I am very pleased that Bush is sending more troops to bring Baghdad back under control. There were really only two other options- to keep doing what we were already doing, which was not making any other progress, or to retreat from the area and let the bloodthirsty Islamsists kill each other off in the name of Allah. Which brings me to my main point. It seems that we have stopped pussy-footing around with other nations in the War on Terror. Earlier this week we shot up some terrorists in Somalia. Now it appears that we rounded up some Iranians who may or may not be diplomats. The reports are a bit fuzzy. This, coupled with the fact that Nuke Subs and a Carrier Group is parked at the Iranian doorstep, means that we are finally getting serious about Victory in Iraq.
