Thanks for the support. We are working hard to turn things around…although we didn’t get here in a quarter, so it will take a while to get back.

On the reduction, I want to assure you that these will be targeted to eliminate redundancies, bureaucracy and activities not critical to delivering customer value. So, we are doing the right thing to IMPROVE, not decrease efforts anywhere we do business

There are things going on at HP that is far shadier than has been reported, I think. Customer satisfaction with HP, from what I can tell, is very low. They are having problems in delivery and support and are screwing over the wrong people on their orders.

Dell has been a proven leader for much longer. I think the turnaround will happen sooner than you think. Good luck, Rich, and keep your head down.
