What The?? I’m in Houston

I’m in Houston on business. It’s the 4th largest city in ‘Merica and I haven’t heard a Texan accent yet. Traffic in this town is awful- there were traffic jams getting INTO the city at 3 PM. Skyscrapers and strip malls everywhere and all parking is valet.
