Just what kind of deranged people support Barack Obama? How ’bout a wild-haired loon who shoots D-list actresses in the face?
That’s right, Phil Spector, who shot Lana Clarkson right in the nose, wore this big Obama button for his appearance in court for his retrial of murder. What’s he trying to do, appeal to the liberals in the jury? And this one is kinda old. Michelle Malkin is highlighting some new Obama pins here.

Loading ...SonicWall Solutions Massive Epic Fail

Sans is reporting that they are receiving loads of complaints that SonicWall’s integrated solutions- Email Security Gateway, Firewalls, Content Filters, Intrusion Prevention and Antivirus- have all stopped working for all of their customers all at once.
This is apparently due to a crash in SonicWall’s lincense manager server. Apparently, all of Sonicwall’s products check in with this server to verify that the system is allowed to run prior to doing its job. And without that server, all features of SonicWall’s products fail. At least they fail “open” in that it allows traffic to pass, but then again, they fail open, allowing spam, viruses, web attacks and unauthorized content to pass too.
It would seem to me that a security company would know to keep such a critical system in a high-availability mode so a failure in the server would still allow its customers to use the products. SonicWall’s customers are hurting and flooding the customer support lines and the calls are just rolling over to voicemail.
Now hackers know how to take down SonicWall customers- Simply DDoS the license manager and walk into the enterprise of your choice.

Last I blogged about Daryl Hannah, she was up a tree in Los Angeles intefering with the property rights of private citizens, to prevent a landowner from using his land to build a warehouse. Not happy with the amount of laws she broke to pursue her moonbat eco-religionist agenda, she has now joined the ship’s crew of Animal Planet’s Whale Wars so she can commit acts of piracy against Japan.
I have seen a few of these episodes, and the crew of the Steve Irwin, which sails from Australia, engage in illegal acts of war against peaceful Japanese crews. Such piratical acts include attempts to disable the ships, throw acid at the Japanese crews and even illegal boardings. From the AFP here:
Actress Daryl Hannah will sail for the inhospitable South Ocean on Wednesday as part of a campaign to stop Japanese whalers from slaughtering the giant animals.
Hannah, best known for her role as a mermaid in the 1984 hit “Splash”, will be part of the militant Sea Shepherd Conservation Society’s annual campaign to find, track and impede the whaling ships.
The film star on Wednesday will join the “Steve Irwin”, which departs from the eastern Australian city of Brisbane, for the first week of the voyage.
Japan aims to kill 1,000 whales a year using a loophole in a 1986 global moratorium that allows “lethal research” on the ocean giants.
Why is it that leftists are always claiming that the United Nations can solve all their problems, and when it doesn’t, as in this case of failing to ban all whaling, they take matters into their own hands? Why don’t they work out their differences peacefully, “make love, not war,” and get the laws changed at the United Nations? Is it because the world thinks it is fair that this many animals are culled yearly? In 22 years, this topic hasn’t come up for discussion at the UN?
I hope she suffers from sea sickness. One thing’s for sure. Joining a pirate crew in 2008/2009 at the height of public outrage over piracy sure is a dumb thing to do.
The Japanese are sure to return to their whaling this year armed with defensive mechanisms to stop the pirates of the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society. I hope they bring an armed escort. It will make for a hilarious episode of Whale Wars.

Meet Ephraim Aguirre II. This pervert has been trading photos with child pornographers for a few years- photos which depict children being abused, molested and injured- and up until last month, he paid his porn bills by teaching school in Fresno, California.
In addition to trading photos, he also chatted with other perverts online, bragging to one that he had sex with a 4 year old, and told another perv that he wanted to abduct, rape and murder a child. And to top it all off, he told one criminal kiddie-porn trafficker that he had one hot child in his class, and gave away her contact information. A school teacher selling your child’s safety to an online predator is horrifying!
All of this came to light when Aguirre was busted for raping a student of his. From KSEE here:
Clovis Police late Wednesday arrested 28-year-old Ephraim Aguirre II for having unlawful sex with a minor, a former student of his. Aguirre worked for the Fresno Unified School District as a full-time substitute history teacher at McLane High School during the 2006-2007 school year.
Officers arrested Aguirre for one count each of the following felonies: oral copulation with a minor, penetration with a foreign object, and unlawful sex with a minor under the age of 18.
The most shocking details came when police forensics went through his computers. According to the Fresno Bee here:
More than 2,000 child pornography images were found on Ephraim Aguirre II’s computer, and he wrote in chats with his photo-trading partners of a desire to molest and then murder a child.
Aguirre was living in Clovis when police there launched an investigation that led to charges of having unlawful sex with a minor. The girl, now 17, was at one time a teacher’s assistant in a history class Aguirre taught. She was 15 at the time.
During a post-arrest interview, Aguirre said he had downloaded “thousands of images of child sexual abuse.” The investigation found that Aguirre exchanged images with at least 29 people around the nation and the world over the past two years.
In one chat that accompanied the photo trading, Aguirre boasts of molesting a 4-year-old girl, and in another he provided personal information of one of his students and made multiple sexual references about her. His chat comments with a person in Australia talked about abducting, raping and murdering a child.
And this isn’t the first kiddie-porn criminal that worked at the Lawless Elementary School in the Fresno School district. A music teacher, Terry Zane, 57, was busted back in October for trading in Child Porn. Think about that- 10% of school teachers in a single elementary school were busy trading in kiddie porn- and they were the ones who were caught. Thanks to Bad Bad Teacher for the story.

