Black Liberals Begging to Reinstitute Slavery. Its Patriotic!

Now that a black man is drawing ever closer to winning the nomination for President by the Democrat party, black opinion columnists are whistling Dixie and calling for- get this- “Mandatory Volunteerism.”

Kinda like the way those Muslim Slavers rounded up a lot of “mandatory volunteers” from the Gold Coast back in the day to pick cotton. Only now, instead of calling it oppressive slavery of an underclass of citizens, they are calling it “patriotic duty of young people.”

The idea that Americans at some point in their lives must do a volunteer stint to improve the country is worth pursuing.

Enforced community service at this time in American history could bring immeasurable benefits to the nation’s psyche as it grapples with housing foreclosures, doped-up national sports heroes and serious challenges to our international image as world leaders.

We need to reintroduce slavery because of steroid use in baseball? And what happens if someone doesn’t want to be a slave? Will they be put in jail?

This would be the new American patriotism at work.

The Dodd plan includes a particular position that’s worth pursuing by the next president because it drills down beyond the college-age graduate to the budding adulthood of all high school graduates.

Every student in America would be required to perform 100 hours of community-based service prior to high school graduation.

It would be a mistake to assume teenagers will appreciate clearing trash from highway shoulders or fishing out debris from public streams as their contribution to their community.

That is work that is suitable for well-guarded prison populations or perhaps more beneficial to society for the hordes of jobless ex-cons being released everyday.

So, she means, use the right slave for the right job. Would some of those jobless ex-cons be those that refused to be a slave and were jailed for it?

The high school years are as much an impressionable age as a time when young people need to accomplish something that is impressionable. For instance, pairing up the Delcastle Vo-tech carpentry and general construction students with local Habitat for Humanity projects.

So, build homes for homeless people who did not benefit from the wonderful liberal policies that made them homeless in the first place? Here’s an idea, you pompous twat, why not make the homeless their own damned slaves and force them to build their own houses? And why is there a need to build houses at all? Why not use all of those foreclosed homes as housing for the homeless? You are already using that as an excuse to re-institute slavery.
