		<description>If China wants to recruit investors via the Olympics exposure, they had better get rid of dog on the menu permanently. It only perpetuates the notion that they remain a backwards, third-world country that has no clue how to act in the modern world. 

That pic of those guys killing dogs in the streets with sticks conjures up intentionally forgotten images of baby-seal clubbing that traumatized me when I was 12.
