New Mater CarsToon: UFM – Unidentified Flying Mater
There is an awesome new Pixar Mater CarsToon where Mater relates the tall tale of how he encountered a flying saucer. There are so many references to classic UFO movies in this animated short, such as recreated scenes of Richard Dreyfus from Close Encounters at the railroad crossing, and how the flying saucer gets held in Hangar 18 and when Mater and the saucer are tractor tipping, check out the gear-shaped crop circles that are made. Unidentified Flying Mater is so Funny – I love Mater in his German Doctor Custom and the Tractor Tipping sequence is awesome.
I do think though that the Disney Cars Toon short , Tokyo Mater was better and hopefully the next short in line Heavy Metal Mater would be longer and even more entertaining .
I have never laughed harder at anything on the Disney channel than I did when I saw this over Thanksgiving weekend.
