Crazy Florida: Versailles House

Not too far from where I live is a 90,000 square foot home dubbed “Versailles” after the French palace. It is still under construction for the wealthy timeshare magnate Siegel family. After speaking to friends at a nearby pub last night, we watched the Netflix documentary on the Siegels and the hard times that befell them during the housing market bust in 2009. Be sure to watch Queen of Versailles on Netflix.

Essentially the story is about a former beauty queen who is much more at home in a Wal-mart, and lets a pack of dogs poop all over their mansion.
