While I was researching this story, I was looking for a picture of Perras at the ATM that the cops used to alert the public, which eventually garnered the tips that led to the bust-up of this petty crime gang. The police department website of Fairhaven looked like a small podunk town, like something out of Me, Myself and Irene. Im guessing that this small town close to downtown Providence RI rarely has much in the way of crime, and not many people lock their doors. Its funny.
