Tax Dollars at Work: Burning Manikins With Fireworks
This looks like a joke video straight from Pawnee’s Parks and Recreation Department. But instead, the Consumer Product Safety Commission closed down a sizable section of the National Mall and blew up a bunch of manikins to produce this silly video. Also, they wanted to warn everyone that they would send the ATF to your house with guns drawn if you made your own fireworks.
