I am very suspicious about the so-called hate crime story regarding the Logan County West Virginia group of white folk that supposedly kidnapped a black girl.
As the story relates it, these white folk raped the girl over and over while calling her a nigger. And they made her eat rat droppings.
Scene of a hate crime? Or Megan Williams’ Love Shack?
The press, completely disappointed that the whole Duke Lacrosse hate crime story unravelled, have creamed their collective jeans in celebration of this new story. The liberal press loves nothing more than a good hate crime.
But the story is already starting to unravel a little bit. At first, Megan Williams was portrayed as a random victim, dragged off the street by beer-drinking racists and their hillbilly Mom. Now it turns out that she was dating the man who lived there, Bobby Brewster.
When first reported, Megan had multiple stab wounds, and might not live. Now instead of stab wounds, she has a cut on her ankle.

Authorities say they held a 20-year-old black woman for about a week at their mobile home, where she was tortured, sexually assaulted and forced to eat rat droppings.
Megan Williams’ captors, who were white, choked her with a cable cord, stabbed her in the leg while calling her a racial slur, poured hot water over her, made her drink from a toilet and beat her, according to criminal complaints.
State authorities said Wednesday they would not to pursue hate crime charges because the other charges the suspects face carry stiffer penalties. But federal civil rights violations remain an option, U.S. Attorney Charles T. Miller said.
It wasn’t until an anonymous tip led Logan County sheriff’s deputies to the property on Saturday that Megan Williams’ ordeal ended. She was not a random target and had had a “social relationship” with one of the suspects, Logan County Prosecutor Brian Abraham said.
Megan Williams remained hospitalized Wednesday in Charleston.

The story is difficult to pick through, with all of the hand wringing over the possibility of a hate crime, but the fact is that Megan Williams and Bobby Brewster were dating. And Megan Williams liked Bobby enough to keep coming back to have sex with him, even though she knew that:
- Bobby lived in a disgusting trailer with his demented Mom.
- Bobby either lived with rats or kept rats as pets.
- Bobby had threatened to kill his own mother with a machete.
- Bobby’s mother had just been released from prison on a manslaughter rap of her own.
- Bobby was an abusive drunk.
- Bobby had already beaten her once in July and the incident involved the police.
So despite Megan Williams knowing this about her asshole of a boyfriend, she kept coming around to get some of his redneck lovin. And it seems like this last time he wouldn’t let her leave his trailer home. I’m not saying Megan Williams deserved to have this incident happen to her. But she should hardly be surprised.
We don’t have a hate crime here, people. We have a Jerry Springer episode. I predict most of the charges will be dropped except for the kidnapping and sexual assault.
How was the Justin boy almost killed when he was treated, released, and was at a party that same night???? People who are “almost killed” spend time (more than a few hours) in the hospital right?
depends on their condition but attempted murder and almost killed are two very different things anyway.
This is an unfortunate situation- BUT, would you people be so heated about this case if the girl was White, Hispanic, or Indian? And racial slurs work both ways- what are hillbillies “”ursee1″” I believe it’s a racial comment. Sure it isn’t as politically incorrect as calling a certain race names- but I don’t see a difference in the skin color. I do believe the 6 involved should be prosecuted but bringing up a race war isn’t the way to do this- don’t we have a court system to do this. If you’re seeing color of skin in this- you should take a long look at yourself! Oh- and I almost forgot to remark about some of the “COVER-UP” conspiracy theory’s- I heard about it on my local news. This is crazy if it was a white girl with the same issues as Mrs. Williams. It would be a live lynching and hanging on national tv of the six blacks and their families.Tha’s the funny thing with the most whites they will look to the skies for aliens but why would intelligent life would want to be bothered with a race that doesnt even love thy brother. We cant even come together as a people to comment on this tradegy. We make jokes over this I would hate to see if this was your sister, cousin, or daughter. And the Jena 6 write or wrong if those boys were white and kept in jail for 10 months the country would have come to a halt. This wrong will be remembered on judgement day. This is what you don’t understand: It doesn’t matter to me what color Megan Williams is. to racists that only want to see color, it does.
I have no idea what you are talking about with the aliens comment. But if Megan Williams had been my daughter, cousin or sister, she would not have been running with the wrong crowd and doing so much drugs. Because, you see, things like this happen when she runs with the wrong crowd.
And sorry, this country has never “come to a halt” because any white person was put in jail. Name the person. But you certainly want it to come to a halt because a black person was put in jail, right?

