Islam Lurches Further Towards Misogyny
Islamists in power have a goal of creating a world where everyone knows their place, especially the women. The more Islamists are emboldened, the more dangerous and restrictive their ideology becomes. The Religion of Peace and Tolerance is going to ban all women from visiting the huge black cube that sits in Mecca.
Muslim women can still make the Hajj, the religious pilgrimage, but they will not be allowed to pray with the men inside the moon temple that houses the Kabaa Kube. This will be the first time in Islamic history that restrictions such as this have been put in place.

JIDDAH, Saudi Arabia – Officials are considering an unprecedented proposal to ban women from performing the five Muslim prayers in the immediate vicinity of Islam’s most sacred shrine in Mecca. Some say women are already being kept away.
The issue has raised a storm of protest across the kingdom, with some women saying they fear the move is meant to restrict women’s roles in Saudi society even further.
The chief of the King Fahd Institute for Hajj Research, which came up with the plan, told The Associated Press Thursday that the new restrictions are already in place. There have been word-of-mouth reports of women being asked to pray at new locations away from the white-marbled area surrounding the Kaaba in recent weeks.
Women in Saudi Arabia lead strict lives. They are banned from driving and need permission from a male guardian to go to school, get a job, travel or stay at a hotel.
He said the restrictions apply only to the five daily Muslim prayers and that women would be free to roam the premises at will after the prayers and to circle it during the main annual hajj pilgrimage.
Al-Barr said the proposed prayer areas for women would be 210 times larger and have a better view of the shrine.
What do you tell a Saudi woman with two black eyes? Nothing! You have told that woman twice already, and if she speaks out of turn again, you should beat her according to the verses in the Koran!
If a woman wants to wear a veil, burka or Hijab, then it should be her right to if she is doing it voluntarily. Of course if you get a driver’s license or other ID, then you have to show face, but in most cases woman should have the right to wear a veil or Burka. & just because a woman wears a veil or burka, that doesn’t mean that she is forced to do so, nor does it mean that she is dumb-go to a university & you’ll see Muslim students who wear the veils & burkas studying science, business, accounting, etc. But most Muslim women don’t wear veils & the veil is going out of fashion.
If a woman is forced to wear a burka, hijab or any clothing, then I’d be for punishing, just as I’d be for punishment if a woman is forced to wear shorts or a minskirt. However, if a woman wants to wear a burka or veil on her own free will, then we have no right to tell her that she can’t just as we don’t have a right to tell a woman she can’t wear a mini-skirt. Also to say that Moslem men will rape women if they don’t wear a burka is generalized rubbish. I don’t want women forced to wear a burka or minskirt, but I also don’t want the govt. telling a woman she can’t wear a burka, veil or miniskirt if she wants to just because some people are offended by it. While most women who wear them will be Moslem, you can find some women who aren’t Muslim who wear them because they like them Since you live in Florida & have probably been to the beaches, you know that on the beach, many to most of the women who wear bikinis are not the prettiest 1s & quite a few are menopausal crones. But while it’s not pretty, I don’t have a right to tell a crone that she can’t wear a bikini to the beach because they’re too ugly.
