First tooth in was the first one out. That lower tooth was wiggly and hanging on by a thread for a few days and Cartney wouldn’t let us pull it for him. He finally pulled it himself much to his own surprise.

He said two really funny things- first he thought that somehow he might wake up as a man the next morning. Next, after discovering that the tooth fairy left him 2 dollars (inflation, am I right?) he immediately worried that Barack Obama would come take his money, and if he did, Cartney would punch him in the face.