You have blinders on and haven’t been a part of racism. The country would have been in a uproar if a black judge had put a 16 year old white boy in jail for ten months. You actually believe that the government from the governor on up would have blown off the issue or would have come to his rescue.
Then now you blame Megan for what happened because she ran with the wrong crowd. How about the justice system for not putting those monsters away for the crimes they have already commited.Has she been arrested for drugs? And what does that have to do with beans in China. Then saying she ran with the wrong crowd now it’s her fault. So when a woman wears something provacative its her fault if she gets raped.
I cant believe some of the people on this site. The alien comment is about how in america they look for alien life but you treat your own fellow americans like trash. People treat their pets better than some races of people. A thought if something you do you wouldnt do to your pet dont do it to someone else.

I must repeat myself that the country would not have been in any uproar if any white person went to jail. And it has never been in an uproar over a white person going to jail. Again, if you can name an instance when it happened, by all means do so or you have to quit this line of argument.
Who are you talking about going to jail for 10 months? Michel Bell of the Jena Six? Last I checked, he deserved jail time for criminal assault and for violating probation.
And I still don’t follow your logic about aliens. Who is this “they” you claim to be looking for them? Are they the same people that treat other Americans like trash? Are you talking about scientologists?
I don’t have any problem with blacks at all, but I have problems with people who automatically claim that other people are racists.

He was put in jail for 10 months already before he was found gulity of anything. There was no hearing held or did we forget innocent until proven gulity. You have to be in the clouds thinking a 16 year old white male wouldnt been treated diffently than Micheal Bell. You cant even get a shite celebrity jail time for drugs. But some blacks beat a white boy that had a gun at the school and you put them up on attempted murder charges. Then the boy was so hurt he went to a party that same day.
They for your information is the folks who are looking for other life on other planets. Why would intelligent life come here when you cant treat our on mankind like equals. The time you take to find some fault with a person who just got tortured for six days there’s no remorse or even pity. Is life that bad in your area you cant feel for someone else.

Remember the Duke lacross case I dont remember those boys spending time in jail waiting for their case like a 16 year old minor in the south who happpens to be black. And would this much effort in finding out the life about a white woman who was tortured by six blacks and made to do the same things as Megan hummm I thought not.
Ok.. I live closeby where this happpened. It is not a hate crime. Accept it. Frankie Brewster murdered her own mother in law, and Bobby Brewster murdered his own father. Danny Combs was charged with the beating of his own grandfather who was under the care of hospice. Surely Megan Williams knew the background of her “friends”. She had been living as a girlfriend there for months, and she knew what kind of crew she was associated with. She had two opportunities to leave and didnt. I am terribly appalled what happened to her. However, these people are just evil, they would have probably did the same to you or me regardless of our race.

As far as him being in jail for 10 months, he couldn’t make bail, and he was charged for attempted murder at the time. No one in his family wanted to post the bail to get him out. Its the way our justice system works.
And I do remember the Duke Lacrosse case. You should search my site and see how I described the accuser in that case as a common whore who stole money from her customers. I was right about that too.
And if the situation was reversed, where six black men tortured a white woman, I would indeed look into the background of the white woman. I would want to know how she found herself in a situation to be tortured, and frankly, if it was because of really stupid decisions like Megan Williams made, I would point those decisions out.
