Houston Is Taxing Strip Joints to Pay for Rape Kits

Houston has a bunch of single moms trying to earn a living by shaking their booties on the stripper pole. And Houston also has a whole bunch of rapes. So Houston is making visitors to strip joints pay a 5 dollar tax to go to pay for rape kits.

So if people stop going to strip clubs, will the rapes stop?