Thousands of Black Italians camped angrily on rooftops across the northern Italy city of Venice today because of rising floodwaters and President Bush’s stubborn inattention to the plight of the black man. Unsubstantiated rumors of cannibalism taking place in the Venice Opera House were reported by Italian news agencies as fact, and widespread looting was reported at Italian convenience stores around the region.

“I blame Bush” said cardboard signs drawn up and held aloft for circling news helicopters. Anderson Cooper of CNN was immediately dispatched to the area so he could indignantly blame the failures of the Bush White House as the cause of the overtopping of the flood walls.
Black Italians panicked and hijacked passersby for piggyback rides
When a reporter asked President Bush during his afternoon Rosegarden news conference why he was not doing more to help stranded blacks trapped in this latest flood, Bush reportedly said that it was “Italy’s problem.” Shame on you Mr. President.
President-Elect Obama said that the first thing he would do when he got into office would be to “redeploy” the floodwaters from the Italian town.

Remember the hacker group that was using the Barack Obama acceptance speech as a ruse to trick people into downloading malware? Jose Nazario of Arbor says they are back and this time, they are using a similar attack, tricking people into downloading software to view a demo video of how to deposit checks into your account from your home computer.

The Obama spam and malcode gang is back at it with a new fast flux phishing and malcode ruse. This time it’s a demo from the Bank of America that requires the classic “Flash Upgrade”.
At the peak I was seeing 400 unique URLs for this run an hour. The URLs were unique strings, possibly for tracking purposes or possibly to stress URL blacklists. But, when you look more closely you see they are just a handful of domain names.
It looks like blocking directclieck.com would do best to block this attack, but remember, you have to block it by name, not by IP since it fast fluxes. The best way would be to block it using content filters or a proxy if you have one.

The Jawa Report today has a story about the animals that practice Islam in the city of Basra. Basra was the uppity Shiite town in Southern Iraq that was tamed by the British in the Iraq war. And since the Brits have left, there have been over 125 honor killings of women and girls for bringing various levels of “shame” to their families. In fact, murdering women is so popular and widespread that you can hire a murderer in the local coffee shop for a hundred bucks.

Authorities in the southern Iraqi city of Basra have admitted they are powerless to prevent ‘honour killings’ in the city following a 70 per cent increase in religious murders during the past year.
So far this year, 81 women in the city have been murdered for allegedly bringing shame on their families. Only five people have been convicted. During 2007 the Basra security committee recorded 47 ‘honour killings’ and three convictions.
An Iraqi lawyer, who requested anonymity, said that some fathers had started to hire professional hitmen to carry out ‘honour killings’ which were then covered as ‘sectarian murders’. He said: ‘The life of these women isn’t higher than $100. You can find a killer standing in any coffee shop of Basra, discussing prices of a life as if he was buying a piece of meat.’
Mariam Ayub Sattar, an activist in Basra, said that any woman caught speaking to a man in public who was not her husband or a relative was considered a prostitute and punished. A fortnight ago three women were burned with acid while walking through a market in Basra after stopping to speak to a male friend, Sattar said.
Who the hell keeps jars of acid on hand? Muslims, I suppose, because you never know when you have to fry a bitch’s eyes out for peeking at a man from behind her veil. After the US troops withdraw too, will the rest of Iraq take a giant step backwards in the way the women are treated? Or is this just a Shiite problem?
