Stampede! Religion of Peace Performs Another Annual Ritual
Over 700 Muslims were crushed beneath the dirty sandals of other muslims today during the Hajj, a ritualistic visit to a gigantic D6 in Mecca. Imagine thousands of men wearing dresses and sandals and then running down the street in the Hundred Degree heat of the desert, and there you have it. Maybe they were hurrying to find air conditioning.

I found it tough to shed a tear over this since this is a yearly event and stampedes like this are commonplace. But then I remembered the horrible, tragic stampede of ’94-
