As of Sept 17, 2010 she received 10 years probation.
She is registered as a sex offender.

If it were dismissed or all a lie, it would have been dropped.

Ages ago…when this was first going on…i figured it would be short…but 3 FREAKING YEARS?!

What the hell are they doing?

I dont know when there will actually be a trial…

I was supposed to meet with the DA…that didnt happen…

So far all i’ve seen from this case is pushed back court dates and…well…nothing…

So what happened to speedy trial?

And to clear it up…the PI was on her side…and i told kids i didnt do it…ever feel like you were weird? like you dont fit in? WELL WHY THE FUCK DO YOU THINK FUCKING A TEACHER WOULD HELP?

The last thing i wanted was my peers and classmates pushing me away because this crap happened…

In all honesty…We had sexual intercourse like 7 times…

All opposed…shut up…you weren’t in the position i was…

All who dont care…tell the people to hurry the crap up…im now 17…almost 18…and this happened when i was 14…and 13 lol

Kids on tape saying the boy lied is inadmissible as it is hear say. Here is a REAL update…………. I will be seeing her in court on June 22, 2009.

Aftermath is waste of tax dollars. A PI has kids on tape saying the kid lied about it. When confronted with the tape from the DA, the kid said he lied about lying about it.

What comes next, is a grand jury. They will deliver a “true bill” or a “no bill”. If they deliver a “true bill”, then comes a hearing, then a trial (if she pleas not guilty). At the end of that, you might get your phone back. An aquittal will be the end of it. If she is found guilty, there will be appeals. If they deliver a “no bill”, depending on the DA, that’s either the end of it, or they will send it to a grand jury again. If they end it, you should get your phone back.

Personally, I think you should be able to get your phone back now. They have all the records and transcripts by now.
