This was done by Lori St. Leone from Vogue Body Piercing in Darwin, NT, Australia. She writes that the client’s bones were fully formed and normal, but the two toes were fused by soft tissue and “very safe to pierce through”.

Darwin, eh?  Is this woman evolving into a fish?  Perhaps if she wanted to bling out her freak toes, she could start with a pedicure, some nail polish and some tweezers for those toe hairs.

And if she’s willing to pierce it once, why not pierce it a dozen more times and then just tear along the dotted line?
