out to be. Him and his whole family. Dirtbags. Thugs. An embarrassment to Virginians and children who may have idolized him. I will be rooting for every defensive lineman Vick faces this NFL season to break one of Vick’s legs. I hope his career ends quickly. I hope all of his endorsements dry up and blow away. I hope his herpes flares up constantly.
Hundreds of dogs in the Tidewater area will likely be euthanized now rather than adopted out because Ron Mexico was running a dog fighting ring out of his thugged-out crib in Surry County.

The pit bulls at the center of a high-profile dogfighting investigation in Surry County likely will be euthanized once the investigation is complete, a spokesman for the Humane Society of the United States said today.
John Goodwin, the Humane Society’s deputy manager of animal fighting issues, said that “almost 100 percent” of the animals seized in dogfighting investigations are euthanized because they cannot be placed as family pets.
Sixty-six dogs, mostly pit bulls, were seized from a Surry County home last month when a narcotics raid turned up evidence of dogfighting. The home and gated property were owned by NFL star Michael Vick, a Newport News native, and occupied by his cousin, Davon Boddie.
Investigators said many of the dogs were injured or neglected.
“When a county is housing a lot of fighting animals, the euthanasia rate for adoptable animals goes up because the fighting dogs are taking up all of the housing,” Goodwin said. “During the investigation they might keep the dogs alive for a year or more, taking up 66 kennels that could otherwise be used for dogs that might be adopted out in three or four days. And those adoptable dogs end up getting put down because there is no space for them.”
Maybe some day Hampton Roads will produce an athlete that the region can be proud of. The Vicks are worthless criminals. Allen Iverson is a thug dating back to High School when he tried to start a race riot in my hometown bowling alley. At least Hampton Roads still has Terry Kirby to be proud of.

The creepy gay social studies teacher won’t fellate your teenage boy.
Meet Kirk Hellwig. This creepy gay man was caught giving oral sex to a 16 year old student. I guess he was forced to molest children- He is so ugly no adult man or woman would want to date him. Seriously, look at his face. Quoting my friend Cliff, “It’s like somebody spent the past two weeks shooting a rotten potato with a pellet gun.”

A social studies teacher, Kirk James Hellwig, 37, at Columbia High School was repeatedly having oral sex in his classroom with a 16-year-old male student during the school day.
“One of our officers who is stationed at the school was approached by two principals about the rumor,” said town Police Chief Christopher Lavin. “We then searched some premises, collected evidence, interviewed numerous individuals and reviewed computer activity.”
Hellwig, who is single and has taught social studies at the school since 1999, was arrested Monday morning on three counts each of felony third-degree criminal sex act and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child.
He was arraigned in town court Monday and released on $25,000 bail.
A source close to the case said police are further investigating Hellwig’s computer e-mail activity with students.
In addition to teaching at the school, Hellwig has also coached baseball and wrestling at the school.
A woman, who answered the phone at Hellwig’s home, declined to comment late Monday and referred calls to his attorney.

Man there is a lot of shouting into the internets over the new agreement reached between the Senate and the White House over immigration reform. Loads of people on the right are royally pissed, calling it amnesty because it doesn’t round people up and ship them out of the country. But what this bill does, I think, is far better and much more fair.

One of the things I like is it requires all illegals to come out of the shadows, be fingerprinted and have their backgrounds checked. If everything works out okay, they get the “Z” card and probationary status. This will allow us to weed out the criminals and the terrorists and also require the ones here to go to the back of the line to get their green cards.
It will put in place an employee verification system so we can weed out illegals from the workforce. And it continues to strengthen our borders, and it sets English as the official language of the US to help with assimilation.
At first I was also angry because I was reading the news reports about it and listening to the talking heads rail against it. After reading the DHS description, I’m okay with it. As long as it works. And as long as we round up and eject anyone who doesn’t play by the rules.
